I gave this place a shot today. The play was decent. Way too many trash cans in this place. No matter where you sat you were pretty much next to one. The blt was good and the burger was ok. Average flavor but the additional toppings you can add boosted the flavor. The cajun fries could have been awesome but they were drenched in seasoning. They really over did it. Maybe i just got a bad batch. I most likely won't have the urge to return. Not the worst bit definitely not the best.

Best burger in Omaha (IMO). This is where I take my 2 boys for a special treat. We've eaten here probably 5-7 times. Service is usually good to excellent, however it was slow a couple of Sunday's ago. I think they were short-handed. Everybody is always cheerful. The extra fries in the bag is a great touch!

Terrible. Horrible management. 6:00 PM on a Sunday. Not one table was clean, our feet stuck to the floor, garbage was overflowing, nothing to dry your hands with in the ladies room, nothing to wash your hands with in the men's, no ketchup in the dispenser, trash on the floor outside and in. When we arrived there were two guys working, one lady appeared several minutes later. I just felt bad for them. They certainly could've used some help. The award on the wall said "Best in Omaha 2010." Not this place. Needs new management. People will clean their own tables for only so long... Not what I've come to expect from Five Guys. Will not be returning unless we hear some major changes were made.

Not too bad for a fast food flattop grill burger. Still, I prefer mine flame grilled. I find the Little Hamburger to be plenty. The regular hamburger comes with two patties. Great selection of fresh toppings and no upcharge for adding them. Kudos to them for using FRESH jalapeños. I'm about fed up with canned/jarred/pickled jalapeños at almost every restaurant on the planet. As many many others have said, the small order of fries is plenty. You could split the regular order between 3 people. I cannot even fathom how much comes in a large. You can get them regular or cajun. Cajun are just dusted with cajun seasoning. Fries are a bit on the flaccid side and that's a bummer as I like mine crispy. Peanuts in the shell available for snacking. A bit pricey for a self service restaurant with a fast food look and feel. If you were to walk in the door and order a hamburger, regular order of fries, and a drink you'll be dropping $12. I can get an awesome burger for lunch for $12 (or less) lots of places (most of them full service restaurants). Tea isn't fresh brewed and that's just not cool.

Five Guys is pretty delicious. I've been here several times now and will probably keep coming back, though not often. It's kind of a neat place though, they have peanuts for everyone and you can see where the potatoes they are using for their fries supposedly came from for the day. My burgers are always delicious, they remind me of Don & Millie's to be honest, but not as greasy! Imagine a burger with full flavor ans savory meat but not soaked with grease. This is the place. It's still a fast food burger, not somethign you would get at Dinker's or Louie M's or Stella's, but great none the less. Fries are amazing. Second favorite after Bronco's. You can taste the potato and they are much thicker cut than Bronco's are. My only problem was the salt. My cup that the fries came in was literally caked in grease and salt. I had salt all over my car seats and my clothes afterwards. I may have a sodium overdose as I'm typing this. The prices. Good Lord, they need to come down a little. I got a small combo meal and it was $12. I can go to almost any of my favorite restaurants and get a sit down meal for less than that. Probably half of that. I'll probably come back but very rarely when I'm craving horribly salty fries.

The burgers are great. The fries are over seasoned and a little too soft more my tastes. But they are still fresh. They serve fresh cut jalapeños on the burgers which is welcome change from the pickled canned fare you usually get from restaurants in the area. I'd give these guys a 5 for burgers because it is top of the food chain.

It's okay. Way overrated. Would much rather go to Freddy's, Cheddar's, or Wendy's for a burger. Only recommendation: Don't get the big order of fries. The small order, they just dump tons of fries in the bag. You never need a big order.

Pretty good burgers. I love the fact that I can put topping on my burger without additional cost. I love their Cajun fries. Eating peanuts during the wait is fun... well at least my kids think so. The original location in VA is the best but it closed.

We ate at Five Guys on Sunday afternoon and normally we have a great meal. Not this time. It took twice as long to get our meal and it was messed up. We should have had three burgers and only got two. I had to ask twice to get the third one. Great burgers when you get them.

I LOVE 5 GUYS! These are the best burgers eva. I was so thrilled when they finally arrived in Omaha. Burgers are always made with the freshest ingredients. I love the Cajun fries, which are always yummy and super fresh too! I have never been disappointed with anything here.

5 employees, 6 customers in the building. Slow prep time, and all 3 brands of tea were out. Gatorade was out as well. On the plus side, the place is clean.

My wife and I went at 2pm, we ordered (they charged us for a large and gave us a regular drink), but we were staying so we got free refills. We waited 15 minutes for our 2 burgers and fries ($20 btw) and then they gave our food to the wrong people. When my wife went back up and asked they did say they were going to make more, but we didn't feel like waiting 30 plus minutes for food that costs too much. They did issue us a refund but seeing as I didn't even get to eat I give them a 1 out of 5.

Sometimes the food is above and beyond and other times it is beyond greasy but it is nice you get to choose whatever toppings you want and you can't go wrong with their Cajun fries and they give a whole new meaning to bag fries overall I would say at least give them a shot they have won many best of Omaha

Five Guys is fantastic. Since Nebraska doesn't have In N Out, this is the best burgers around. Also if you like something spicy, try the Cajun fries instead of just the regular fries. Idk why five guys isn't busier here in Nebraska. They were always slammed in California.

This is the best five guys in the metro area! If u want a good burger this is the place you need to go! They always have great service and their quality of food is out of this world. Their French fries are great and they give you a healthy portion. I like the way they set up the menu. All burgers are two patties and the you get to pick what all you want on it from a huge list of ingredients, everything from ketchup to jalapeños. Never had a botched order or an under cooked burger. These guys to it right! This place is the complete burger place having the perfect atmosphere and food that keeps you coming back for more.

Nothing to write home about. Crowded, slow, overpriced. McDonald's, Burger King or Wendy's would have been better...at least better priced. When a place has to have all the eastern reviews up on the wall to tell you how good it is, then it's a sure bet it's not all that good. And it wasn't.

Stopped in here the other day for lunch. I had been to Five Guys when the first one opened in West O but not since. Either the food has gotten much better of I forgot how good this place was. My burger was awesome and the cajun fries were great. I will definitely be hitting Five Guys more often now.

Never again! I just spent the last few hours being sick!! I haven't had food poisoning in forever, but looks like Five Guys broke that streak... It was my first time visiting. Ordered and ate at about 8:30pm. A few hours later like clockwork I'm confined to the bathroom and can't empty the puke bucket quick enough. How do I know it was food poisoning? Well, my wife and I didn't match up on anything we ate other than the burger and fries from Five Guys, and we both are feeling like death warmed over. Needless to say I still feel ill, and will not be back :(
