Awesome bar! Great Wall of tv's, this is a prime place to watch any game!

Wait staff is awful. Waited more than 15 minutes for a server to take our drinker order and it was very obvious there was a table turf war going on between our server and a server working nearby tables. Manager apologized for the delay in taking our first drink order, saying that our server was 'in the back washing dishes' (??) but then the server never came back. My husband had to go to the bar, to ask for any server to take our dinner order. More than another 10 min goes by and our server is standing around playing with a computer order screen (working out her tips maybe?) even after being told to come to our table to take our order. By the time she came over we were so fed up with the horrible service, we told the manager and walked out. I live in Midtown Crossing and really like to give local businesses a try, but we will never go back here. They really need to train their wait staff... or get real adults to wait on people; not twenty somethings playing out a spat.

They late night appetizers and drinks were very good! Our server was off for the night and kept forgetting things like our plates, napkins and even taking our menus off our small table so we could eat and drink comfortably, however, she was very apologetic and even gave us a discount on the order for messing up. I would give this place more stars but they only had high top tables so it was hard to feel comfortable and we didn't stay for too long. There were some shorter (standard size tables where your feet didn't dangle) except they were really meant for groups and were on the side of the bar away from the crowd and closer to the bathrooms. I recommend this place get some low tops and tables around the edge of the bar so people want to stay awhile.

After my second trip I think its safe to say I will not be returning to Saints. The first trip was not memorable, the second time was terrible. It's clear that the servers have no training and there was absolutely no presence of management. Over all the service was slow, our three appetizers arrived at 15 minuet intervals, our drinks were never refilled and the food is lack luster at best. At the time there was around 6 tables between two servers.

Becca, I am not sure how to or if I even got the private message. Thanks for your concern

Update to my first review. Went to saints on a Saturday at around 6 the other day. Almost completely different experience. We went specifically to sit on the patio and apparently that isn't the best idea. First off there was a "prime real estate" table filled with saints employees that are off work, which shouldn't annoy me, but I hear them talk about customers and there are working employees coming and going talking to them...it just didn't seem professional, and it is the first really awesome weather day of spring. Did I mention that apparently leash laws don't exist at saints patio?, or maybe it is just a midtown crossing thing? So there's two dogs roaming around the patio without leashes and their owners apparently think it is freaking adorbs. And then the bulldog pees on the pot next to our table...and the dog is still adorable and no one thinks there is anything wrong with it. I am done already. I keep it together and tell my husband to get our waitress or the hostess and tell them we are sitting inside. My dear husband told them it was getting cold. Okay, the food. Mushrooms were great again. Fish tacos were meh. Stale chips French dip Meh. I love French dips...not this one Drinks were fine. Summary. There was definitely a different feel this time. There were kitchen staff in greasy shirts sitting at the bar with other staff that were "off work", (I really don't know) There seem to be no one running the show Different management? I'm not going back, which is sad, cause I was their biggest fan the first time.

My fiance and I come here literally every Saturday for their 60 cent wing specials! Shayla is our favorite server and she treats us with such accommodation that she has become a good friend! Our service is always fast, and the orders are very quick. The prices vary upon what you get, but we also go for the wings so it's always cheaper for us. They have great deals during the week, and also have a special lunch menu. They do takeout as well, but we haven't tried it yet. They have great drink specials as well! Their drinks are amazing as well and the atmosphere is very fun. Great place to hang out with colleagues for lunch, or watch a football game with family! They will forever be my favorite date night place :)

Stopped in for lunch, I was thinking Nachos but it was Taco Tuesday. we waited for an HOUR!!! for taco's ??? when they arrived the beef was cold, no seasoning or flavor at all. Service was slow and did not check in, they were not busy at all. I will go to crave next time. Bummer because they are close to work
(1)Nicholas H.
Service was so bad in the hour and fifteen minutes we politely waited we got a cold appetizer that sat in the window so long only the outside was warm. Not the kitchens fault because our waiter showed no urgency just a casual stroll in and out. We walked to another Restaurant for dinner because we didn't want more cold food and waiting. Don't see this place lasting

Cleanliness 2 Service 3 Food 3 Likelihood 2 1-5 (5 Best!) 2.5 This was our 2nd visit to Saints. I understand that this simply isn't a venue for me. Some of the same issues I had before, I noticed again on this visit. The restrooms were not clean or picked up. There was toilet paper (piles of it) on floor, dirty cups on sink counter, trash had not been touched for some time. Not great confidence for me. I was always taught that if you can't take care of the small stuff like that, you most likely can't take care of the big things either. Our order take was pleasant. She was not capable of being a server/waitress. Our two friends arrived in advance and had menus. When we arrived she promptly greeted us (thank you) and took our drink order. They had some of the chairs up on the tables (as if they were closed or closing) and this was at 9:30pm? This is a pub, not the image that screams COME ON IN! We had to ask for menus, napkins, and silverware. We grabbed our own sugar caddy from another table. Our food came. It was what I expected. HOT, FRESH, and DELICIOUS! The fries and burger were frozen/proceed (shame, they should be fresh!) The wings were incredible, great sauce. The order taker did a great job of clearing dishes and bringing check right away. We went a while without refills. I asked for more iced tea and she said that they had thrown it all away since she brought me my first one she didn't think I would want another. I chose lemonade, which was horrible. I stuck with water. No management was anywhere to be seen. Unless I am advised of a management or ownership change I would only sent people there with the note that they have decent food and poor service.

OK, so, let's be honest- fine dining it's not. It's a sports bar, and a pretty decent one at that. Their menu is a bit large, just stick to the typical bar food, it's great. Irish nachos, wings, chicken fingers, etc. Also, their patio tends to be less crowded than others during events in Turner Park.
(4)Joseph G.
My wallet loves this place! Luckily I was born without expectations. They have different specials throughout the week. Also I see they deliver.... ME! There was mention on their website about giving rides home or even pick ups! Their limited tap selection still covers multiple styles of beers, so plus for my love of IPAs. I've tried their wings and if you go on a cheap night they won't make you mad. OWL approved.

It's 50 degrees in January and thought it would be fun to take advantage of the nice weather and NFL playoffs. A group of us have been sitting on the patio for 25 minutes with no recognition from any of the staff. I went in to ask if they could serve us and was told that they weren't planning on serving the patio and it would be at least 10-15 minutes. 30 minutes later, we still haven't been served. It's a very poor representation of the midtown area and of the customer service from Saints.

Overall an ok place to stop in. We have had a couple work gatherings here this year as it is close to the office. Basically somewhere close so we can leave work early, order drinks and appetizers during happy hour and blow off some steam. I don't have anything negative to say, but then again there isn't anything super exciting either. One plus is the outdoor seating during the warmer months. This was enjoyable my first time here as the patio is a good size and overlooks the green space in midtown. The interior is modern and large with quite a few TV's. Our waitress was friendly and kept up with our drink orders for a party of eight. They have a decent selection of beer, and I started off with a few Arrogant Bastards, so that was a plus. The cocktails others in the party had were good as well. We ordered a variety of appetizers, and I would rate them as decent, typical bar food. Overall both experiences I have had here were good, and the place is nice, there just isn't that 'thing' that makes one get excited about a place.

The decor was nicer than most sports bars which I enjoyed. All of the tvs could be a bit overwhelming for someone who may just want to see a particular game. I enjoyed it as I could watch other games while the Broncos game was on a commercial break. I sat at the bar & was immediately asked for my drink order which was nice. I ordered the Pepper Jack Bites first. Really liked the bit of kick from the cheese in combination with the chipotle ranch. It was a nice size to share with my friend who was along for the ride. I noticed that the smaller bites seemed to be just breading, as if the cheese sort of melted since it wasn't the same consistency as mozzarella. But the larger bites as they cooled a bit were more like traditional mozz bites. These bites also get snaps for the breading not being too thick. I also got an order of the Saints Loaded Fries choosing the chicken option. My only real complaint with these were the actual fries. I wish they had some sort of spicy seasoning on them. Most of the flavor came from the toppings and queso. My friend said he really enjoyed the queso while I was expecting it to be a bit spicier. Again it was the perfect size to share with someone and the chicken was good, not dry at all. Also reheated well the next day.

Went here a year or two ago, waited an hour for ice-cold food that tasted terrible. The beer cheese soup had gone bad and I'm not even sure how that happens, especially at a place where it's clear that nothing is made from scratch. Our server even did the thing where they keep their face pointed away from our table at all times while we're trying to get their attention. Just to find out where our food was we had to go talk to the bartender/manager. We were one of two tables ordering food, the rest were just drinking. They were the smart ones. After our 2-hour ordeal our meal was comped and we received a BOGO for 'next time', as though it were a possibility. Judging by the fact that the managers are still apologizing all over Yelp says to me that things haven't improved. Wondering how they're still open, frankly.

My husband and I have been known to frequent Saints 1-2 times a week some weeks. The nightly specials are great and the appetizers and drinks are always good. We love to sit out on the patio and look out at Midtown Crossing and Turner Park. It is always fun to stop by on a night that something is going on in the park. If you go you MUST try to Buffalo Chicken Egg Rolls as an appetizer. They are amazing! I need to learn how to make them at home. We love the wings and everything else that Saints has to offer. It is also nice to know that they have a free shuttle that will pick you up and drop you off in a 5 mile vicinity. We haven't taken it yet but it is great to know that it is an option. The service is always great and consistent. We have never had to wait very long to be asked if we needed a refill or anything else. The big screen TVs are great to watch the game. They are always willing to change the channel if they aren't showing the game that you want to watch. Overall, we definitely recommend giving Saints a try!
(4)Amanda O.
I thought the service was pretty crappy. Food was pretty terrible also. We were never asked how we wanted the burgers cooked. They came extremely well done which was awful. We both got a burger that had a chipotle sauce on it. Well it was supposed to have a sauce on it. There was barely any sauce at all. Took forever for the server to check back so we could ask for a side of sauce. Her response was "actually there's plenty on there. If we put more on it the burger would be overflowing with sauce." Then she just stood there and glared at us awkwardly. So... Can we get some sauce anyways??? I get its a bar, but she also kept calling the guy I was with "baby" the whole time. We were easy going, polite, etc. and for some reason were treated really crappy by the server. The food was so bad I wouldn't try it a second time.
(1)Erica S.
Don't ever go here hungry or thirsty. I'm not sure if there just aren't enough people working, but the service is horrible. I've been here about five times and 4/5 have been crap service.
(1)Kate T.
Their chicken panini (and sweet potato fries) are surprisingly good for bar food. The honey mustard is homemade and delicious and the beer selection is rather expansive. A great patio in Midtown for the warmer months and overall friendly service. Will definitely be returning.
(4)Cecilia H.
I went there for happy hour. Plus: it starts at 2pm. Negative: Their website and the website of the complex both list their happy hour wine special as $4. I get there, and it's $5. I brought this up to the server who acknowledged that they know their website is wrong, but wine is $5 a glass anyway. Not cool. It's not hard to update your website. False advertising.

The manager would not turn on the audio for a Thursday night NFL game between the Raiders and Chiefs... Bar full of Chiefs fans... Iggy Azalea playing loudly in the background... I asked the manager if this was a sports bar, he confirmed it was. When I asked why there was no audio for any of the games and only music playing, he informed me that he would not put audio on for the second half of a game... So, not only does their food suck badly (which you can see from other reviews) they don't even appeal to the sports crowd!! If I wanted to listen to music, I would have gone to a non "sports bar". The manager was a bit of a prick, trying to prove a point... Really just lost out on Thursday night business. Dj's Dugout is where it's at! It's a bit further drive, but totally worth it!

Good food. Relaxing. Bar food. Outdoor patio. Good server, Delvis with good service ability.
(4)Christopher B.
Great set-up with multiple screens from multiple angles. That is about all that can said positively about this place. Food is mediocre at best. I don't hold that against them. It's bar food - I don't expect a 5 star level meal. The food is exactly what you expect. The service is absolutely atrocious! And I have been back a couple of times just to give the benefit of the doubt - everyone is allowed a bad day. But when there is a pattern of horrible service, I'll call a spade a spade. During my most recent (and last) outing, I entered the bar. No one greeted me. So after a few minutes I just sat down at a table. After another 5 minutes, a perky enough server took my drink order and did deliver it quickly. And then that was the last time I saw her for 20 minutes. Some may question why I waited so long. I come from a family with professional chefs - I know how restaurants works - I know how to run the "house." This "house" is clearly in disarray and I found it comical to keep track of how much time passed until someone asked for my food order. I could see my server at the other end of the bar, flirting it up with some college blokes, fully entranced by them rather than her job. No other server stopped to see if I needed anything either. I finally reached the limit of my patience, and got the attention of another server. I told him what I wanted, and miraculously my original server appeared within 2 minutes to confirm my order. And then she was gone, right back to flirting with some different blokes. I guess she was working on upping her tips - it's a good thing too because she didn't get one from me - and that's a shame because I tip well (more than 30% automatically - remember, I know the industry).
(1)Chris D.
Forgettable. Have been there twice now, and won't likely go back for anything other than a drink on the patio. Service was okay both times, but the food is just bland and what I call "a waste of calories". On a previous visit I ordered their soup of the day. Cream of Mushroom. The soup itself tasted bland...pasty, and had literally 2 very small pieces of mushroom in it. Can't remember what else I had that time...which says a lot. This more recent visit we ordered the boneless wings and the homemade queso dip. The wings were okay; however the queso was nothing more than an off yellow tasteless paste. We even tried to add some hot sauce to it for flavor. Ick. No hint of a cheese taste here. We let the waitress know how bad it was and as she dug into the sauce with a knife she agreed it looked bad and said "Normally it's homemade queso!" Hmmm. Not sure what it was, but no offer to remove anything from our bill. There are several TV's there, so it would be a good place to watch a game; however I'd suggest eating somewhere else first.
(2)Jared H.
They QUIT SERVING THE ONLY THING THEY HAD GOING FOR THEM, PIZZA. I waited to talk to a server for twenty minutes before finding out they quit serving it. Took a piss on theyre balcony for that. One star
(1)L T.
We came here because a group chose it. The hostess was not friendly, but our waitress was very nice. We just thought the first one to greet you should be very welcoming. I ordered the patty melt, it had an odd taste. Didn't even taste like hamburger. The side veggies were also hard, It wasn't bad enough to complain but not sure if I would come back to eat. The tvs nice everywhere to watch sports. But very loud and hard to even talk with our group. Echoes a lot too.
(2)Matt M.
This is another case of a 3.5 star review being rounded down to a 3. First off the place looks great and the staff is on top of it. The hostess was polite, the bartender Bella is a joy and the manager even stopped by to make sure everything was ok (always a plus in my book). We started with Saints Nachos - basically waffle fry nachos - these were very good. Next up I ordered the cuban panini and my friend ordered the fire pit burger. My panini was good but nothing out of the ordinary. My buddies burger was topped with fried jalapenos and buffalo sauce. It sounded great but when it came out it definitely looked lackluster - and it was served with crinkle cut fries right out of the freezer bag from their supplier. I think a little more effort needs to go into the burger and the fries. That all being said I think this is a good option in Midtown and I will certainly eat here again.
(3)Rachel S.
Atmosphere in the middle of the week isn't the most exciting so I can say I will need to give it another try on the weekend. They do have great happy hours and specials though throughout the week which are pretty legit!
(3)Fall F.
The place has great potential with decent food and good drink prices. However, I have now been here over 4 times and have yet to receive ok service. The waitresses are beyond under trained and spend more time doing prep work than actually waiting tables. My drink is empty, order placed to the bartender, and I have yet to see my waitress do anything. I hate to call this place pathetic and the service terrible, but sadly that is simply the truth. Always annoying to hear a business with a million excuses and waitresses complaining for being understaffed. Needs new management and staff that is trained. Hopefully, the 120th and maple location is owned by different people and everyone is fired from the midtown crossing. I will now officially never come back to this location and actively advocate for others to not try Saints in Midtown. I mean, I don't like disappointing others and this establishment is exactly that.
(1)Ram K.
The place smelt like a bad hard boiled eggs and dirty lady things..great place for sports if you dont mind the smell..also food was very sub par I got the chicken bowl...it was basically a really fried peice of chicken in old oil and mash potatoes with no flavor so they melt cheese on it..the gravy smelt good but didnt taste the same...this place must rely on drunk college kids who like to eat cafeterias food!!
(1)Moira R.
We came here with a bachelorette party and I was so unbelievably impressed with the over-the-top service we received from both our waiter and the manger (and let me preface this by saying it was not "creepy, hitting-on-the big group of girls" attention - just really friendly good service). The waiter was super friendly, attentive, and patient with us the whole night. He was engaging and fun and we received all of our drinks quickly and never had to wait to order. The manager stopped over to check in with our group and was also very engaging and stopped by throughout the night to make sure we were having a good time and to make suggestions on drinks and games. Honestly I had only been here once before to order some appetizers (which were really good) and to get a couple of drinks, but I will definitely be making a point of coming here more often.
(5)Preston S.
Stopped in for lunch. Server took our food/drink orders right away. It took us about 15 minutes to finally get all of our drinks. Ordered food and waited for about 30 minutes. Our server came out and told us everything was being "hand made" and that it would be about 5 minutes longer. 20 minutes later, 2 out of the 4 of us got our food. By this time we had been at the restaurant for an hour. Tables around us had already left because they hadn't gotten their food, either. It is worth nothing that maybe half of the tables in the dining room were occupied. The restaurant was not busy. We asked for our checks as soon as the food came, and it took another 15 minutes just to get our checks so we could pay and leave. Once we got the checks, two of the people at our table realized that their cards had been mixed up, and they had each been charged for the other's meals. The waitress couldn't remember which card went with which ticket, and couldn't remember which of us had which ticket. Got back to work after an hour and 15 minutes and started to eat, and discovered that one of my chicken strips was actually an onion ring with extra breading on it. I assume it just fell in the breading with the rest. Either way, I got shorted a chicken strip, and these are NOT very big chicken strips. The rest of the chicken strips tasted like fish, like the fryer oil had not been changed. Certainly not worth waiting an hour for. Saints used to be great, but the last 2 or 3 times that I have gone, it has been painfully slow service for sub-par food. It is very unlikely that I will go back.
(1)Patrick W.
Dropped by Saints for the first time primarily to enjoy the patio. They have an acceptable selection of beer though they could benefit by having more draft offerings. Still, they had a few beers I hadn't tried yet. The food was pretty average. My wife said the chicken tenders were among the best that she's ever had. The taco pizza, however, left a lot to be desired. The best parts of this place, in my experience were: 1. the view from the patio, 2. the television set-up inside the bar, and 3. the waiter. I'll likely go back to Saints if for no other reason than the fact it's a pretty solid sports bar even even if the food leaves a lot to be desired. I think that Des Moines locations are better than the Midtown location.
(3)Steven K.
Worst bar/restaurant service I have ever had. I have been here 4 times and every time the server has been terrible. The first time I asked the server about the specials and he shrugged his shoulders and walked away. The second time the waitress messed up the check and took almost an hour to fix it and let us pay, causing me to miss an important meeting. The third time the waitress gave me the wrong entree and wouldn't fix it and then messed up the drink orders and didn't check up on our table for another hour. The fourth time the waiter was just a sarcastic asshole. I would not recommend Saints. There are many better bars and restaurants with better service in the area.
(1)Ashley K.
Was ignored for the majority of the time that I was there, and it wasn't even busy....food is descent and so are drinks, but service makes or breaks a business in my point of view.
(1)Sarah G.
So as you may have already guessed from my star rating... I've had better. Bill tried out the fish tacos (2 flour tortillas, blackened tilapia, corn, cabbage). These had a surprisingly fishy (not in a good way) taste and I had trouble finding the flavors for some of the food adjectives... corn salsa? Citrus aioli, stuffed full?) It's always kind of a crap-shoot when you order fish tacos, and this wasn't a win. Side 'chips and salsa' were disappointingly bland. I went for a "Signature" item in the Jumbo Crab Cake Burger (lump crab cake topped with a chipotle ranch slaw on a grilled bun). This at least had a nice flavor (not what I'd call chipotle though... heavier on the ranch. And slaw was pretty sparce). Not to mention that it was a very "mushy" crab patty... Probably could've been cooked a little more or had less liquid added. Still, that didn't stop me from devouring it handily. Probably a three star sandwich on its own. Fries showed up just barely clinging to warmth... and while they had a okay flavor, we did take our server up on the offer for some hot, fresh ones. These fries though were over-seasoned (salted) to the point of being unappealing, even when doused in ranch dressing or ketsup. To be fair, Bill isn't as picky I am and would've / did eat both iterations. I didn't try to go for the trifecta and settled on alternating between the warm/salty and cold options. It's worth mentioning that Saints does have a rather large wine menu, which is pretty uncharacteristic for a sports bar. And some nice bottled beer selections... But if we come back it'll be for the television-to-wall ratio and not for the food.
(2)Nicole S.
I've heard the service here is spotty, I honestly can't speak to that because we came here specifically to see my sister-in-law when she was the manager so obviously we were treated pretty well. I just have to say, in general, that I love bar food but this was REALLY good bar food. I think I had the macaroni and cheese, it was March and still a little chilly when we went so I wanted comfort food. I'm sure, as a sports bar, that it's really crowded when there's sports...stuff...on tv, that's not really in my wheelhouse, but we had a quiet, out of the way table near the bathrooms so we could have plenty of room to stash our double stroller--which you'll probably need a stroller or carrier if you come here with little kids since you'll most likely end up parking far away. Parking in midtown crossing can be a hassle, next to impossible if you come during peak times. We have kids so we usually eat early like old people or a little on the late side.
(4)Jessy L.
Went there on a Saturday night in August with a group of friends and wanted to sit around their fire-pit, which is a cool idea if it works... The chairs were falling apart and it just looked sloppy. After about 15 minutes, we had a server come out to get our drink order. Now, we had asked the hostess if we could sit out there, so it wasn't like no one knew that we were out there. He took our drink order and after a half hour, still no drinks. We assumed we had been forgotten and left. So there's that...
(1)Glenn P.
Good drinks, large portions with good flavors and fair prices. Best part though is the sports bar feel, simply one of the best places in town to watch sports.
(5)Brandon F.
Amazing burger and a great pour for Scotch! I'll be back to try it again for sure.
(5)Jennifer S.
I had lunch here with a work group mid-week, and we were the only table. I arrived separately from the rest of the group because we work in different buildings, and so I was never offered a drink (there was a cup of water in my spot when I arrived). I ordered the veggie burger with the chicken tortilla soup as my side, and a good 10 minutes after I ordered, the server came back and said they ran out of the soup (probably meaning it wasn't made yet, since I doubt they ran out by 12:30...). He must be new to serving, because he didn't think to bring me a menu to see what I'd like instead. :) When he did grab a menu, I chose the side salad. He brought it to me right away, and it was actually very good. The chopped red onions and chipotle ranch gave it a nice zing. The two ladies sitting next to me had avocado ranch, and they liked that dressing, also. My veggie burger came out, and it was also a bit spicy, in a good way. I was disappointed that the burger was dry, and I would've asked for another side of the chipotle ranch, if I'd seen the server before I had demolished the burger. The bun was buttered, so it wasn't a deal-breaker...just something they could definitely improve on. I noticed that my companions who got the waffle fries as their side had overflowing plates. Not sure if that's the norm or if the cook made too many...at any rate, score! It seems like this place isn't being run very well, which is a shame because the food was actually tasty. I'll try them again...maybe they were just having an off day.
(3)Lisa P.
I am trying desperately to love this place. The food is decent for bar food. Their tv wall is awesome. Great location. But still, they manage to make it sooo hard... I don't know why I keep coming back. I keep hoping things will change I guess. There are a few gems if you're lucky enough to get the "right" server but, overall, service sucks. They are soooo slow with dealing with their TVs, changing channels, and listening to customer requests with NFL football. Their wifi is spotty at best. Not working AT ALL today, and I was planning on multitasking and doing homework while watching the football game I had to wait 35 minutes to get on... Customers mean nothing here. They're a bunch of young, entitled, snotty, unprofessional, lil brats. They can't fix any of their problems. They apologize for nothing. I'm not expecting anything outside of basic customer service and my experience being worth my money.. I'm a server myself!! That says a lot... Such a nightmare. I wish it were better. But I really really hate this place.
(2)Audrey C.
A-Ok is about all I can say about this place. Not bad, not great. Just ok. I have eaten at Saints three times, all over the lunch hour with co-workers, and always on Tuesdays, because Tuesdays they have/ HAD a $5 burger special. It is now 'Taco Tuesday' for future reference. On two visits, I had the Cobb Salad. It was a very good salad, however in general, I don't know why a meal salad has to be over $10. I'm stating this in regards to many other restaurants who do the same. I understand salads are ordered frequently, and require little cost, so you need to make money. That being said, I expect the dressing to be made with liquid gold if I'm going to fork over more than $10 for a salad....whew! Ok, back to my Saints review..... The food, for bar food is good. Waffle fries did have a coating which I wasn't crazy about, but they hit the spot. My co-workers consistently have good luck with sandwiches, pizza, tacos, etc. The service can be hit or miss. On one occassion I got a parking ticket for an expired meter. I wasn't anticipating an an hour and a half lunch break, and our server would come and go as he pleased. We had to ask for our checks a few times before he actually brought them to us. If this place wants to appeal to the business lunch crowd, they need to be more speedy! Also, because I notice background music, this place has quite the rotation. Sometimes its Jam Bands or classic rock, or like yesterday it was slow 90s make- out R & B, interesting lunch choice! I'm sure I will visit Saints again, just because it is an office favorite. If you go, allow yourself enough time, and be prepared to spend over $10 for lunch.

Awesome drink specials, decent food, slow and ditzy servers, and aloof bartenders. Most times I've been in there are 10-15 people in the entire place. Seems like it would be a great place to catch a game if it were crowded, but otherwise nothing worth going out of your way for.

I came here on my lunch break with two other friends. Service- TERRIBLE. Go figure. Nobody even acknowledged we walked in the door. Our server could care less about if we were happy with our lunch (Which we weren't) and she didn't even ask why practically the whole plate hadn't been touched. No refills. Ever. So I was furious leaving the place obviously so I looked on Facebook for any clues as to why this is such a dive.Their Facebook page is practically begging people to come work there. If you have to beg for people to come work at your establishment then something needs to be evaluated wether it be management or just the types of people you are hiring! Food- Appetizer came out cold. My sandwich had wilted soggy lettuce and the meat was like eating paper. There was absolutely nothing I liked about my meal. The only good looking thing at our table were the waffle fries, and my co-worker told me that they were too salty to eat...Really? I don't think this place will survive much longer. I'm apparently not the only one having problems with this place. I'm sure I won't be the last. Eat somewhere else!

Food is excellent for bar food, but it's always freezing and people have to wear their coats and I'm always hot. Also beware on holidays (new years eve etc....) when people may want food at night they close the kitchen at the regular time.

Cheap beer and good burgers, whats not to like? Outdoor seating has very good view into the park.

Just moved to midtown crossing area so I've only been to this place a few times. Not necessarily the best sports bar but it is convenient. Good deals sometimes with half off appetizers and happy hour specials. Wings were pretty good when I had them but that's the only food I've had there.

Saints is only nice in the summer time on their patio. Usually very little atmosphere. Service can be good depending on who you get. Drinks are way overly priced. A trash can will set you back $10 but seriously you don't get a taste of booze. It's basically energy drink. Food is decent though.
