Had a wonderful experience! Staff was very friendly and welcoming, food was great, and service was quick. This was a great find, less than 5 mins from the Humane Society!

Great food, great service! There is something new everyday! If you go, be sure to try the cinnamon rolls. I think they increase the size everyday! This will become an Omaha Hotspot soon. The only thing they could make better are the hours. But, then again, 24/7 couldn't even contain all the awesome this place has to offer! Check it out!

Wonderful service here and the food does not disappoint! It has an atmosphere that is very unique and you feel at home no matter what you age. I would strongly suggest the breakfast burrito with a side of hash browns, but you really can't go wrong with the menu here.

I went out here with a group of friends based on the positive reviews. Service was pretty quick and friendly but overall we were underwhelmed and disappointed by the food here. I was expecting fresh, homemade cafe style food and we received bland, processed food. It was clearly generic products purchased from a large supplier like Sysco. Nothing I couldn't easily make at home. I would not return based on our experience, but thought the owners would be appreciative of some customer feedback. I would like to see better food presentation, more flavor, and better ingredients.

Great food! Not just the normal diner food. I had the breakfast burrito. And the folks that run it are really nice people too.
Great food, generous servings, and friendly wait staff.

Very nice small neighborhood cafe. Friendly and attentive staff. The only reason I don't give this place five stars is the menu is pretty limited. Other wise my breakfast was very satisfying. I had the Keystone Omelette with Hash browns and white toast.

Cleanliness 5 Service 4 Food 4 Likelihood 5 1-5 (5 Best!) 4.5 Our first visit. Small cafe, probably 20 tables or so. Becky and Merry run the place. Was greeted with a good ol home town hello and introductions. I loved it! Food was hot, flavorful, and VERY tasty. GOOD JOB! Cinnamon rolls right out of the oven. Restrooms were spotless, kitchen was VERY clean, tables not sticky. Just a good ol home town diner in Omaha. We will return!!!

Glad we gave this little place a second try... Gravy w/ the biscuits was MUCH more flavorful, and the hashbrowns were actually BROWNED and cooked perfectly. The Chicken fried chicken was AMAZING; Real, boneless, skinless, white chicken breast (well portioned) w/ two eggs that were prepared exactly as requested. We each split a homemade pecan and cinnamon roll (warm & delicious!) and the fresh brewed coffee was just right; strong, but not too strong.Worth getting out of bed on a Sunday morning and going out for. Noticed this time around there are sandwiches on the menu. With soup added too, this could be a great little luncheonette. All in all, a dynamite diner with the BEST customer service waitstaff (Mary & Deb) in the business! My compliments to the short-order chef.

Keystone Kafe is a great little home style breakfast place that is putting a twist on conventional breakfast by kicking it up a notch. The food is great and the atmosphere is clean and friendly.

Walked in and were immediately greeted by Mary and felt like I was walking into the kitchen at home. Clean place, comfortable, and good crowd. Food: We had the veggie omelet special, and a breakfast burrito. Both were served hot, not too large of a portion, just right. Presentation was excellent, and the omelet was homemade. Veggies were tasty and still had a bit of raw left in them, which I like. Burrito was great, and the salsa seemed homemade as well. Price: $20 for two people including coffee...oh yeah, and a complimentary taste of cake for everyone in the cafe. Which by the way was also delicious. Service: Perfect.

Good basic breakfast and lunch items. I had chicken fried chicken and a pecan roll for breakfast. YUM! Next time I'm going to try the salted carmel French toast. Friendly staff. Debra and Mary will make you feel welcome.

Absolutely delicious! The chicken fried chicken with gravy and eggs was the best I have ever had. The homemade pies are delicious as well.

Atmosphere was great like a home kitchen. Food was ok like a home kitchen. The place was dirtier than my kitchen and I'm not the cleanest of folks! The wait was terribly long and we never even got one of the items we ordered. Frankly I was quite disappointed after having read the good reviews to find this place was not worth the money. :(

While I understand and respect that Shayne Fili and Mark Beacom are really trying to breathe life into the Keystone area, this café just fell short for us. My husband and I also wondered if they are owners/co-owners of this café, as they run the auctions and flea market venue. The interior is everything that you would expect in a small café. The problem for us, essentially, was the price and the portions. I got some hash brown concoction that was not sized proportionally for it being over $8.00. I don't think that the cinnamon rolls are made on-site, as they looked pre-made. My husband was disappointed that the potato casserole was not listed as being sliced potato's, not that it is a big deal, as I pointed out: there really was no description at all. Our bill was around $30 for breakfast, which seemed unreasonable for a breakfast joint. After we got done eating, our server was sitting at a table by the kitchen and, while she was sweet and nice, didn't pre-bus until I was already up at the register paying. I kind of hoped that she would've pre-bussed earlier than that. That is kind of the standard server procedure, but I also have to remember that she may have gotten there early that morning and was simply tired. This is what gives the low start rating. After we left, just getting into the car, I notice a real funky taste left in my mouth. Like a cleaning chemical taste. I wondered if there was some residue left in my coffee cup. It was definitely the deal breaker. I have continued to wonder all week what the hell was in the cup. I love small businesses, and I love a good breakfast joint, but this one is more for the Keystone area people. I will not be back.
