First time here, courtesy of a friend. Nice environment, tastefully decorated, limited seating, but with the right variety: small tables, larger ones for small groups, a couch and chairs, or outdoor tables. I watched the barista prep my latte: shots pulled well and poured quickly, right amount of flavor, steamed milk just right, slightly frothy but not foamy. Nicely done. Karma Coffee is off my normal path, but when I plan to meet someone in Northwest Omaha, or want to enjoy a good latte when I'm in that neighborhood, I won't hesitate to be back.

I love this place so much! I stay in Omaha for the summer during college, so I've been trying to find a coffee shop that's on par with the one by my university. Unfortunately, they are not that many to choose from in W Omaha. I finally checked out this place in the beginning of the summer. The staff are so nice here! For me, you don't have to strike up a conversation. A simple hello and thank you is all good for me. The staff ask about your day and such, and also showed me their rewards card. The coffee? Oh my god, I love it. I've sworn off Starbucks unless it's absolutely necessary and this place isn't open. At Karma, they've never gotten my order wrong and it's amazing everytime. The blonde girl (I'm so bad with names) makes the cutest foam art.

The cookie-cutter facade of the complex where Karma Koffee sits is no indication of what's inside. On a weekday afternoon, I dropped in for a regular cup o' Joe. The barista was friendly and ultra helpful and knowledgeable of the daily blends. Once I paid, I settled in on a cozy couch and soaked in the vivid colors, art and positive sayings around as music played overhead. Come for the coffee, stay for the experience.

Finally stopped in after a trip over to Bakers this morning. Poor guy behind the counter was BUSY but he was attentive and apologetic for the wait. Nice selection, tasty offerings (got a Peppermint Mocha - a bit out of season so a nice surprise and a Chai Tea Latte) and fairly standard prices. I liked the decor and set up. Seems like a nice place to go after getting pastries from the french bakery that is missing seating and adding a coffee. Will have to add this place to the rotation when it's morning grocery shopping.

New Local Coffee shop in West Omaha with a great story. They have taken over a former *bucks and have created a great environment just to chill out. Soft opening was today (July 28, 2014), and they will be serving Gerda's pastries within a few days. When this happens I will come back and give them 5 stars! KMTV story: youtube.com/watch?v=WpLO…

I Don't live in omaha, but I often come up on fridays and stay until Mondays. The hardest part of that has been finding a place I can work in the mornings. This has solved that problem. I haven't had a chance to come here before, I'm never leaving. This is located where the old starbucks was, so the interior is there, but the people and coffee is not. First they use coffee from Kansas city's very own Roasterie. Seeing as that is my normal hangout when home in KC, it fit in well. The Wifi seems good, my Americano is smooth, tastes great, the pastries were decent, but not outstanding. I could go for some egg type dish. bottom line, come here, hang out, very cool place, I plan on taking the seat at the window whenever I come up on a friday.

Since Starbucks moved across the street, it has not been as convenient for me to get a good espresso or latte. I decided to give Karma a try based on the one review and local press. The layout has not changed much (why change it?) except for the missing sales displays for coffee beans, cups, grinders, makers, newspapers, etc. That is a good thing as you can now walk freely to your barista. I liked the decor - for West O it was fresh and welcoming (think Scooters before they franchised). And, the staff is friendly I ordered a medium latte with an extra shot to go. This was very good. Their espresso has a nice deep roast with smoky flavors; not burnt. They have pastries from Petite, though I didn't order any. But I know Petite is good. I would recommend Karma to anyone in the vicinity.

I finally made it to this little coffee shop, really on accident! I was going to the Baker's there and saw it, so I had to go check it out! I had to go inside since they do not have a drive through. When you enter Karma Koffee, the atmosphere is really inviting and relaxing. They have really nice wooden tables and almost feels like I were to be inside of a cabin. Karma Koffee has a lot of options on their menu. You can pretty much get everything you can get at any other coffee place, but they also offer organic milk too! I ordered an iced sugar free mocha latte with soy milk. It was really really good! Their mocha reminds me much of Archetype coffee's mocha, except I could get a sugar free one here. The two baristas were very helpful and friendly too. Their friendliness paired with an awesome coffee equals a new go to place for coffee! I love this place!

Hey Karma, What's up! thanks for the caffeine and helping me with my business. I love the staff in the morning here, and they always smile and have good insight of the types of coffee. These little bit size snacks that are out, so I don't have to buy an entire pastry which i won't eat rocks so I can have ONE bite, ha which is all I need. The atmosphere is super comfy! French Press for my friend Tom Smoothies for my friend Bill and all the wi-fis we need to Rock!

Latte was very sweet with minimal coffee flavor. I should've asked for half-pump. However, the fact that they have happy hour is much appreciated, and the flavor of the syrups was good. Atmosphere is ok; service was quick and kind.

What a gem! We were just passing through town from Minneapolis. Stopped at the nearby grocery store and noticed the coffee shop. In need of a quick pick-me-up, I ordered a cappuccino. Perfectly made! Great atmosphere. Great coffee!

Really diggin' this new coffee shop. Best coffee on the west side hands down! They have a variety of single origin brews from The Roasterie in KC along side their own signature Miracle Blend, a darker roast. Good vibes all around this place. It has a somewhat rustic feel to it mixed with good spirituality practices. The community seems to have accepted them with open arms; their board is filled with a variety of events and charities. They even host free meditation meetings on Thursday nights after close. If you happen to be in the area and need a pick me up, they will provide coffee and much more!

Probably won't be back. First visit was not pleasant. The woman at the counter had no idea how to run the cash register, took way over 10 minutes. Ordered an Iced Carmel Latte. The drink was really bitter. Chalked it all up to being brand new. Went again over the Labor Day weekend. They really need to get the woman at the counter some training. Same woman waited on me and again she had issues with the cash register. Way too slow at her job. This time I just ordered a plan coffee and it took forever! Coffee was okay. Going across the street to Starbucks where I know I can get fast and excellent coffee. Sorry Karma Koffee, your staff needs training!

Easily my favorite coffee shop in West Omaha! Like one commenter already mentioned, it reminds me of the spot I used to hang out at when I was in school. Very chill and laid back, both in decor and in spirit. Everyone here doesn't just have good customer service, they genuinely care that you have the best experience possible. Good tunes, better coffee, and the best service. Skip the cookie-cutter chains and check this place out!
