I travel a lot and stay primarily at Marriott and I have to say that my dining experience here has been pretty sad. The food was not very good and seemed to be just thrown together. I had the antipasto, and the bread was totally stale and it had two small pieces of prosciutto that were very old. The loaded steak salad was just sooo sad. Needless to say I will not be dining here again during my visit.

WOW. I don't even know where to start. The place is lovely. They must have had a big renovation and it is very nice, pretty and a nice place to sit for a cocktail (we were in the bar area.) Large tables with couches and pillows. Quite comfortable. I found the service to be quite lacking. Our waiter was not prompt and not overly courteous. They have a large selection of gourmet cocktails which he knew nothing about. His excuse was that he "worked part-time." We decided to order a few appetizers with our cocktails. We chose the Sea salt and thyme french fries with garlic mayo. There was not a speck of thyme to be seen and not much salt either. The garlic mayo looked disgusting. It was in a larger size bowl and tasted like plain mayo to us. We also selected the roasted mushroom and goat cheese flatbread. If that was goat cheese, it sure didn't seem like it. It looked like the cheese that was on it was a finely shredded cheese that was melted on. From the menu, it looks really great. We were not impressed by either the food or the service. When we discussed the food with our waiter, again, he was not overly concerned. "uh--sorry." I would not recommend eating here.

I really want to like this place more. Great location, modern decor, stiff drinks, reasonable prices and nice staff. However, they need to change out their cleanup rags more often (tables smelled) and the last limes we got should have been thrown away (brown skins and soft).

Awful. Terrible horrible. I wish I has read the reviews before eating here. Food was old, cold, service terrible. No one in restaurant but couldn't get anyone to notice me. Cold steak? And when I mentioned it, I got "oh". That's it. Don't waste your now money. I feel like I need to go have a good dinner somewhere else. Didn't eat mine.

For a hotel, this bar is pretty good. The food is good too. Bar staff is just ok. Waitstaff in restaurant is mostly miss except for one woman who was great. Weird they don't have baked potato as an option for steaks. I could get to 5 stars with better and more consistent service paired with a slightly larger menu.

There is no reason to hate on this great lobby bar. Half the reason I stay at this Marriott is because of this bar! They remodeled last year and it is very nice, very hip and have bartenders that have been here for years. Expect good service and friendly Omaha atmosphere. Good wine & drink list, plus the food at the restaurant is excellent. Give it a shot. It's a hotel lobby bar... Enjoy the fact you only need to stumble to the elevator.
