Worst experience ever! Ordered to go and waited 35 minutes for my good. After confronting the assistant manager Erin Jensen she just kept saying oh it will be done soon. After 10 minutes longer and I said something again and requested my money back she handed it to me and turned around and walked away and made a ride comment. Very unprofessional

This restaurant is really good but its fries need a little less seasoning. Kids menu is perfect! No complaints for everything else.

The place is ok all around. The food is ok (taste, portion, and price) and the service is.. ok. There's nothing exceptional or horrible to be said but if you bear with me I'll go into a little more detail about the ok-ness. The service: We came in at an off time and were fairly put off by it taking 20+ minutes to get our appetizer platters and a kids meal. Longer than it should've taken but not an absurd amount of time. Our waiter seemed more concerned with chatting with his coworkers than serving his customers but we weren't completely ignored. We eventually got those refills. The food: We ordered wings, and then the platter with more wings, mini burgers, and frickles (fried pickles). My son had a chicken strips kids meal. The wings are decent - not crispy but had good flavor, the mini burgers were standard and so were my son's chicken strips (which were served on a Frisbee you get to take home). The frickles were the only thing not just ok - they and the sauce they're served with are very good. Not sure they're good enough to warrant another visit to Cheeseburger in OKville, but very good nonetheless.

Service was fast and friendly. Didn't have to wait long for anything. That being said, the food was mediocre. I had hoped it would be like Islands in San Diego. Unfortunately it was not. Very disappointing.

Came here for lunch after smelling the aroma from the sidewalk. It was pretty good. The burger was fresh and the beef good quality. The toppings fresh and tasty. Even though the quality of the beef was good lack of flavor kept me from 4 stars. The service from John F. was really good as well, my drink was always full. The best part of the meal was the fries. I would not waste money upgrading sonic they have really good fries. Overall satisfied, slightly overpriced for what it is but not too bad.

This was my second visit to Cheeseburger in Paradise. I went on a date night, and we were surrounded by screaming kids. Each table boarding us had at least three kids that were five and under. The waitress was nice, but we felt really rushed. We literally sat down, she gave us the menus, we didn't even open them, and she asked what we would like to drink and any appetizers. My husband said that he wasn't sure yet because we hadn't had a chance to look at the menu. Then she left and didn't come back for a while. The food was good, but there was nothing special or unique that would make us crave their food.

Fast drink service. Nice variety of teas n specialty drinks. Milkshakes come with the extra in a metal glass to keep it cool. Burgers were done just right. Barely pink. Skinny fries or onion strings complete the tray. A tv at the booth was a bonus. I had the aloha burger with juice bits of pineapple and a sweet sauce to top it off Prices were reasonable. Terrific service

I have been here several times in the last 4 years. Food has definitely gone downhill. Used to love their fish and chips..now they are smaller and more breaded and greasy, not crispy as they should. Hamburgers used to be juicy and delicious. ..now dry and chewy. They either need a new chef or better food quality for them to cook. Service was good at least.

Very disappointing. I had a baja burger that was Eh. Even though the place was not busy it to the bar 10 mins to open my beer and put a lime in it. Then i watched it sit on the counter for another 3 mins. The food is not worth the cost. :(

Feels more like a tourist trap than a good place to hang out. If you haven't been here before beware that they artists are compelled to play Jimmy Buffet songs at least once an hour. Frozen drinks are good though they don't have nearly enough alcohol - usually order an additional shot to add to drinks. They are definitely tasty and huge. Cheeseburger sliders and Cuban sandwiches are okay in my opinion, but nothing out of this world. For desert you should try the chocolate nachos. That was surprisingly good. Atmosphere is usually left over shoppers with their kids during dinner hours - mucho wait. If you go after 9, place is generally dead and the entertainment is usually a guy tuning his guitar for a half hour before playing Margaritaville for the 40th time - though some nights they do get good talent in to play.

Where is that shaker of salt? This is a nice stop after a long day of shopping at Village Pointe. As you walk through the door, you are transported to Key West. Parrots, nautical/island decor and flashy shirted staff welcome you as you choose to either sink into a booth or enjoy a nice day out on the patio. The food is great. Thus far, I have had the Cuban sandwich both times....totally great. The sweet potato chips have a great taste as well, not oily & just that sweet salty taste. My husband is more adventuresome. All of his choices have been chased with a great beer...which always tastes better in paradise, even if it is still located in Omaha. This place also reminds me of Margaritaville in Las Vegas, minus the big boats. lol

The worst freaking burger place in town. The only thing it's got going for it's self is it's location and the service. I've been to other cheese burger in paradise locations and this one is rock bottom. Sorry guys thumbs down on taste.

The food is okay. I have tried drinks, wings and burgers. The staff was friendly and new so I can not be mean when a new server starts. The desert nachos are my wife's favorite but overall I didn't really care one way or another about this place.

I want you to do something for me. I want you to picture a beach. You're in the Florida Keys. The sun is burning orange and nervously inching its way towards a glistening horizon. There's a gentle island breeze caressing your face, and the soft rush of the waves soothes your nerves. A band is playing in the distance, with the playful notes of a steel string guitar serving just well enough to remind you that you're among friends, enjoying the beach with a cool drink in your hands... ...now picture that some soulless men in expensive suits bought that place, built a Six Flags around it and started serving you food from your local super-market frozen foods section, while the couple next to you ignores their spoiled little brat of a child, who decides it's good sport to come over and kick you in the shins repeatedly. And that cool drink in your hands tastes like it came straight out of a Hi-C juice-box. And there's not even any rides at this Six Flags. And then your ex calls you and says she has the HIV, and that you should get yourself checked. And then you wake up in the hospital with a head wound, having passed out from shock and voided yourself in front of everyone. That's Cheeseburger in Paradise. The food sucked, the wait sucked, the service sucked, the drinks sucked, and I left with a head-ache. F*ck you, Jimmy Buffett. F*ck you.

I've yet to find anything at all redeeming about this joint. The drinks are weak, and over priced, the food is marginal, and I've yet to have service that could even remotely be considered mediocre. Please stay away this CIP will close and give an opportunity to a decent restaurant.
Maybe I'm not a Jimmy Buffet fan, but I really disliked this place. Came here, just looking for a good burger, and got something that was a lot worse than I expected. I ordered the signature cheeseburger (figuring it IS cheeseburger in paradise) but was overall, unimpressed. Not too much flavor, too overdone (I asked for medium rare), and pretty mediocre. I've also heard disappointing reviews from co-workers and friends and wondered why I stopped here in the first place.

Boo! Hiss! And never again. How about that for a review? Food is sub par and the service....dear lord, how is it possible to have service this bad?! No thanks and did I already say never again.........good, because I meant it!

Still giving three stars... maybe I would have considered 4 for our server and food, but it took 40 minutes to get a table. The host (a little too snooty for my taste) informed us that it'd be a 25-30 minute wait for 'first available' (inside or outside). He wordlessly handed us a pager and didn't even ask for a name. So we wandered down the mall a bit to kill some time. When we returned, the stack of pagers that had been at the counter was gone, with more people waiting and getting seated. I thought maybe we had wandered out of range of the pager, but the manager (who finally asked for a name to along with the pager) told us we hadn't been called yet. After we got seated, finally, everything was great, and at this point we were ravenous with hunger. Our server was fantastic, and we gave her a somewhat obscene tip because of her friendliness and ability to be heard over the Friday-evening country covers/improv guitar duo. I was willing to try again, and it didn't totally win me over, but the food might tempt me again if I'm in the area and it's not too busy. And go figure, I had fish tacos. I remembered I wasn't a fan of the burgers from last time... EDIT: We stopped in again for some fish tacos and they were really blah. Don't know what changed but I'd rather eat at Qdoba for half the price.

Let me start with actually giving CIP 2 1/2 stars. The "A-Ok" description seemed a bit generous. Stopped in last night for a "quick" bite. That was our first mistake assuming that on a Monday night, with no wait, that we would get our order in a timely manner. Our waiter seemed a little frenzied and while rushing both inside and out was needless to say a bit sweaty. It took over 30 minutes for our food to arrive, and it seemed hard to get refills on our tea and water. Fish tacos were tasty. We ordered the deep fried version. The fish was fresh and flaky, the batter was light and crispy. The pineapple salsa added a sweet touch as well as a hint of heat. The sauce that was served with them was luckily on the side ... it tasted like BBQ sauce (on a fish taco ???) Overall they were quite tasty (minus the mystery sauce that is). The mini crab cake burgers were OK. They had great flavor themselves, but for me, there seemed to be just too much bun for these little minis. Something was missing IMHO. I never did get extra fries that I requested and ended up drinking some of my husbands iced tea, as my water glass sat empty for the second time (and far too long left unnoticed on the end of our table by our waiter and his disappearing acts). We feared with the mall closing in 45 minutes, asking for dessert would take too much time so we offered the credit card immediately upon our bill's arrival. Perhaps the key-lime pie will ave to wait for another day. This was only our third visit to CIP and each time the food was fairly decent, but the service is what reminds us we don't need to come back anytime soon.

We've eaten at Cheeseburgers In Paradise two times now. It is a primary reason why we make the hour drive from Lincoln to Omaha. We love the variety in their selection of food and style of burgers. It's very easy to find something that everyone in your party can enjoy. The atmosphere is ok. It can get a little noisy, but it's fun and casual. The service is extraordinary. We've been impressed on both visits with the wait staff's willingness to make recommendations. All items that have been recommended have been great. This is definitely a place to try at least once.

i'd been in here once about 6 months ago and had the conch fritters and crab cakes. Both were not very good. I decided to go back and try a burger which is the other half of their theme. They totally redeemed themselves, the burger was really good. I got onion strings instead of fries, they were pretty good on their own. I asked for ranch to tip them in, that tasted weird like the put cinnamon or nutmeg in it. Also learned if you are buy an entree you can get your movie ticket for the theater across the lot for $7 and you get a $3 coupon for the refreshment stand. Not bad!

Cheeseburger in Purgatory would be a better name. Arrived at 1:30 on a weekday afternoon, and took 25 minutes from when I placed my order to when the food arrived. All I ordered was the house staple, CIP burger and fries, so it's not like I was tossing curveballs at the kitchen. The fries must have been done in 10 minutes and sat for the next 15 because they were cool and soggy. The burger was pretty good, but then again for $12 it should be. It looked like they have some good drink specials. Maybe that's the ticket, to while away the afternoon there looking for the lost shaker of salt. But this isn't the Keys, it's Omaha on a weekday afternoon and I had places to be.

Food was ok, the Po-Boy was quite messy but good. Service was friendly and efficient. The chips and queso were very yummy, especially paired with beer :) However, the ambiance left much to be desired. I've been to other Cheeseburger in Paradise establishments that actually made you feel like you were on a vacation. All in all average and not disappointed that we choose to dine here.

When CIP first opened, it was a decent chain restaurant. I patronized it several times when it was new, and the last time I was in there was around `07 or so. Cut to 2013. I stopped in CIP for a solo lunch, right when they opened. I was seated immediately. My server was attentive and provided good service. I ordered the bacon cheeseburger with onion strings instead of fries. Everything was cooked to order, but there was a sort-of blandness to the food. I couldn't quite figure out why I was so deflated by this meal. I should've ordered the Cuban sandwich, which was what I had the last time I was in there, and had good luck with. The overall ambiance of CIP has faded, IMO. Maybe I just wasn't in the mood for it, but it made an impression. Truthfully, I probably won't go there anymore.

This place used to be very good, but has seriously fallen in quality over the past year or so. Two trips ago, ordered appetizers. Got them, and our entrees came out like three minutes later. Ok, we let that go. Last trip, we figured that wouldn't happen again. Nope... The entrees came in about TWO minutes. Seriously? This time I asked for the manager, who apologized and comped the appetizers. He knew exactly what had happened before we even explained. This trip, we had our young nieces with us and came on a weekday when the restaurant was nearly empty. We asked for a booth with a TV so our nieces could watch cartoons. The hostess instead said "how about a table instead?" What? Three minutes later, other people came in and took the booths. Oh yeah, one of the orders came out wrong. We'll try again in a year or so just to see if its better -- if it hasn't closed by then.

Usually a good place to stop for dinner and drinks...however this time there was something odd with the staff. We planned to stop in for a quick bite before the comedy show across the street but ultimately ended up eating at the comedy show due to the weird vibe from the staff. We weren't in a real hurry so we offered to wait for a booth when the hostess said there were only tables available. This should have been our first clue to leave because we walked the place with her and passed several booths that were empty. It seemed like she wanted us in a particular section because when we asked about a large booth in the back she claimed it was saved for someone else. Within a few minutes another hostess seated us at a booth near the front (which was open the entire time??). We asked to be switched because it was small and our friends hadn't arrived yet so it was no big deal to wait until a bigger one became available. After a little wait another hostess offered to seat us. This hostess took us to the back to the very same booth our first hostess told us was "being saved." Things were good until the waitress came by. She acted as if we were a burden to her. She took our drink order and gave us menu, pretty standard. Our friends arrived and rather than stopping by to take their drink order, she continued to pass by our table or hang at the bar without coming over to take their order. When she finally came by to take their order it was again as if we had bothered her by being there. By this point I did not have a good feeling about being there and thought if this behavior continued we would not make our comedy show on time, so at that point I made the decision to get the check and leave. When my husband got the check he put a $20 bill in the black folder, the bill was around $17 or so. When she took the folder she opened it in front of us and said, "do you want change?" No smile and the tone of voice was again as if we were a burden to her. Normally, this most likely would not have been a big deal but given her other recent behaviors I was appalled by her actions. She should have taken the check, rang it up, and brought back the change for us to decide. All in all we spent maybe 30-45 min at the table, had one drink, and left. If I return I'd most likely sit at the bar, as I've always gotten good service at the bar. The odd behavior of the hostesses and unfriendly waitress was enough to make me avoid the place. Jimmy Buffet would be embarrassed by their behaviors.

Drinks were good. Food was nothing special. The burger that I ordered came out dry as anything! The waiter and manager were both very nice and took care f the mess up. A little pricey. Great, fun, beachy atmosphere!

I honestly really like this place. I prefer it over red Robin. Probably because of the fries. I prefer fries that are skinnier, more like McDonald's style versus thick cut. I have probably been here a half a dozen times and always had consistently good food. Most recently, we sampled the guacamole and bacon burger, the cheeseburger in Paradise, and the mini sliders. I liked all of them. I don't expect anything too overly impressive with the chain, but for a chain restaurant this is a place that I continue to go back to.

It's actually been a couple of years since I tried this place, but Rick's review reminded me. First, the compliment: the kid covering Jimmy Buffet tunes was actually pretty good. That was about the extent of what was good. Now I know the restaurant's name, Cheeseburger in Paradise, doesn't actually say the burger itself is especially paradisaical in any way, but it's the impression one tends to have. Half an hour after walking in, impression dispelled. Bad burger. BAD! No restaurant with Burger in the name should be selling burgers that taste like the pre-pressed frozen patties sold at the grocer that always cook up like little hockey pucks on the grill and taste dry, a bit bitter, and bland. Unless the name of the restaurant is Bad Burger. I could excuse that, as long as there was a qualifier immediately after saying "we don't mean bad like good, we mean actually pretty bad." "Welcome to Bad Burger, where the burgers aren't really very good." That I could get behind. So, with the cheeseburger out of the running, and honeyed milk of paradise not on the menu, that just leaves the environment. Decor. Ambience. Atmosphere. Something in all that must be paradise, right? Uh...no. Oh, well.

First off people of Yelp, this is not a burger joint. It is called Cheeseburger in Paradise because of the founder and the song. It is a "general" bar and grill with a island theme. The food here is your standard chain restaurant grub. I might even rate it a touch higher than average if it weren't for the painfully slow service every single time i dine here. The buffalo chicken nachos are pretty good. The burgers are fair. It is one of those places you go to out of convenience.

Food is great. Wait and bar staff always seem more interested in whatever football game is on rather than the customers. Come for the food, not the service.

We visited CIP after a very long day at a wrestling tournament. We were seated immediately and our drinks arrived promptly. I order a margarita whenever I visit CIP, and I don't know why I keep ordering it. It was watery and tasted like limeade. Note to self: never again! Boyfriend ordered bacon cheeseburger, as usual. That boy is easy to please. My son ordered the ribs - the sauce was not too spicy and he enjoyed the fries. I ordered the turkey avocado wrap - it was great. Plenty of turkey, cheese, pico de gallo, and avocado. The sweet potato chips were fantastic, as usual. The sweet potato chips made up for the water-ita. Server was attentive and refilled drinks before they bottomed out.

Very unimpressive service after our last visit there only days ago. Last visit was pretty good, but this visit was the last. No compelling reason to spend money here. Kids left most of their food on the plate, and had no interest in a doggie bag.

I haven't been to Cheeseburger in Paradise in quite some time. While the food isn't exactly memorable, it's not terrible. Just don't go in with high expectations and you won't be disappointed. I do agree with some of the other reviewers in that it's a little overpriced considering the quality.

Worst service I have ever witnessed. After 20 minutes, we never even received water. I asked for a manger twice, which never showed. AVOID this location. There are much better locations to eat, in Omaha, that will gladly welcome your business. Will NEVER be back.

I've been here about 3 or 4 times over the years and while SOME of the food is good, their burgers are flavorless and pretty lack luster for a place that has "Cheeseburger" in the name. In fact the meat tasted about on par with what you would get from a school cafeteria. The atmosphere is absolutely terrible, they play loud obnoxious music so everyone is trying to talk over the music, and as a consequence the waiting staff has problems hearing you. I found a dead fly on the table and the walls looked like they haven't been cleaned in over a month. One of the times I went I asked not to be seated next to any loud screaming babies or obnoxious kids, and wouldn't you know it... they did just that. So I asked to be moved and they gave me a broken table that kept leaning to one side. I would not recommend going here. If you want a decent burger go to Smash Burger.

Waited about 15 min. for a table. Good service from our server. Won't have another Kobe beef burger again after I've read about how they're raised and didn't care for the flavor at all. I did like the sweet potato chips that came with the burger and would order the chips again, they were fresh, crispy and tasty. The haystack onion rings with accompanying sauce are perfect and flavorful. Best part of the meal. Husband had the Island Cheese Steak, which was okay, but needed more goodies on it. It's quite large, so unless you have a big appetite, you could share it. They have a decent drink menu if you like to try various cocktails. We might go back if we are in the neighborhood, but then we will be trying other items on the menu instead of what we ordered. Extremely casual atmosphere, lots of TVs. Onion rings, two sandwiches and two soft drinks will run about $35, plus tip. If you want a really good burger, go to Stella's in Bellevue.

This is a solid cheeseburger joint. Period. The music gets a little redundant - how many times can you play "Cheeseburger in Paradise" in a freaking hour, before it starts to get old? Answer: ONCE! What they did: 3 times. Agh! Anyway, we stopped in for lunch. There was a Google Hit for a Flat Top Grille, and I had a serious mojo for a helping of the same, but we found a Mexican restaurant in that address, so this one got the impromptu nod. The good: Service was prompt and polite. My refill of my Coke Zero arrived before my previous Coke Zero reached empty. My wife was checked with several times, to make sure she didn't want another drink. The food was passable - ala Chilis or another chain. I ordered a turkey and avocado wrap, and my wife ordered a cheeseburger. Both were tasty, hot, and palatable. So, no real significant negatives, other than the house music, and some cobwebs hanging from all the eye-candy above the booths. Tip: If you are going to put carvings above the booths, at least dust / vacuum them from time to time.

Food is way too expensive for the quality you receive. This would be my second time to the one in Omaha. Food was cold and flavor was bland. My family of four all ordered different items, and everyone had the same thoughts...cold, bland, and way overpriced. We will probably not return here.

OMG, what has happened to this place. This used to be our go-to place for taking out-of-state friends who came to visit us. They were always dazzled by the great food and nice atmosphere. For the past year, this place has taken a major nose-dive. I should've taken the hint when the chicken wings were way more appealing than the burgers, but now they don't even have the wings on the menu anymore! Major fail! We went here a few weekends ago, after sadly realizing we were too late to make it all the way to Stella's. Our waitress looked at us, like she was wondering why we were there. Another hint I should've taken. We sat there staring at the menu, wondering where all the things we used to like went. No more Kung Pao boneless wings. No more awesome Cuban sandwich. So I ordered the "Cheeseburger in Paradise". My brother ordered the Deep-Fried Pickles....which came out really late and looked old. When we tried them, they were luke-warm. Fried food shouldn't be served tepid. We were going to mention it to our waitress, but she was MIA. For a long time. Probably filling out job applications to work somewhere else. Some other person brought us our entrees. He ran off before we could mention the pickles looking like they were made hours prior. Our waitress finally showed up at the end of our meal, and asked if we wanted to-go boxes. We all said no. I really wish this place would get back on track. Entree prices are higher than ever, and quality is dismal. I definitely won't be going back again. I'm embarrassed my brother had to suffer through it. Dear Cheeseburger in Paradise: Please bring back your old menu items. And price them reasonably.

Its hard to judge a place by one meal, but this is a burger themed place, so every burger should rock. It was decent enough for lunch but nothing to write home about. The hamburger meat felt like a veggie patty and barely had any meaty flavor. For the price, I felt like I was missing something, but it was pretty good. If this was a cheeseburger at a Taco joint, I would give it four stars, but for a burger joint its only okay.

I love Cheeseburger in Paradise! The service is usually good, and the food is great! The last two times I have eaten here, it has been with large parties (more than 15 people), and they have been very accommodating. They took a reservation and got us in quickly upon our arrival. The servers also did a great job getting us refills quickly and getting our food out to us in a timely manner! My husband and I also eat here on a regular basis and are almost always impressed with the service and the quality of the food. I have to admit I'm not overly-impressed with their burgers, but their Costa Rican Steak Wrap is awesome and their salads and other menu items are excellent. I would also highly recommend the terriyaki broccoli! Any of their non-alcoholic drinks are also great (not sure about the alcoholic ones since I don't drink!). I give this place two thumbs up and will definitely be back over and over again!

Worst experience ever! Ordered to go and waited 35 minutes for my good. After confronting the assistant manager Erin Jensen she just kept saying oh it will be done soon.

45mn wait for a shabby meal. Don't go there
(1)Lorie M.

(3)Judy H.

(2)Melissa M.

This place also reminds me of Margaritaville in Las Vegas, minus the big boats. lol
(4)Robert C.
The worst freaking burger place in town. The only thing it's got going for it's self is it's location and the service. I've been to other cheese burger in paradise locations and this one is rock bottom. Sorry guys thumbs down on taste.
(1)Trekkie M.
The food is okay. I have tried drinks, wings and burgers. The staff was friendly and new so I can not be mean when a new server starts. The desert nachos are my wife's favorite but overall I didn't really care one way or another about this place.
(3)Bruce M.
Actually not too bad, I had the Bacon Avocado Cheeseburger and fries, and would go again if I didn't live in California. BTW, this places is much better than Red Robin.

F*ck you.
(1)Lou T.
I've yet to find anything at all redeeming about this joint. The drinks are weak, and over priced, the food is marginal, and I've yet to have service that could even remotely be considered mediocre. Please stay away this CIP will close and give an opportunity to a decent restaurant.
(1)Rabid P.
I'm 30 years old and I love cheeseburgers, but this place isn't that great. The little mini cheeseburgers with the onion strings are tasty though, if you're willing to wait several hours to get them. We found our seat immediately but I think the waiter got lost...we've been here for several days now and still no waiter...I just turned 33, happy birthday to me, still no waiter. Everyone here looks sad. Not that damn song again... Screw it, I'm going to the back and making my own burger... I think I just interrupted a séance or some sort of sacrificial ritual. What the hell are they doing to that cow. No wonder its taking them so long.
(2)Sarah C.
(1)Kendra K.
Boo!

(4)Kevin B.
i'd been in here once about 6 months ago and had the conch fritters and crab cakes. Not bad!
(3)Jimmy H.
I enjoy the drinks and food. Service is pretty good.
(3)Stewart W.
(2)Ashley B.
(3)Chester V.
Really just not in the mood to tell you why I dislike Cheeseburger in paradise. But I will continue to type until I create a second line of text, which is right about now, okay now...well anyways.
(2)Oscar G.

(2)Shelbie D.
Drinks were good. Food was nothing special. The burger that I ordered came out dry as anything! The waiter and manager were both very nice and took care f the mess up. A little pricey. Great, fun, beachy atmosphere!
(3)Christine H.
(3)Jim L.
Uh...no. Oh, well.
(1)Justin B.
Ate here the week after Christmas, food was super. I had the Hawaiian Burger and Fries. Service wasn't all that great, but the food was worth the trouble.
(4)Garry M.
I enjoy going here. Great drink selection especially for rum based drinks. Burgers and fries always good. Prices are not out of line. Realky cool decor and atmosphere. A winner!!
(4)Matt M.
(3)Rich S.
Food is great. Wait and bar staff always seem more interested in whatever football game is on rather than the customers. Come for the food, not the service.
(4)Erin W.
(3)Matt B.
Very unimpressive service after our last visit there only days ago. Last visit was pretty good, but this visit was the last. No compelling reason to spend money here. Kids left most of their food on the plate, and had no interest in a doggie bag.
(2)Patrick W.
I haven't been to Cheeseburger in Paradise in quite some time. While the food isn't exactly memorable, it's not terrible. Just don't go in with high expectations and you won't be disappointed. I do agree with some of the other reviewers in that it's a little overpriced considering the quality.
(2)Gregg S.
Worst service I have ever witnessed. After 20 minutes, we never even received water. I asked for a manger twice, which never showed. AVOID this location. There are much better locations to eat, in Omaha, that will gladly welcome your business. Will NEVER be back.
(1)Brandon S.
(1)Cmh H.
(2)George W.
(3)Laura K.
Food is way too expensive for the quality you receive. This would be my second time to the one in Omaha. Food was cold and flavor was bland. My family of four all ordered different items, and everyone had the same thoughts...cold, bland, and way overpriced. We will probably not return here.
(2)Mlle. X.
(1)Sean T.
(3)Brittany S.
(4)Alan R.
This is a typical over-hyped famous name kind of place. The food was average and preditable. It wasn't bad just not great. I will say that our server was excellent.
(3)Matt R.
I personally think that Cheeseburger in Paradise is expensive. The food and atmosphere is great, but it's not a good value to me.
(4)
