I'm a long time customer, not necessarily of this particular location, but the experience is usually the same. Be prepared to wait... There is not usually a dedicated hostess to greet and seat you, the take out girls take care of the entire front area plus the phones. If you order online or call ahead, plan to arrive approx 10-15 min after they tell you the food will be ready. Out of at least 20 online orders, the food has NEVER been ready on time . Again, not particularly just this location, seems to be the same experience at all locations.

Buffalo Wild Wings is always a safe bet for boneless wings. They are a bit pricey though. Thursday are the best days for boneless wings because they're $0.60/wing. Take out orders are quick and painless. I had a mistake with a take out order one time & they were very helpful and fixed the problem and gave me some wings for free on top of the corrected problem.

Seems always busy. Food is ok and their wings leave a lot to be desired. Been here multiple times and can only say its ok. Kots of tv's for sports and lots of folks usually there having a good tine. Prices a bit on the high side for me as well.

We have one of these here in Fresno, and very much the same quality, I ordered the 8 boneless wings, Blazin'....yea, they were hot, and the 22 oz Bluemoon helped.

One of our favorite places to eat. The service could be better, they always seem understaffed, but yet they have three people standing around the host stand at the front door?? Good beer selection, and great wings. If you love wings, aren't in a hurry and don't mind wait staff that could care less, this is your place.

One of the better BW3's my hubby and I have been to. We enjoy their boneless wings. It's a great place to bring kids. Our daughters really enjoy having the opportunity to eat wings on the kid's menu. We came here for my sister's birthday a week before that and the service was great, beer was cold, and overall we had a good time.

We came to Buffalo Wild Wings later on in the night (around 9pm) and it wasn't super full of people. We ordered our drinks and an appetizer and surprisingly the food came out before our drinks. After that we ordered our actual dinner and it took a bit longer then it probably should have for them not being busy at all. When we got our food it was all good at first. My sandwich was great and my bf's wings were good to. The waitress was friendly enough but it's when I went to eat my coleslaw that there was a problem. They had mixed up my regular coleslaw with the weird minty kind. To me, it tasted like toothpaste and I instantly felt sick. I told the manager and he brought me out the regular one but it didn't help my stomach. The taste and the thought of eating toothpaste with cabbage was already in my head and I could still taste it. I ended up throwing up ALL my food just because of that one mix up. It's sad that it happened like that but it did. So when you order any kind of food make sure to ask the waitress/waiter if it's the right kind. A little mistake that messes with your stomach could ruin your whole night.

My boyfriend and our friends tried this place twice and each time the service and food were great. If you're feeling like wings, I suggest going here on a Wednesday where they have some great deals on wings! I enjoy the traditional honey BBQ with Ranch on the side. I could probably just order a small size and be good to go. They do have other options available like the fish tacos which were pretty good if you want to try something other than wings. The Parmesan sauce for the wings is also pretty tasty! Check out their different sauces for the wings if you're feeling adventurous!

Typically I like to go into specifics about why I did or did not like a place. In this case I don't want to waste anymore time on this "restaurant" (I use the term loosely) than I already have with our most unfortunate dining experience. All I am going to say is.....SICK, STAY AWAY!!!

Okay, so I used to love coming here. A lot. Recap: the last time I went into BWW (November 7th), the hostess was a snot. Horrible, horrible attitude and super shitty with everyone who walked in. Like, wow, what a piece of work. And hey, I get it, an after school job sucks, but her attitude was deplorable. She was not only shitty with me, but my 12 year old son, and my parents who drove in to see me for my birthday. So, next, my husband goes up there to watch the UFC fights and notice that the prices have gone waaaaay up and that they new disclaimer on the menu states, 10 or so wings. So, we are now weighing portions and not actually counting? Its been real, its been great, but enough is enough. I don't mind paying a little more, but with that I expect quality customer service, not a pissed off 17 year old to play podium princess. Wings and Rings is closer and much friendly. Thanks for that lesson in restaurant-ism.

Good food. Boneless wings are always delicious. Great place to go watch the game, good service a bit pricey for everything. Don't order the fries there cheap!

I stopped by here on a whim with the family one evening. I have to say the wings were a BIG hit with everyone. The selection of sauces are excellent. Because I was able to talk my oldest son out of ordering the hottest sauce, he even enjoyed his wings. ha ha. We ordered the beer batter onion rings and they were a bit greasy, but not horrible. My biggest complaint, and hence the 3 star rating was because of the noise. I realize this is a bar, but I couldn't hear the waitress, I couldn't hear the person sitting next to me, and I couldn't hear anything but noise. So this was a bit of a disappointment. It limited intereaction with my family, and I basically just sat there and ate. So the food is good, but if you don't like noise, I'd say go someplace else.

I've been coming to BWW for years now. It's got a great atmosphere, lots of TVs, games, ...nice waitresses and good service. Wings are pretty good and have a lot of variety to choose from including dry rubbed and sauce, boneless or traditional. Lots of unique flavors that other places don't have. This place is a chain, it's not supposed to have the ridiculous wings local places have to compete or for "wing nights". Prices are decent on food, it's worth it for the atmosphere. However, I ordered a Sam Adams Winter Lager and they charged me $6.50 for it. Every website says they are $5.25, so maybe it's just the location. A Bud Light is $4.50 which is ridiculous, but you're paying for a place like this I guess. Good place to come hang out with your buddies, watch a game, and maybe have ONE beer.

Best B-Dubs in town. I have never had a bad experience here. The staff is just as great as the food. I love the ever changing menu and selection of sauces, the wings are great but the other menu items are even more so. This place has a great atmosphere and I love watching games here. There is no other Buffalo Wild Wings in The Omaha Metro that can beat this location. I have been to all of them and this is the place that does everything right! Friendliest staff, freshest food, best selection with speedy service.

I've experienced a bad BW's in GA. This restaurant was not one of them. Beer came out good and cold. Waiter didn't mess anything up. The boneless wings all came out in good time. They have tv's all over with all sorts of games on that kept me well entertained. So this was a good visit.

Simple To-Go Order - They asked me my phone number and didn't enter it correctly, ran out of what we ordered and when we arrived to pick it up didn't even apologize. They didn't have our food and they could have cared less. Apparently their staff needs to be trained. Management is horrible. Good food - bad experience with the staff.

Great deal on boneless wings every Thursday and they are super fast on to go orders. Wish they had better parking for to go customers is only reason not 5 stars.

Constantly messes up the simplest orders. Had to start driving a few miles out of my way to go to a separate BWW. Two stars because the food still tastes good, it just usually is wrong.

I've eaten here twice and the food isn't very tasty at all!!! I think it's because I always get burgers when I've come here. Apparently the chicken wings are great but everything else I've had is EH. Even the fries have a weird taste. The service last time I went wasn't bad. We did wait for a good 15-20 min for our food to arrive. That was irritating, but we just played the lunchtime trivia games while we waited. I wouldn't come here again.
