I had the breakfast wrap. The menu said that the wrap come with 2 eggs, but the employee just grabbed a few pieces from the warmer, I don't think that it was the equivalent of 2 eggs. The wrap was fine until I bit down on what I think was an egg shell. Also, just on a side note, I didn't see any prices for the bottled drinks. I could be missing them, but I'm not a fan when restaurants make is clear how much everything cost.

I've been coming to the Brueggar's for years. Whether it was a family lunch after a visit to Joslyn or quick bite to eat with my wife, the food is definitely a notch above other fast-food spots. Of course, their focus is bagels. Now their bagels can't compare to those available at the many mom-and-pop shops on the East Coast, but really nothing can. So considering Brueggar's in a chain, their bagels are totally acceptable. The set up here is a lot like a classy Subway. You go up and place your order the staff will fix up your bagel any way you like it. I had some sort of herb and turkey concoctions on a sesame bun, which was, you know, pretty dang good and relatively healthy. It gets busy over the lunch hour due to the medical center being nearby.

Very close to work, I've been to Bruegger's many, many times over the past 15 years. Most of the time it's pretty good, a few times really great and several times just meh. In other words, hit and miss but more hit than miss. They have a roasted red pepper soup that is really good and the herby turkey on asiago parmasan is always a favorite. Harvest Turkey Panini is recommended. Have not tried the burger (yet). What keeps me from coming here more often are the prices. A drink, sandwich, and soup or dessert bar will easily set you back over $10 and it's not really worth it for what you get except in a pinch or as an occasional treat (at least for me). The long time staff are very knowledgable and friendly.

First impressions are lasting. This is the first and last time that I will visit this store. I ordered the Chedder Melt sandwhich and a cup of Chili. The employee taking my order asked me twice about my order and also asked twice if I was eatting in or was it to go. It was as if I was a pain in her backside for just being there. The place was not crowded it was well past lunch. The sandwich was over nuked the bread was hard. Funny thing was that the meat was cold and cheese was not melted. apparently she thought that chicken soup would be a better choice for me instead of the chili. Piss poor attitude product and service in one location. I am heading to McDonalds.

This is a quality Brueggers. I eat breakfast here regularly. They have a clean environment. Service is friendly and quick. Bagels are fresh and delicious. The food is quality. The only thing I ask is this: after you order please slide down to the register instead of standing there watching the employees make your food. I imagine this annoys the employees and it prevents them from taking the next person's order and possibly doing multiple orders at once, slowing everything down. Let them work in peace

One of the friendliest and best-managed places around, they'll even take the time to learn your name and your favorite meal. Although the breakfast sandwiches can get a bit pricey, the more basic bagels are quite affordable. I would recommend this place to anyone who appreciates a good breakfast.

I have no clue what their food tastes like, because frankly I never got to that step. I went in here one afternoon I think around 2pm or so? This was almost 2 months ago so excuse me if the details aren't perfect. You walk in and there is a large counter and there were 3 people working at the time. The moment I came in the lady by the register looked at us and walked into the back room. The male and female employees over by the right side (bagel making counter? I dunno?) had NO interest to acknowledge my presence. Finally after standing there for a good 3 or so minutes I asked if they could help me. The lady basically snorted at me with disgust and ignored me while the guy working scowled at me and asked me what I wanted. I very kindly asked if they had ingredient lists for their bagels. Now, I don't have a smart phone, I don't have the option to look this online (which I found out later they DO have)... so I thought this was easy. He pondered my question for a minute and told me no. Then he said well they have allergen lists. I said I wanted to see the full list because I want to know what's in my food and I'd never been there before. At this point in the conversation you can tell this isn't going to end well. The lady snorts at me again and sighs (seriously folks not making this up just for the review, this was something straight out of dramatic blonde girl movie cliches) while the guy responds with "Well what are you wanting to know if there is in the food"... oh here we go. I gave a generic response of corn syrup, preservatives, etc. He says he has no clue about any of that and that it "wouldn't hurt me" (thanks for that. -_- ) then says he might have a list in the back office... somewhere... and it'll probably take him awhile to find it. Now he asks little miss piggy if she could go find it. At which point she sighs VERY loudly, rolls her eyes at me, and starts to look like she's going to throw a temper tantrum rivaling a 4 year old. This is the point where I said never mind and walked out. It very rare for me to get such disgusting customer service, and I've had some bad experiences. However, it doesn't end there. I put in a complaint on the company website because I wanted them to know how they are treating customers. I get contacted I think the next day (maybe the day after) by I believe the general manager(?), but I can't remember his name. Keep in mind this was about 2 months ago. I explained everything that happened and he apologized and asked what he could do to help me and I said I couldn't really think of anything. He then says he's going to send me a gift card of some form so I can go get free bagels and try them out and he "promises" this won't happen again. Then spent about 5-10 minutes talking about why their product is best, and how they usually give top customer service... etc &... I have waited said 2 months and still no card or note or nada. It's one thing to have a bad experience; I know some people are just crappy at food service, but to have a manager say that within a "few days" you'll be getting something, only to have no word of it. That just screams how poorly run this place is. SIGH! I wanted a better place than Panera to get my bagels, looks like this isn't going to be it.

Stopped in Bruegger's on a whim on our first morning in Omaha and needing breakfast. As soon as we pulled into the lot we were feeling good about the choice when we saw the sign for some burger they had on the menu. It looked freaking delicious and I suddenly felt like breakfast was going to turn out well (it did!). We went in and so many things looked delicious. My husband and I both opted for an egg & cheese bagel (he added ham, I added bacon) on an herb and cheese bagel. Our sandwiches were really good. Egg was well cooked (and not scary like a fast food egg) and seasoned, my bacon was crispy like it should be. The cheese was melted and delicious. The bagel was REALLY good. I'm not a huge bagel person but theirs were really good. I would totally get these regularly. My husband also got a plain bagel with bacon & chive spreadd because he wanted to try it. It was excellent. We went back the next day to get a dozen for the family get together that morning. They've got a bunch of really good looking flavors. The most appealing was the cinnamon sugar one that we knew we'd have to come back for after the first trip there. We got those, blueberry and plain for our dozen. I had a cinnamon sugar one and it was SO good. SO GOOD! It was the same great bagel with sugar and cinnamon (always a winning combo) and the best part was that the bottom of the bagel had some basically caramelized sugar/butter/cinnamon combo (think monkey bread) that was super good. That bagel is worth a stop alone. People that had the others were all really happy with them and thought they were great. I got a hot chocolate and it was pipin' hot and really chocolatey. It was delicious. On top of having delicious bagels and breakfast items, the staff was super friendly. They joked around with us as we waffled on what we wanted and were just very inviting. The second day when we went in they remembered us and made us feel like regulars (which they clearly have many of). Service was always fast. Bruegger's is definitely going to be a staple for us any time we are in Omaha!

I love this place! The staff are always extremely friendly, quick, and helpful. I always get the smoked salmon on a rosemary olive oil bagel. Obviously the bagels are delicious. Good flavor and nice and chewy. The amount of salmon is well worth $6.99. They always balance the amount of capers, red onions, tomatoes, and cream cheese so that nothing over powers the other. And let me tell you about the soup...ohh the 4 cheese broccoli soup is outstanding. So good for a rainy day like today! No idea how its made but I don't even care! They have a ton of options on the menu to personalize your meal.

Food quality: Best bagels. My favorite. Food presentation: Split sandwich with pickle on the side. Straightforward, but it looks nice and works. Favorite menu item: Herby Turkey Sandwich with peanut butter on a toasted multigrain bagel. Service: Incredibly friendly. Environment: Plenty of room to study or meet up with others. Tables are moveable to accommodate for that. Other comments: I wish they'd still bake bagels in small batches all day, so there were always hot bagels to choose from.

But grumpy faces aside, the food is edible, and the location here is a life saver if you're faced with Mcdonald's or King Kong for breakfast. I'm generally a big fan of Bruegger's but I've been to a few locations that were not so satisfactory. Trying not to set the bar too high when I went to this one, I was very much impressed. Star #1 is for being open. Too often I'm wanting a bagel sandwich only to find that the place closes at some crazy hour like 2 p.m. But this one is open until 5. Star #2 is for the Leonardo da Veggie sandwich I had. They did not skimp on any of the veggies and it was a wonderful combination of muenster, red peppers, onions, cream cheese, and yum. Little known fact: I love Muenster cheese Star #3 was for the chai. I've been to some locations that don't serve chai and that is a tragedy. Star #4 was for free, fast wifi because that's always a good thing.

Meh. I was completely underwhelmed by this bagel joint, which is a huge disappointment because it is RIGHT ACROSS THE STREET. The space is pretty small and seems like it can get kind of crowded (surprisingly) and has pretty uncomfortable chairs. I ordered a blueberry bagel with honey and walnut cream cheese (a fave of mine at bagel places). The bagel was TOUGH, even after I had them toast it, and there wasn't enough cream cheese. And if I think there wasn't enough cream cheese, then they're being pretty stingy because I typically only like a thin layer anyways... The carmel latte I ordered was good, but I'm almost positive it came out of a machine so they're not even responsible for it tasting good, they hit a button. Unfortunately, I'll probably be returning just because of the convenience factor, but if I had another place to go that was on the way to school, I would!

We ordered half sandwich, half salad. My hubby ordered breakfast sandwich and kids meal. Even though we used $ 10 Groupon, we had to pay extra w/o coffee. The room was very dark and quite. The food is nothing impress. We rather go to Penera Bread.

When the bagel craze was at its' peak you couldn't swing a dead cat without hitting a Bruegger's Bagel Bakery, since the craze has faded now there are two in Omaha and 1 in Lincoln. Of the 3 locations, this one is head and shoulders above the rest. West Center is maybe half as good on a real good day, Lincoln somewhere between the two. Almost every trip to Omaha includes a stop here for a fresh one and 6 to go!!!

Bagels....one of life's guiltiest pleasures. And oh how a Bruegger's bagel pleasures me. This location of Bruegger's has been good to me over the years. Clean store, stocked bagels, hot coffee. I love it. My only complaint about this place is recently we've been there on the weekends and they are low, or out of, everything bagels. Unacceptable to be out of the best bagel without more to replenish. I blamed the hungover staff. This place is a 10 though when the ginger GM is there

I love Bruegger's... and though there's nothing particularly special to say about this location versus any others, I've checked in here several times so Yelp dictates I should review. Tasty bagels, cream cheese, and sandies plus some of the best coffee around in a variety of flavors. It's always a welcome breakfast or lunch stop for me.
