    "I'll get these to you eventually." That's the statement that prompted this review... Wow has this location earned it's lack of stars! On our last visit when we came in, there were more than a dozen open tables, and yet we waited. And waited. When we were finally seated we waited some more for our waitress who, when she finally came by and took our drink order, said, and I quote, "I'll get these to you eventually. They just gave me 3 tables at once." Several minutes later we still didn't have our drinks and decided to leave. We've been to this location a few times and have had complaints with both the food and service before. This will be our last attempt at this location - convenience be darned.

    The food is standard Applebees food, you know what you're getting in to. It's Applebees, not Omaha Prime. The service is horrendous. I've been sat in sections for servers that haven't even shown up yet. Our drinks are only ever right the first time, if they even get around to the second fill. Food has been left behind after being told they were getting the rest of it, never to return. They've got one decent server, Antione (I think that's how it's spelled) is absolutely amazing, he'll take care of you. No one else at this restaurant seems to know what they're doing.

    Cleanliness 2 Service 3 Food 3 Likelihood 2 1-5 (5 Best!) 2.5 I am sorry to report that this place is going down-hill fast. The restrooms were filthy and they smelled like urine. The walls were dirty. They have not been cleaned properly for some time for them to be this bad. Our order taker was friendly, just not trained well. She had to prompted to bring appetizer plates, refills, and reminded for extra ice twice. She was slow with refills. I ordered for my partner and she still asked if we wanted separate checks. With trash in my salad plate, she asked if I was finished with it. COME ON!!! The food. I have had better there. They charge you for healthier sides. I wanted a salad instead of fries, that was $2 more. When the salad came, it had a handful of lettuce, the rest was diced cucumber, onion, cheese, and croutons, certainly not worth a $2 up charge. AND... $2.39 for iced tea? I know the food cost price point on iced tea is next to nothing. Come on... Although I know two of the managers, a few of the servers, this place is just not somewhere that we can spend our money at anymore.

    Food was standard Applebee's food. What really set this visit apart was the awful service. I had to ask for silverware, ask for app plates, never got drink refills, never got our app dishes prebussed before dinner plates came out, nothing was prebussed before we paid the check. The only thing he did right was offer to go boxes. David G was the server. I can get mediocre food at 20 other places near home, so I don't think we will be back.

    This place was awful. The hostess acted like we were inconveniencing her. We had to call the server after sitting at our for about 10 minutes. Our drink order got screwed up, service was slow and the tables were all dirty. The floor was disgusting and we watched as a group was seated at a table that didn't get wiped off. There were multiple servers sitting at a table while one waitress tried to watch way too many tables. This location is terrible and it really makes me never want to go to an Applebee's again. I certainly won't ever go back to this location.

    Third time trying Applebee's in the past 30 days. Third fail. This time we actually got our food (unlike the last two trips) & we thought we were making progress. Sadly 4 out of 5 meals arrived lukewarm at best. Never did get our side dishes. Probably is a good place to come and get drinks. They seem to be able to deliver those just fine. Don't come here if you or your party is hungry though. You will leave disappointed.

    Dirty , unfriendly and got appetizer and food at same time , food was scattered across plate not served in a dish like other Applebee's .. Greasy fingerprints all over plate ..Just hoping I don't get sick now..

    They have 4 high chairs for the entire restaurant. 4!!! Obviously this creates issues... If you feel like pacing for 20 minutes with your toddler then stop by. Or just go across the street to any of the other nearby options. This was my first and last trip to this Applebee's.

    Worst mix of `80s mix ever. Super cold in restaurant, and I`m cold blooded. Waitress was friendly and on-point. Carbs carbs carbs I should`ve found a local joint, not a chain restaurant.

    I'm surprised to see the reviews for this restaurant are so low. I take my family here a couple times a year. The services seems OK and we usually get in fairly quickly. I have not had any problems with the food, but then again we tend to get the chicken fingers for the kids and chicken Cesar salad for myself. So I haven't tried many different food there.

    Just had lunch here today. A lot of the reviews on this place are a few years old. Applebees is my new favorite place for a burger when i travel. The spicy bacon cheeseburger is great. Service was also very good and not hovering. I do think they skimp a little on the fries though. I would eat here again and probably will.
