How do I love Runz? let me count the ways. This is great travel food. Easy in and out location. If you have no idea what a Runza is, here ya go. It all started in 1949 with the Original Runza® Sandwich. Homemade dough made from scratch everyday -- stuffed full of ground beef, onions, cabbage, and secret spices--and then baked fresh and served hot. Homemade bread stuffed with meat and stuff... how can one NOT love this. Our family does not have many traditions, but making a stop for this sandwhich is one of the highlights of the drive home from Des Moines or Omaha. Trust me.. the drive doesn't have many highlights to begin with. Drive through is normally pretty quick, but worth the wait even if it isn't.

Probably the slowest Runza I've ever been to. Waited about 15 minutes for my order, which was then incorrect. The older dude working the window, bless his heart, was very friendly but absolutely clueless and unsure of what was going on. On the plus side, the food tasted solid, as Runza food almost always does.

My family is huge Runza lovers, we enjoy the fresh burger and fries and delicious home made ranch! We are spoiled by our hometown beautiful Runza which is well managed. This place is inside a gas station. Warning sign one. Food was ok, place was dumpy and filled with flies! Staff was ok...

My boyfriend loves this place, he forced me to go along . I personally have no desire to eat a home made hot pocket.. however, I do understand the idea and concept of this place. They do offer other things for those of us not interested in cow by-product. I got a chicken sandwich wrap (of some sort) and some really great french fries. My boyfriend, had the runza without the mushrooms...whichever one that is. I do have to say, we sat down, I went to the bathroom, and when I came out our food was there. I do forget, that being outside of Colorado , food does seem to cook better..lower elevation etc etc so having these french fries was really refreshing. Very crispy and very flavorful. I had ranch dressing that was suppose to come with my wrap and I had to go up to the counter to ask for it. We ate, drank and left. Pretty simple , straight forward and to the point. Not bad at all. I have to give them an extra star for my french fries that were good. However, I have seen this place get slammed in the drive thru.. I do recommend going inside to get your order. If I am ever in this location of the world again I will return.

We love Runza. We weren't hungry when we were in North Platte, so this one was perfect for us. This one is connected to the gas station, so if you need the bathroom, its on the other side of the store. Their parking lot/drive-thru has an odd configuration, so look both ways before driving or parking. :) They have Pepsi.

Very clean, well kept establishment. Good service with a smile and accurate, fast orders. That is why the 3 stars. Now, the Runza... greasy little bun, I think that's what it stands for. No ones fault, and maybe this is your thing, but I was sick for a good hour afterwards. Worth trying once, but if grease is hard on you, good luck.
