We picked up dinner close to closing time. We had the kung pao chicken, beef broccoli, and the Happy Family (a mix of chicken, shrimp, scallop, etc). The beef broccoli was the best - super flavorful. The kung pao chicken was very good, even though it didn't taste quite like how I was expecting (not as much flavor). The happy family rounded out everything else nicely. Lunches are super cheap & dinners are just a couple dollars more. The rice tasted a little undercooked/dry, but that could be that we ordered it so close to when they were closing, so I don't blame them. It's definitely one of the better variety places for fast food in the area. I'm pretty sure I'll have it again today, just waiting them to open... I'm so hungry, please open!

Stopped in for lunch, had general tso's chicken with lo mein and side of crab ragoons. Service was very quick and staff was friendly. Chicken was okay and the lo mein left much to be desired. I will say the crab ragoons were very good. Got my fill for the price, which is always nice. Would be okay eating there again, but also would be okay if I didnt....

We ate here while passing through on our drive from Colorado back home to Michigan. I must say, this was the only bright spot in all of Nebraska. The food was delicious- super delicious, in fact. We had rangoons, hot and sour soup, shrimp fried rice, and Szechuan chicken. All of it was amazing! There were lots of huge shrimp in the fried rice. The veggies in the chicken were fresh and crisp, and the sauce was flavorful with the right amount of spice. Bonus: the decor wasn't tacky, which is quite unusual in all the Chinese restaurants I've been to!

Defiantly lack of flavor and quality of the chicken was disappointing. I ordered delivery, will try dine in before I write this place off completely.

Ordered delivery from here twice, both times I've received the wrong food and been over charged. The first time they even forgot the rice. The original owners of this restaurant did an amazing job, now the food is gross and the service is horrible.....

Little Chopstixs is Big Yummy stixs! I admit it - even though I love to scour the area trying new restaurants I'd let the Arnold Heights aka "Airpark" area fall off my radar. Who knew there was this great little gem of a restaurant near the new IGA grocery at NW 48th & Adams? I know, I know....how can Fredis Galdamez from El Salvador, his wife & uncle Pedro be serving up this great Chinese food? I decided to worry about that later and just enjoy. My group had Beef Lo Mein, Moo Goo Gai Pan, and Snow Pea beef which included a heaping bowl (not styrofoam) of our choice of fried or steam rice. Food quality was very good, fresh ingredients. Well worth the large portions for $6.99-$7.19 off the dinner menu. In the appetizer section I got hooked on Spring Rolls. My experience thus far was with homemade Spring rolls from a friend who lived in China. Pedro's definitey stand up well in comparison. The size of a small burrito ($1.95) and a generous amount of the great peanut sauce. We couldn't stop there. The platter of 8 Crab Rangoon seemed especially generous serving for just $3.75 and much better than what's typically found at mid-priced Asian restaurants. Good news for vegetarians is all dishes can have tofu substituted for the meat. In addition to their sit-down business they also have a drive-thru and deliver. All in all it's good food & I'll be back.

It had been well over a year since I visited here before. The first experience was good, but I don't live near LC, so I just never got back. My husband and I were driving back into town and were passing near, so we stopped. We are no longer eating animal products, so we subbed tofu (steamed or fried, it is up to you!) and had peanut butter tofu and lemon tofu. The lemon tofu was extremely sweet and good, and the pb tofu was less peanut butter focused than other Chinese pb sauces. We agreed it was very good. The service is attentive, prices reasonable, and the decor is very cool. The booths are sort of short, as in... low to the ground. That is not a big deal, but it was something I noticed. The food is fast, so it isn't like you'll be spending hours here though. My husband and I decided that we are willing to drive out to LC regularly, because the food was so good.

My husband was in Lincoln, NE a week before me and has been telling me about this non-Chinese Chinese restaurant. He ate there twice with his friends and raved about how good it was. I was suspicious and wondered how good a chinese restaurant can be in Lincoln, NE. We are from Washington DC area and are Chinese. We ate Chinese food at least twice a week. The Chinese restaurants in the DC area are not bad but not great either. I have to say the best Chinese food are served in Vancouver and Toronto. I arrived at Lincoln a week later and we got a rental car and drove to badlands, mt rushmore, devils tower and yellowstone. When we came back, we went to little chopstix. We ordered wonton soup, little chopstix egg fooyoung and crab Rangoon. The wonton soup and egg fooyoung were excellent and in very big portion. Th crab Rangoon was good. The size was very filling. I have to say the wonton soup was the best I had in a long time. I was very surprised by the taste especially when the restaurant is run by non-Chinese. We will definitely go there next time when I visit Lincoln. Th food is good and inexpensive and the portion is definitely generous enough to feed the whole family.

Chinese Cuisine

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.

There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.
