Chinese Cuisine
The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.
Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.
There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.

First time here in about 20 years. They give you lots of food. Sweet and sour chicken was nothing but house breaded chicken tenders and sauce. Where's the vegatables? Clean place and the drive thru was constantly busy. Nothing special about the inside, just booths and tables.

Very disgusting food I bought that Kung poa chicken it wasn't even chicken it was turkey and smelled so bad like leftovers and they didn't give me rice was supposed to come with it.

After waiting over 5 minutes at the drive through menu I Ordered Mongolian beef and it tasted like the meat was out of a can and very bland...had to a bunch add soy sauce to the "fried rice" because that was also very bland and then my fried pot stickers had less than 1/4tsp of meat in them wAs very disappointing, I will not go back there again.

MSG in everything. Not good!

There is much better Chinese in town. Each time I've ordered here the food has come in a puddle of grease. It's cheap and convenient, which makes it a tempting option....but your stomach will be best served elsewhere

This place is terrible. The food is not worth your time or money. They even broke the cardinal rule of Chinese food by not securing the soup in the bag, when I went through their drive thru. I would not waste money at this place, especially when they can't even be trusted to put soup in a bag correctly. If you want soup upside down in your bag with a non-secured lid spilling soup all over your floor mat, then this is definitely the place I would go. Otherwise, there are dozens of other better Chinese restaurants to go to in Lincoln.

The decor is horrible. It looks like an elementary school cafeteria not a Chinese restaurant, complete with plastic chairs and cheap tables. They only give you the cheapest plastic silverware available. But the food is delicious. The eggrolls are bomb. And I've always had a pleasant experience with their General Tso chicken. I'd recommend getting the food to go and eating at home.
