Ok Food I guess. Would somebody please introduce homeade tortillas? Seriously we had high hopes for this place but it's your run of the mill TexMex place. Prices were decent for the product served but nothing authentic. I've come to realize all mexican food joints in Kearney are the same. All TexMex and nothing authentic.

Food is very good, every time!, and we are here once every week or two. I've never been to Mexico, so is it real or TexMex? I don't know, but it's damn tasty! Margaritas here are the best I've ever had, perfect amount of tequila and great consistency. Also the salsa I love as well, not too hot, but a good bite and great taste and texture. My only reason for leaving off the fifth star is depending on the waitstaff, some experiences are better than others when here. The best Mexican restaurant in Kearney in my opinion.

Sadly mediocre. Nothing more than strip-mall Mexican food. I got one of the enchilada plates and they were sitting in a pool of watery juice that from the start made them unappetizing. Flavors were OK, but nothing that over came the poor plating. Adding to a ho-hum evening, the wait staff appeared to want to be anywhere but on the job. Nothing here to return for.

This used to be a decent place to eat a few years back, but a major change ingredients and general cheapening down of the food has rendered this place bland and boring. A shame, really.

The wait staff is awful! They run around like chickens with their heads cut off. They need to be better organized. Will never go back, not worth the wait....

Ok so here we are. We had a great server. She was pleasant had a great smile, and did a good job. The food here was a little disappointing. I had 3 tacos for $7.99. The tacos had ground beef and about a 1/4 teaspoon of cheese in a small tortilla. (see pictures) There was nothing else, no salsa, no cilantro, no tomatoes. I asked for cilantro and they had none. Have you ever heard of a Mexican restaurant that did not have cilantro? Go figure. It was a shocker! I got a side of sour cream and a side of tomatoes. $2.50 for the S/C, but it was a huge portion. Kinda looked like the whole container. The tomatoes were ok but were cut into 1/4 slices. The taste, ..... well it tasted like a bunch of hamburger in a tortilla. Not very authentic. Now, ..... this place IS in Nebraska however so I wasn't expecting it to taste like it came straight out of Mexico, but something a little closer woulda been nice. The rest of the staff were not as friendly as our server. In fact, they were about as helpful as a _________ ________ (you fill in the blanks. I'm sure you can get the picture. We had to ask for silverware. I kinda feel sorry for our server, we had a pretty big party, 12 I think, and she got NO help from anyone even though there were many other servers milling about with nothing to do. The place was nearly empty the whole time we were there and there was approx, 4 to 5 other employees walking around. Anyway, the food was just, .... Okay, ..... Meh. I've experianced better!

We love to eat here! No other Mexican restaurant in town compares as of yet...we have not tried them all...Margaritas as big as your face too!

The only reason I'm giving it two starts is because the presentation of the food was nice. The taste is average. The worst part is someone at my table order a taco salad and they forgot the lettuce. Uhhhhhh. Most food is a la carte too so you have to order rice and beans and two extra sides. Not sure why but Mexican restaurants in Kearney just kinda stink.
