The first impression I got when I entered the restaurant was that it was clean but it looked like it was a fast food joint rather than a restaurant. My fiancé and I ordered our food at the cashier's desk while the clerk sat there waiting politely. Although I would have preferred her telling us to take a seat and that she would take the menus to our table. But ehh. It's ok. One of the main reasons I wanted to try Great Wall IV was for there sweet and sour chicken. And let me tell you. It was worth the wait! The cook took about 15-20 minutes to bring our 2 dinner plates out. And when I seen the dishes they were steamy and the food was WELL DONE. Just how I expected it to be. While eating I was watching "Ellen" on there flat screen tv they have on the wall. Which made our dine-in experience not only enjoyable but go well with the scrumptious taste of our food! Thank you Great Wall IV. We'll be back.
