Food Suggestions to Maintain Cholesterol Level at MCDONALD'S
This location is usually pretty good. Unfortunately, tonight I got a bait and switch sandwich. I ordered a #17 Filet O' Fish meal plus a McRib. The Filet O Fish and Fries were good. However, the McRib was incorrect. The bun on the McRib was a brioche-type round bun instead of the long bun. It looked like a McRib McDouble. If you are unable to correctly make a sandwich, this needs to be relayed to the customer at the time of ordering.

Normally McDonalds is a sure bet for consistency and service when the family wants a quick bite. This McDonalds is proving to be the exception. Not only is the service poor, but the management fails to manage the store well and does not address customer issues in a reasonable manner. Case in point, just wanted to get a quick bite and went through the drive through. Ordered a number 1 meal, which is a Big Mac, fries and drink. Paid for the meal and received the drink. After sitting for a couple of minutes, the drive through rep asked us to pull forward and they would bring the food out to us. Time stamp on the receipt was 6:53. At 7:23 while still waiting for our food.....a full half hour to get a sandwich from the drive through. We give up and enter the store to get our money back. We get the manager's attention and rather than being apologetic for the delay, when we ask for our money back.......he in a very irritated manner does not say a single solitary word, goes to the cash register and refunds our money. Not a word out of him. What kind of customer service is this? It is not the McDonald's standard and definite retraining is required for the management of this store.

I have gone to this McDonald's twice and went into the restaurant to order. I don't mind the food, I know what to expect and still love their french fry's. But the service is soooooo slow. From the time I ordered it took about 13 minutes to get my food and I had a similar experience the second time. It's no wonder people choose to go some place else. They need to speed things up if they want my business in the future. Again, the food is OK just very slow.

This McDonalds is the filthiest I've been to in a long time. The floors were in dire need of being swept and mopped. Many of the tables looked as if they'd been brushed off with a napkin instead of being properly cleaned. The soda fountain area was a mess of wrappers, lids, melting ice and soda splattered all over. The staff was more concerned with goofing around rather than focusing on their customers. After placing our order it took nearly ten minutes for it to be made. The only thing we received immediately were our soda cups. As for our food, it was so so. Our burgers looked liked they were literally thrown together then stuffed in a wrapper. The fries were the only thing that came out hot and reasonably fresh. At least the AC was cold. That's the only good thing about this McDonalds. Management needs to make some drastic improvements here.

The food is generally a little older but I can deal with that. The issue I have is with the ice cream machines. After 11pm they seem to always be down for cleaning. I dont have a problem with that but when i go back anytime before 5am it is still down for cleaning. Just advise customers that they do not run them over night and stop wasting my time trying to come back. This happened every time I tried over summer.

There's really not much to say about this McDonald's. It's convieniently close to my house so in case I really feel the need to eat McDonald's, it's there. The food at this location is not consistent at all. In fact, once I went and just ordered a Diet Coke, and they gave me a Dr. Pepper! That's pretty sad especially since that's all I ordered! The other food is fine, the people in the drive thru are pretty nice, but sometimes the fries are pretty bad. Like I said before, I will come here only if I really want McDonald's :)

Pretty peeved I ordered the sirloin steakhouse burger and it's supposed to have mushrooms and sautéed onions. Well it usually tastes great, but tonight around midnight it was crap! Cold quarter pounder meat patty and NO onions. Bad quality for what I paid for the darn thing!
