And the restrooms are normally as clean as I prefer AND they are consistent. I like consistent. I have a lower expectation, and they always achieve that I shared with my order with the order-taker, that I drink a lot of iced tea and water, please do not let me run out. He did. Time and time again. And kept asking, do you want a refill. YES I DON'T EVEN HAVE MY MEAL YET!!! The manager was walking around talking to two tables, who must be regulars or friends. Never checked on the other 4 tables. The restroom floors were greasy and slippery. The counters were dirty, and the restroom did not smell fresh/clean.

It's OK: Didn't blow my socks off. For a Saturday, it wasn't too crowded, although I think that played into the waitress' attitude; she wasn't attentive. True, the sauces are not spicy. Flavors are good, though. My chicken sandwich seemed to have a bit of gristle in every bite, though. The portions were large. Seems comparable to an Applebee's, or a Chili's, etc. Nothing really new - decor, atmosphere, staff, customers, or otherwise. May try it one more time, to try the one other menu item that vaguely interested me, but it's really not high on my list.

I was rather disappointed with my ever-loved Famous Daves today. This is the first time I've gone to the one in Bellevue but go a lot to the one in Council Bluffs. I am positively addicted to their ranch and I am in no way a sauce person, or even a "ranch person" for that matter. It's sooooo good. I had training today which allots me 1 full hour to dine at the place of my choice. I planned on calling in a to go order to Famous Daves for their yummy lunch specials. I wasn't sure what time I would eat lunch, so I just called when my lunch break started. I ordered a sassy BBQ salad with pork, butter for their scrumptious cornbread muffins (which I have yet to conquer the recipe) and, of course, extra ranch. 30 MINUTE WAIT TIME! I couldn't believe it. If this was my normal work day, which is a 40 minute lunch, I would never have been able to make it, which makes me wonder if they are losing out on a large lunch portion if there to go wait times are 30 minutes. Nonetheless, since I had an hour, it was doable. had no where to wait while my simple salad was taking 30 minutes to prepare so I decided to wait there. I showed up ten minutes after I called, and low and behold there's my food dying in the window. 10 minutes, not 30 minutes. If I had came at the time they had originally told me, my food would have sat for 20 minutes. Even though extra ranch and butter was written on the box, I still had to ask for it. The gentleman at the front was super nice and friendly. Though the only thing that tripped me up until this point was the 30 minute wait time and the fact that my food was most likely prepared in 5 minutes, I was even more heartbroken to find that the pork given on my salad was gristley, greasy, and hard in some places. Gross! Not like it usually is. If I didn't love their food and ranch, I would have given less stars. I am hoping this was a fluke.

Can you give zero stars? Worst experience EVER. Our party of 8 was seated about 10 minutes after we arrived (dining room was empty..). Waited another 10 mins at our table after that. Had to go up to the host stand and ask for a server. Our drinks came 3 mins before our food. Two orders were wrong. No refills offered on beverages. This place was basically run by a bunch of senseless 17 year olds. No offense... But not worth a paying customer's time or money. Not good. And not worth the price stupid prices and mediocre food. We only went cuz it was for my 85 year old grandmas birthday, who chose the place. NEVER would go voluntarily. And will make sure to never go again.

Famous Dave's is the epitome of consistently good food. Walking in the door of any Famous Dave's USA, I know exactly what to expect from the sweet tea, BBQ sauces, to the ribs and baked beans. I don't think I've had a bad experience and would be crushed if I did since I hold their business model on such a pedastal.

The food was decent enough but the dining experience was anything but. We went there on a Monday evening around 6:30, the place was almost empty so we thought, "well should have decent service with it being so slow", we soon learned why it was dead in there. Once we were seated it took 10 minutes at least before the waitress came out and asked us if we wanted anything to drink. I thought well now we will get some service, but I was wrong again. She took our drink orders and disappeared for another 10 minutes and finally arrived with the drinks. She asked if we needed more time to order, I think you know what my answer was. We weren't about to let her disappear again so we placed our order, I started timing it, 25 min ticket time! Ridiculous, I won't be back, I have eaten at the Millard location a few times and it was slammed packed and we had no service issues at all. Sorry Dave, but this location is not on my list of repeat eats. I won't be back. Also, they don't do kids meals for .99 on Mondays like all the other locations, of course we didn't know this till the check came, we asked the manager why she said the other locations are slow on Monday's and did that to increase sales, with the looks of the lack of customers in the Bellevue location looks like they could use the same thing.

My kids and I went in just after lunch so there wasn't that many people. Kids enjoyed the ribs and fries. I had the beef brisket sandwich and it wasa little bit dry. It was a good thing they had all those different sauces on you table. I have been to better bbq restaurant. I will try something else next time.

I love this place. I like to come for lunch and eat their ribs and chicken combo. I get the rotisserie chicken though, so I can dip it with the variety of BBQ sauces they have. I mix all of them together, it tastes best to me that way. I also like to order sweet tea, corn, and potato salad with my meal. I also enjoy their dessert. Note: Sometimes, the food doesn't taste as good as it should. It depends on the cook. So if you try it and it's not that great to you, that's why.

I've had the opportunity to travel all around the world and I love BBQ. I have to say this was the best BBQ I've ever had, since the closing of a local BBQ Restaurant in St. Louis called "Trotter's." I going back to Omaha this month on a business trip and one thing I'm most looking forward to is Famous Dave's. Note: Please open one in the St. Louis, MO/Shiloh, IL area.

Probably the best chain restaurant that specializes in ribs and other BBQ that I have experienced. The portions are very plentiful but prices are slightly high. Service is fast although sometimes so fast that I wonder how much is prepared in advance. They have a tremendous variety of meals: ribs, chicken, beef brisket, sandwiches, pulled pork, and much more. Some people prefer a more-unique BBQ flavor, but this is fantastic fare nonetheless.
