Pizza
Pizza is a famous Italian dish savored around the world. The entire credit for the popularity of Pizza in the United States goes to the chain of pizzerias all over the country. While the base and the texture of Pizza remains same across the globe, it's the toppings that differs from country to country. In the United States, you will find the top pizzerias serving pizzas with the toppings of mainly beef, bacon, chicken, ham, and sausage for the non-vegetarians. Other than these famous meat options, Pizzas with veg toppings such as mushrooms, pepperonis, garlic, tomatoes, spinach, etc. are also famous in most restaurants in the United States.
Irrespective of your locality, you will find a variety of different restaurants in your cities offering pizzas of all different types. Pizza is hot favorite among people of all ages in the United States. A large size pizza is enough to feed a family of 3 or 4 at large. Pizza is also the most preferred food whenever a group of friends is hanging out together. Pizza gained popularity in the United States after the American soldiers stationed in Italy returned from World War II.
Over the years, different pizzerias in the United States have developed their own respective regional variations. Pizza gained popularity as the iconic dish in the United States in the second half of the 20th century. Whether you prefer thin or thick crust pizza, you can find a pizza of your preference at the best pizza restaurants in your city.

Good pizza, huge portions, Williston prices. My group ordered the meatiterian (all meat) and the supreme - the meatiterian was excellent and the supreme was good. I will be going here again, for sure.

The woman trying to run this is insane. She has no idea about food quality, customer service, or how to treat employees. Incase anyone is wondering why the wildcat is closed its not due to "electrical issues" as she claims, its due to her being a psycho and running off ALL the employees. So if you go to wildcat, beware. If there ever is a new crew they don't know any of the recipes for what matters. RIP Wildcat
(1)Shawn B.
The pizza is always good but it's also the most expensive pizza I have ever purchased. I still go to wildcat but I just get the hot dog combo with chips. I believe it's 3.50 and well worth it one of the best hot dogs I've had. I give wildcat 3 stars only because the pizza is do outrageously priced.

The first time I visited, I paid $30 for my pizza and soda. The bottom of the pizza was burnt, and I ended up sick afterwards. I'm not one to complain, so my friend who was upset on my behalf called. I got my money back and a $25 gift card. I gave them another try. The pizza wasn't burnt this time, but had enough grease to do an oil change on my car. I had to let the grease on the bottom of the pizza absorb into a napkin, then dodge the dripping grease as I took bites. As far as taste...it's ok. After my second visit, I can honestly say I'll never return or recommend to anyone. Good luck eating at this gut bomb.

What a pleasant surprise. The pizza is thin, the sauce tastes good, and the toppings were fresh. I don't know where they got their recipe, but the closest I've had to this quality of pizza is back in the northeast. Custom pizza orders come out quick and correct. The servers were attentive and friendly. I'll be sure to check Wildcat anytime I'm in town.

Tastiest pizza in Williston when I was there in 2013/2014 on biz. Funny, the NE clam chowder was pretty good too, I had that at times for lunch. I didn't car for the hot dogs or salads but my coworkers did. Great draft beer selection also. Outdoor seating, LOL, in Williston, WHY
(3)Chris B.
I wasn't particularly fond of this place. Everything is made with whole wheat, and the garlic bread is a slab of wheat pizza crust with pebble-sized chunks of garlic scattered over it. Some may love it, but this restaurant certainly doesn't do a good job of making folks understand what they are going to get before it's served. The atmosphere, on the other hand, was kind of cool. Exactly what you'd expect to find in an oil town, very industrial looking.

Far as Pizza in Williston....oh yeah this is a keeper. I won't eat pizza anywhere else here. This place rocks inside but from the outward appearance you would think it's a dump. It's very hip and urbanesque. It makes me feel like I'm in a pizzeria in the best pizza towns..Chicago or NY. They offer beer to which I would recommend the Shock Top brew absolutely perfect accompaniment to the pizza. They have frozen yogurt self serve in different flavors too. It's a nice change from the unhealthy Dairy Queen option. I am looking forward to my next visit. It's not that cheap but the atmosphere makes it worth your while. They do sell pizza by the slice, but I suggest going with your friends for dinner, cop a large pizza or two, get the 22oz brew which even the glass was iced over to stay nice and cold and just chill with some good conversation. If you've been in Williston and have never gone here, you need to get your tails down to Wildcat Pizzaria. You'll never go back to the 'other' commercialized pizza place thats supposed to deliver in 30 mins or less. Thin crust here is New Yorkalicious. They have garlic powder, hot pepper flakes and the cheese on the table. The bathroom is pretty cool too. The stalls look like they used reclaimed train cargo containers for the sides and doors as well as the latch that closes the door. Pretty damn cool. Someone had to weld that heavy iron together. Do yourself a favor and if anything, just go and peek in..walk around. They would love to have you. You'll want to come back for sure.

My favorite pizza place in town! Every tinge I cone back for work I'll hit wildcat at least once.
(5)Ashley B.
Best pizza in Williston and one of the best restaurants period. Our favorite is the wild cat special. It is pricy but thats Williston. Cant speak to the atmosphere of the restaurant as we always pick it up to go but the people at the counter are always friendly and the food is ready fast.
(5)Dar C.
Well, My husband ordered thin crust which I do not like and got us the Wild cat special... I wanted bacon on it as well and he "forgot" HOWEVER, this was really good. A little pricey. Had one large pizza 3 drinks and boneless wings... Came out to nearly 50.00!!!! But non the less, the food itself is good! I can only imagine If it was thick crust and bacon.... it would have been 6 stars! :-)

We definitely prefer Wildcat Pizzeria over a place like PIzza Hut, and like to be supportive of smaller businesses. In the past year we have noted that the price for a Large Wildcat Pizza had gone up. The last time I made a phone order I cringed at the total of $30+ for a Pizza! Not everyone in Williston has money to burn. As many of us are trying to pay off debt -- The Outrageous cost for Rent and Food makes it harder to live on the wages offered here. This really turned us off to a place we wanted to support.
(3)Kaitlin D.
I love to stop here for a stromboli every time I'm in town. They're big enough to share. Pretty sure this is the only place you can even order a stromboli in Williston! The half-self-service/half-we-bring-it-to-your-table service was perfect for Williston when it was super busy.
(4)J M.
Daaaaamn it, this pizza is really good. I never thought I would find a really good pizza place in Williston, ND. The interior of the place is really modern and the service is great. The girls working here are cute too. I've had some really good NY pizza and let me tell you, they are at that level!
(5)Aimee B.
Yes - Wildcat Pizza does have good pizza for the area BUT the prices are a little steep for what you get (quality of food and service). With the few edible dining out options Williston affords, Wildcat would be on a short list of places to take someone who was visiting from out of town when you grew tired of your homemade repertoire especially if you were running out of conversation since the concrete floors and metal walls don't add much to the acoustics of the building. Important facts to note: Good pizza and Stella Artois on tap. Snarky wait staff and you eat off paper plates
(3)Alan L.
After reading a few reviews of this place, a coworker and I decided to give it a try. We were both pleasantly surprised! Obviously the main thing here is the pizza which is made in-house. We had the 'Wildcat Special'. The thin crust pizza was perfectly cooked and had a good balance of sauce and toppings. It's a very big step above anything from your usual pizza chains. We also had the boneless wings which I'd probably pass on next time. They weren't awful, but not that great. Pretty much the same previously-frozen, oven-baked wings you'd find at any other pizza joint. Stick with a Pizza and you won't be disappointed. Besides the food, the restaurant itself was very clean and spacious with plenty of comfortable seating. The staff was also very friendly. I'll certainly be returning to the Wildcat Pizzeria!
(4)Brian S.
This is probably the best pizza within 100 miles, and it was out in 8 MINUTES! The toppings are as fresh and flavorful as they are original. True Italian delights like Margharita, Italian Garden, and simple pepperoni. Don't be fooled by the price these are heavy and huge pizza's at 18 inches. The nachos are rich and cheesy. You struggle to find chips under fresh cheese and good toppings. Eat and order often!
(5)Kristine N.
A little pricy, but really good pizza. Decent size too!
(4)Matt K.
Best pizza within 5 hours. Always hot, always fresh and usually fast. My favorite place in Williston.
(5)Mathew B.
Best pizza in town. A little pricey, but worth every penny...
(4)Michael P.
You kidding me?! This is the best pizza in town! You'd better be reading this while standing in line, 'cause if not I'mma eat it all before you arrive!
(5)Daniel L.
Good, large pizzas. Somewhat on the expensive side, but quite tasty. Good place to get some pizza and beer and watch a game. Very thin crust, so not as filling as a typical pizza, but large portions help to make up the difference. Will definitely return
(4)Dena V.
I love the stromboli and chicken pizza! The service is great, the atmosphere is clean and it has a cool vibe...something Williston was lacking!! I love this place :)
(5)Crysta P.
We loves the salads here, and it's great to have additional options for food in Williston, where options (especially for a good salad) are super limited. The prices are a bit on the spendy side, but the food is good, especially if you are a fan of a nice, crispy, thin crust pizza.
(4)Benjamin B.
It's about time we got some real pizza in Williston! When I heard we were getting a new pizza place in town, I wasn't too hopeful (don't we have enough of them already?). However, I was really impressed with the pizza and have been there at least 10 times since it opened. The apps are a bit meh, so I would just stick to pizza. They use a great homemade hand-tossed crust and top it with high quality ingredients. The pizzas will cost more than the run of the mill pizzas at Pizza Hut, Dominos, etc; but it is well worth it.
(4)Blake L.
Awesome pizza! Great priced beer!
(5)Jane E.
I am from Williston and recently came back for a family reunion. We decided to try this pizza place for Sunday lunch. We were very impressed with the interior ambiance & decor, but more importantly the choices available and the quality of the pizza were stupendous! Would defiantly go back anytime.
