Loved the pancakes here! They are huge! So if you only want 2 pancakes, then order 1. And the hostess, Erica, is a sweetheart! She came up with this new drink, half lemonade and half strawberry lemonade! It was super refreshing! Hagar, it's not new obviously, just a new mixture at their location. Great service, great food.

5 people ordered, 3 dished showed up. One of those dropped at the table before being served. They made it again, and the others they just somehow missed, and offered a "$5off next visit" coupon. Luckily it was good at a few sister restaurants because nothing about this place called for repeat business. I love a great breakfast place, I'm a lousy breakfast maker myself and I could've done what we waited an hour to eat.

Two weeks ago, I had Sunday brunch at Gramma Sharon's. The price was $9.99 for the buffet, and there was a 15 minute wait for a table. There was a line waiting to get in most of the time I was there. I went again this past Sunday only to find that that the cost was $12.99, and they charged extra for coffee. Nothing extra was on the buffet for the increase in cost. In fact, one of the casserole dishes was empty, and my friend had to ask three different people for it to be refilled. It took much too long to replace the dish on the buffet. The "scrambled" eggs on the buffet had seen better days. For the price, I didn't think the quantity of food on the buffet or the quality of the food was worth it. I do not plan to return to Gramma Sharon's. Evidently, many folks feel the same way as there was no line or crowd the entire time I was there this past Sunday. You can find a better breakfast - even in Williston!

In 2012 I ate here often, and would recommend eating there back then. Now the men's room is a disaster! Neither of the two nasty urinals work, they have nasty plastic bags on them, the trash is always running over and nasty in general. Good luck and I hope ya don't get sick if ya go there!

It's busy. Expect to wait but the food came fresh and hot. I sat at the counter and not at a table. So, if you go solo you don't have to sit at a table for 4. Service could have been more friendly even under busy circumstances. My order came 15 minutes later which wasn't as bad as what some of the reviews posted. My breakfast choice was a western omelet which came with hash browns (prepackaged not fresh) which I had asked to cook crispy and some rye toast. If you want fruit or anything else, you have to add that a la carte. Parking was hard to get because of the time of day. Interior is basic cafeteria style. Lot's of older patrons there..assuming this place has been long established in this town. I noticed the staff was setting up a buffet which had some breakfast and lunch items as well as a complete salad bar. I'll have to come back for that since I give places a second chance to improve where they might have had some shortfalls. I didn't really look to see about cleanliness, but this entire town is a mud pit so if it had some dirt, that would be the norm around here. 2 stars because it wasn't anything special but the food came hot and the eggs were fresh.

Had pancakes and sausage Saturday morning ... Pancake was crunchy. I am sure the pruney sausages would have been too if they wouldn't have been steamed/rewarmed from the day before ... I understand it is busy and short handed, but c'mon ... Got up to get my own coffee pot refill too for our table. I stood at the coffee machine contemplating if I should just serve myself or wait for my waitress. She finally showed and said she'd do it because if I did it, it would make her look bad ... Umm. No. She did a fine job herself at that!

Nothing special. Really busy for some reason but I guess that goes with the territory in this town. I assume that's why it took over a half hour to get my food. They also have a buffet if you'd rather not wait around but looking over it, it really didn't look even remotely appealing. I ordered the Western Omelet and by the time it finally showed up, I felt completely let down. Slightly undercooked, way overloaded with onions and what was advertised as cheddar cheese actually turned out to be velveeta or some other similar cheese like product. The toast was alright though. Horrible service and painfully slow for everything, including the bill. I definitely won't be coming back.

This place gets full quick. Some co-workers and I came here to try out the food. They had ate in here before and told me it had really good breakfast. They do have the best breakfast in town, but not better than mine. The pancakes are huge but I have had bigger and tastier ones in Cali. Service is cool. I gotta say that this place should have a 5 star because there is no better place for you to have breakfast at in Williston, ND, but I have eaten at beyter places.

really good food, cant wait to go back, hostess kind of dumb. (we showed up at 255, that day closing at 3) right before closing and didn't say anything to us about almost closing time so we had a very limited menu. great waitress apologized everytime she came to the table about the situation.

Mediocre food and slow service, awesome! Standard diner options and a buffet. I suggest you pass on Gramma Sharons unless you have the extra time to waste waiting on your waiter/ waitress for an hour. Do yourself a favor and avoid.

Let's be honest here, it isn't Gramma Sharon's fault that your food took an hour and a half to come out--the town is overrun by the dusty trucks and greasy hats of the oil workers that have followed the boom to NW ND. While in town visiting my girlfriend's family, we went to Gramma Sharon's for brunch on a Monday, hoping to avoid the breakfast and lunch rushes. It was still packed. The food did take over an hour, and the servers did seem flushed and rushed, but what could you expect? I had a simple eggs/toast/sausage breakfast, and it came out hot. The others out with me got omelets, and they looked like generous portioned, tasty breakfast roll-ups, which my tablemates confirmed. So I can't say that the food is bad. Can't say that the service is bad. I can say that the town is understaffed all around, and anywhere you go, expect to wait. Bring a book. Bring a board game. And show up an hour and a half before you think you'll be hungry.
