Chinese Cuisine
The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.
Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.
There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.

Nothing to write home about but since I review....I have to write home. LOL I'm just surprised this town has any chinese food period. First of all it's located inside the bowling alley. Yes..inside a bowling alley. LOL This is sort of a country town..no no..it IS a country town let me correct myself even though I've seen much diversity amongst the people living and working here. Everyone has 12 foot tall truck so you won't see too many sedans around these parts. The general feel I get is that being this is a boom town for the oil, it brings out the strangest of people. You would least expect asia to be represented in any form so I was pleasantly surprised to have this as an option. I heard the other place in town isn't as good. So if this is considered 'good' I can only imagine how the other is. They have a buffet for lunch and dinner as well as regular items you can order off the menu. I decided to do the buffet. It wasn't great but I've had worse. It was busy for lunch (but then again every place here is at lunch) but some of the items weren't hot. I left the cold items alone and stuck with the ones that came out fresh. It was only $7.95. It was $2 more to have my iced tea which is unlimited. Apparently they didn't offer me the ice cream which I noticed others had before I walked out of the building. So my review isn't going to be all that great. You treat me as you do everyone else because you never know who will review your establishment. Reviews can make a place better or worse depending on who reads it. So far I've been the only reviewer who took pictures for this place. That's how I roll. I do what I do..eat what I eat...and review what I feel like reviewing. I'm honest annie! If you don't like what I write..it's all personal opinion. Don't be offended or take it personal. I'll always tell my truth.

Good Pot Stickers, terrible, over cooked General Tso's chicken in a sauce that resembles mucus.

My favorite Chinese place in town. The prices can't be beat and the food is good. I always order the Singapore mei fun and my husband likes the combination platters like sweet and sour chicken or sesame chicken. Their fried pork wontons are pretty good also. Never dined in but they also have a buffet. its pretty small but its a tiny place inside a bowling alley so space is a premium. You can also order online which is cool and they deliver. My go to restaurant for a quick meal.

Not a fan of "Chinese food" buffets, but I was dragged here by the crew and gave it a shot. It is a "Chinese food" buffet. That is it. If you have eaten at one, you've eaten at them all. If you're expecting something grand, keep waiting. The iced tea was awful, the ambiance felt grime, even for a restaurant located INSIDE a bowling alley. It's all you can eat, for lunch anyway, so if you're starving, you get your money's worth. The ice cream was pretty good though.

Mmmm...not so much. Dirt parking lot, the stroll through the bowling alley, and poor quality food and overall lack of cleanliness causes me to not want to return.
