I'll premise this with "I'm from California" Went here during a work trip for dinner. And was disappointed with the sauces on the wings. Why anyone would order anything but the wings and sides is beyond me. I normally get traditional wings with sauces in the range of honey BBQ to jalapeño. Usually the spice is really good and at times it kicks my butt. But the wing sauces here were so weak with spice that I had to go about 3/4 of the way down the sauce spectrum to get what I consider medium. I'm not sure what the cooks are doing here but the wings at this bww don't compare to the ones back home. But given the choices in willington.... What can you do

My husband got a burger I got boneless wings. He loved his burger. The wings I got my dog would not eat. They were hard as rocks. If you want a good burger go. If you are looking for good wings go to the gas station across the road. They are much better. All and all good service bad wings.

i am a great fan of buffalo wild wings. i always get the grilled chicken salad tossed in caribbean jerk sauce and it never fails. as with all the bww's ive been to, this salad was great here. my review today is solely based on the customer service. we came here after a 12 hr work shift tired and hungry, some of us a lil grumpy. we sat at the bar and was immediately greeted by a wonderful smile. she quickly took our drink order and was back to take our food order. while waiting for our food, she kept making sure that our drinks were always full. our food came out in a decent amount of time and she made sure that everything tasted good. some servers can be annoying at times but this girl had such a great personality, she brought joy to the whole crew. what made things even better, her name on the receipt was thugn n snugln. lol. cheers to you bree! thank you for the great service. i hope your manager knows and acknowledges how much of a great person you are.

Wasn't really impressed with customer service or food. Once we were seated it took about 30 minutes before our waitress actually got to our table. Starved, we were looking forward to digging into our wings but the wing sauce was clumpy ...didn't even know that was possible.

I don't expect a whole lot when I go to Bdubs, but I went to Williston's 3-4 times for dining in and take out in late spring and early summer when I lived here, and I think there was one time when there WASN'T some fatal flaw with the experience (getting the wrong thing, forgetting to put in an order, etc.). I went back earlier this week while visiting Williston, thinking things would be smoothed out. The restaurant was almost completely empty, but we waited 5-10 minutes for a table for some reason, and then waited 15 minutes after ordering drinks for the waitress to come back with the drinks and to take our order. We thought about walking out. Jeremiah Weed drinks were on special, so I ordered a Jeremiah Weed and lemonade. A different server came a few minutes later to ask me again about the drink I ordered. When my drink finally came, it was just a lemonade, missing the alcohol. I explained the mistake and finally got the drink I ordered a few minutes later. (With a lime wedge on it for some reason. Whatever.) Takeaway: When a certain type of drink is the special, they should at least know what it is. We waited a long time for our food, in spite of the fact that there were 5 occupied tables total in the dining room. When it finally came, everyone got their orders but me. I thought maybe the waitress just couldn't fit mine on the tray so I waited a few minutes. Finally, when she passed our table another time, I asked if mine was coming. She stopped and thought for a second and then just said, "Yep," and walked away. It took around 10 minutes to get my food after that, so I know she forgot to ring it in. When I got it, (I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich with bacon) the bacon was still covered in grease and sizzling like it had just been taken off the grill. That was fine, because at least my food was hot, but it validated the suspicion that she forgot to put in my order. She just tried to cover it up. We waited a long time for the waitress to pick up our credit card. We finally asked another server if she could swipe it for us and she snapped, "No, I can not." When our server picked up the card, she disappeared with it for another 10 minutes, which was excessive and unnerving. So, basically, every possible detail of my order was screwed up, but I didn't flip out on them or call them out on it. But, in my experience, they have about a 20% record of getting things right.

The wings were great. We ordered mango habanero, which was too hot for us, but still great. The sandwiches sucked. I got a buffalo chicken, and my friend got a pulled pork. They both were subpar. The service was alright considering we went during their peak time at rush hour.
