This charming little place is a "call-first" kind of establishment; the proprietors, Don and Bonnie Gion (say "GHEE-on"), live on a farm in town and will meet you down at the Crocus Inn to get you into your room. It's a bit like staying at your Grandma's house, with candlewicked coverlets and quaint old-tymey room appointments -- that is, if your Grandma also has wireless internet and cable TV! Rooms rates are reasonable and the homestyle breakfasts are really a treat. Best accomodations in Hettinger County, in my humble opinion, and you'll never meet nicer folks.
