Busy is not the best term to describe this place... Perhaps extremely busy at all times. That might explain why the floors and counters are dirty all the time. The coffee is good and the vibe is welcoming. Perhaps that's the purpose for the flies, to serve as a welcoming committee. Seriously there are a lot of flies which makes me wonder about sanitation. I've sat here all morning an smelled something that is not good yet I can't figure out what it is. In the end the staff is nice and works hard. There does seem to be a lot of confusion behind the counter but maybe an organized confusion. Good but room for improvement.

This Starbucks is the worst in Minot and probably the US. They always get our orders wrong. A simple thing like whipped cream is like rocket science to them, they either forget or put it in the wrong drink. I thought each time we go would be different but every single time it's the same problem. I've also heard the workers complaining about how customers like to customize they're order and how much they hate doing it. I would recommend not going here. The one by Hobby Lobby is WAY better and definitely worth the drive.

first they give our orderd drink to some other person. then they throw away a perfectly new drink when they coulda given it to us as a courtesy drink making us wait for 10 mins.

This is the worst Starbucks I've ever been to! I've gone back multiple times to gauge service, but every time is as bad or worse than the previous visit. Not only is the service terrible, but there were flies all over the place. On one of my visits, there was one previous customer in front of me who had ordered a Carmel Macchiato and all I ordered was two cups of coffee with two add shots. It took twenty two minutes for two coffees with two add shots...just horrible service, however the Starbucks next to the mall has provided good service every time.

I DO NOT understand why this place is rated so high. Let me start by saying that I've been a Starbucks gold member for a while now. I love me some sbux. The quality of the coffee is just below par with what you expect from Starbucks. I ordered a fairly complicated drink that the girl had to confirm more than 3 times. It ended up being wrong despite all of said confirmation. The only time I've ever had this issue is through a busy drive through. The staff is horribly inefficient. Instead of thinking to get my drink started she fixated on ensuring it was correct on the register first. Both girls with headsets for the drive through we're tasked with other jobs away from the window despite 4 other people being on duty. While everybody seemed to be plenty friendly, I'm amazed at how inefficiently the place is run. My drink, even on a busy day, should take no more than 3 mins to make. (No blending, steaming, or shaking) Instead it took 13. Sadly it's the only legit Starbucks in town, so I'll be a regular. For all of you not concerned with points, the Barnes and Noble cafe may be for you.

Very limited seating and young staff. Expect some attitude along with your latte. Because this place is bizarrely busy they are usually out of some important ingredient (today's exhibit was non-fat milk). Even though the store was recently remodeled, unfortunately the service hasn't improved.

Most people go to Starbucks with an order they have recited by memory... I am new to the "skinny" options offered, and tried my first time ordering at the drive-through. Not only was the person taking my order very courteous, but he was helpful and patient with me when I asked him if I could get a carmel macchiato in a skinny option. Love good service with a smile! I got my macchiato in plenty of time to get to the airport for my flight home, and on a friday during rush hour that speaks volumes to the quality baristas they have!

This place was a Godsend! I had been on the road for a couple of days and needed a place to hang out, get some work done, write this post, etc... for a few hours while waiting to meet up with my folks prior to crossing the border. Although, the outside looks a bit old and rundown, the inside is consistent StarBucks loaded with caffeine, which was definitely needed for the next leg of the journey. The staff was nice and friendly, even after homesteading for a few hours, and hitting them up for several refills.

This is the slowest Starbucks I've ever been to. They had a hard time figuring out my order even though it's a basic menu drink minus one ingredient. No typical greeting in the door. The worst Starbucks I've been to and I'm from Seattle so I've been to plenty. They need quality control here in ND.

About once a week I go to Starbuck's to treat myself to a Skinny Vanilla Latte. I'm always greeted with a friendly smile and a pleasant attitude, which makes me feel welcome and valued. However, I don't always get a consistent product. I like my coffee hot and the cup full to the brim. Tuesday I had the day off and was looking forward to a morning cup of java. It turned out to be disappointing. The coffee was lukewarm and the cup was mostly full of foam.
