this is a cute little diner. Love the little funny comments on the menu. It was a friendly welcoming environment, everyone was polite & attentive as soon as we walked in. Loved the cheese curds!!! Ordered the Cajun chicken sandwich was ok. Would return to try some of their breakfast food, but above all, just because their customer service.

This place could use a makeover. The service is nice enough, felt pretty rushed though. Food is just ok. I ordered a chef salad and it was all iceberg lettuce and each piece was the size of my hand. I also saw her preparing my salad by digging both ungloved hands into the lettuce bin and plopping it on a plate. Chef salads are pretty hard to mess up (you cut up turkey and ham) so it was decent. My co-worker ordered eggs, bacon, and pancakes which he seemed to enjoy decently enough. Said the eggs were not scrambled and were dry.

After 30 min of waiting on my 1/2 ham sandwich, I was told that they actually don't have any ham! Place is old, service sucks, food is horrible.

It took over a half hour for someone to even realize that we hadn't got our food. Then to find out they hadn't even started making it and it wasn't even that busy. The orange juice was watered down and tasted horrible. I can say I won't be wasting my time by going back.

Kitchen staff is constantly arguing. 1 active waitress. 2 are standing around the kitchen, drinking from the soda machine and texting. Dirty interior. "Works" burger had no tomatoes, pickles, etc. Fries weren't fresh.

We eat here when all the other breakfast places in Minot are at maximum overflow. It's nice food, I favor a couple things (the caramel rolls and the bread pudding). It's decent food when you managed to not be able to squeeze into Perkins or Dennys.

I was stationed in Minot from 00'-04', and after I got out, I worked here for a few months. I have to say I truly sucked as a waitress, but I believe I was probably the Roll-N-Pin's biggest pie fan. They are baked fresh everyday and I would come in and check for my strawberry rhubarb pie. I swear I would buy a pie at least once a week and eat it within 2days. It's the best damn pie I have ever had to date! It's to the point where I talk about it any time someone brings up pies. I don't know if I will ever be in North Dakota, but you can bet your ass that if I ever do, first place I will hit up is the Roll-N-Pin!!!!! I miss my pies, and the guys who make them. (I think Prince is one of them ;-) (inside joke)

Dirty floors, very outdated decor, bad service and below average food for the price.
