One of the best places you can go to consistently get great food. Always fresh, always very well prepared. Have ordered here about ten times and the food looks EXACTLY the same. There just aren't enough Schlotzsky's around. Amazing food. Great breads. I could eat here everyday and not get sick of their food. We were excited to find them while visiting Fargo.

MMM, i sure do love a Schlotzky's Sammich. I always get the ham and cheese original. I love the bread and the sammich just goes together really well. I often order a cup of soup with it too. They usually have California Blend (Medley), its a creamy soup with vegetables, and a hint of cheese. Tasty. Great place to eat for lunch.

Went to get a sandwich here in a rush. When I ordered my food I was told to get a free bottled drink, which I thought was wonderful. The downside, they take a while to get your sandwich ready, I waiting since I was famished, and what else was I going to do? I was surprised by the size of my sandwich, which made it worth while to waiting. It seems like the other fast food restaurants are shrinking their sandwiches compared to Schlotzsky's. Side note: size doesn't always mean it's the greatest tasting food! My sandwich, though it was not great, it was not uneatable. The four stars is for the friendly and customer service oriented employee that helped me. He was engaging and I appreciated that. I will go back and give their sandwiches another try because the young man was that wonderful.

This lady I met on the plane to fargo mentioned she couldn't wait to have this sandwich so I had to try for myself. It took a good 20 minutes which I didn't expect. It was toasty and really good bread. The may quality is not amazing but overall it was good. I got the turkey club. FYI they put a crap load of mayo on the bread.

Wow. The rye bread is absolutely to DIE for. Had the turkey breast sandwich, the bread was warm and fresh with a slightly crunchy outside and soft and light inside. The turkey itself was seasoned perfectly, and I ordered mine without mayo. The sandwich wasn't dry like I had expected. The staff was very friendly, and food came out super fast. Excellent experience, I will be back.

I've eaten here twice. On both occasions, the sandwiches my partner and I are were smothered in mayo and were super salty. These are decent sandwiches with good bread, but the salt and excess mayo on both of my visits disallows more than 3 stars.

The older reviews of this place are probably accurate, but since the new ownership took over this place continues to go down hill. My wife and I ate there for lunch yesterday and first, it took almost 15 minutes for the 1 person working the till to help the 7-8 people in front of us and get to us. She actually stopped helping people order so she could go get a chair that was sitting in the middle of the room. Our order was taken at 12:02pm and at 12:30 we still didn't have our 2 sandwiches and bowl of soup. I went up to the till and asked why it was taking so long and she went back to the kitchen, came back, and said "well I told them" and then stared at me saying nothing. When I just stood there she asked "is there something else you wanted?" Really? Yes, I want my food, I want an apology, and I want some concern by the employees. I just shook my head and went back to my table. She finally figured she better do something so a few minutes later she came to my table and said they voided the charge and walked away. No "I'm sorry", no concern, no anything. I took at least 10 more minutes before we got our food and during that time I watched 3 people walk out without ordering after hearing multiple other tables complaining about how long it was taking. When I picked up the food the person in the kitchen did apologize which was nice but it was a little too late. We could have gone to a sit down restaurant and been served much faster for a steak dinner instead of waiting 40 minutes for a sandwich at a fast food restaurant. Between the 15 minutes to order and the 40 minutes waiting for our food, my wife's lunch hour was over before she could even eat!!!
