Chinese Cuisine
The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.
Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.
There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.

Best thing: service Worst thing: nothing My boyfriend and I went through the drive though. We ordered rice, sweet and sour chicken, black pepper chicken, spring rolls, walnut shrimp, Kung Pao chicken and teriyaki chicken. Everything was very fresh and delicious. I think this is going to be my new favorite drive through in town! Fiona was the person that took our order and she was very friendly, knowledgeable and nice. She had wonderful suggestions and recommendations. 10/10 would recommend.

Clearly...everyone who gave this place more than 2 stars eats mac & cheese and ramen for dinner every night...When they are not eating at panda express. What a joke this place is; I tried the rice, the low mein, 6 different types of entrées and it was all tasteless. The food was dry, the service was god awful until some dude had to step in to change the portion size because the lady before him was being skimpy with the servings. She began to argue with him in front of me!! Well we all know the service sucks. I was however expecting the food to be better...it wasnt..very dissapointing indeed. It didn't feel fresh, almost lacking any salt and very oily. Pls try ANY OTHER fake Chinese food joint in town and don't waste ur money on this. U can improve..have less entrees and fire the staff and start fresh. Till then I'm going to mom and pop joints in town and giving them my money.

Fast food often suffers from criticisms of low quality (especially with McDonald's and Burger King). That is NOT the case with Panda Express! I first tried the chain when I ate at one at a rest stop on the Chicago Skyway. I heard one opened up in Fargo and I had a gift card for the joint so I decided to try it out. It impressed me. The beef with broccoli is just right. It is not at all greasy or starchy. A recent addition to the menu, orange chicken with bacon, really wowed me too. The egg rolls are moist and crispy; the fried rice met my expectations. The selection of beverages are good too - try the Sobe Lean Cranberry Grapefruit for a tasty yet no-calorie beverage. If you need something that's good but cheap and want to stay away from your typical chain burger place, go to Panda Express.

I was SO stinking excited when I found out Panda Express was opening in Fargo! I believe it recently opened this past week, and so I went there with a group of friends at lunch on a Friday. Since it's so new, it was pretty busy, but the service was efficient and the line moved fast. Although it's not authentic/very Americanized and a fast-food chain restaurant, their orange chicken is addicting, it's cheap, and their menu is very kid friendly (not that I have kids or am a kid, but thought this was worth noting). Some outdoor seating as well, and the best part is: there's a GIANT BLOW UP PANDA right outside! I was very tempted to go hug/bounce on it, but pretty sure that's not allowed, so alas, I just had to stare at it wistfully.

Panda Express used to be a weekly staple when I was in college, so I was exited to see one open up in Fargo. The first time I went, I actually left before ordering anything because it was so chaotic. After standing in line for 10 minutes, they were out of a few menu options & the staff were quite unfriendly. The 2nd time, service was much quicker. Still unfriendly, but quick. The noodles were disappointing & were very oily. The orange chicken & ragoons were ok, but the ragoons were not very warm. As the staff person was dishing up my food to go, I saw him drop some food on the side of the counter, pick it up, see that I saw him do that, then put it back down on the counter.

I love Panda Express so maybe I'm bias but we love it!! Their workers are actually really friendly. They just opened so they are kind just getting situated so it can have long lines but no big deal they're pretty fast. But you should give it a try better all the other Asian restaurants we have tried in the area.

Tried Panda express for the first time this week. Very good. Try the grilled teriyaki chicken. Best chicken I've had in my life. No lie. Service was friendly and quick. I will try it again for sure

Went in 12/13/14 with my woman friend for supper. When we walked in the workers just stared at us until one of them figured out its our first time ordering. After running around fargo all live long day it's nice to be shot a clue how things work. The layout for their sides and entrees should be split better and more organized for customers. I got the feeling that I was in a fast food joint when the workers asked what I wanted and stared at us when we couldn't decide within one minute. Also I had to repeat myself 3 times to one worker and it isn't THAT loud in there. The food itself was not that great. The rice I got was hard or overcooked. The sweet and sour chicken was bland and tasted like they had it sitting out awhile. The mushroom chicken was allright though. About the only thing that was great was the egg roll. Maybe those are easy to cook, idk. Towards the end of our experience, one of their workers had opened the freezer. We had the bad luck of sitting in the back I guess but I shouldn't feel like I have to put my winter coat back on while I eat. Good when it's 90 degrees out maybe. Overall the price was a little steep for the quality of food and yes I know it's "express", but we shouldn't have to feel like we eating at a fast food joint paying restaurant prices. Will I go back? Maybe out of my kind nature of giving 2nd chances I will, but I sure will think twice next time.
