Yes yes to fresh grind!! What a patty makes the best burger! I'm not a sesame seed bun fan! Only improvement this place could make. Fresh home made fries and not a skimpy order fresh beef fresh potatoes really! Just not fair for the competition! Just for those of us who just want real good food consistently made in a clean spot! Never have I had a bad visit to a 5 Guys anywhere. Fargo's shop is stellar with a stout management team in place as long as they do not wiggle on music station and volume of music! Once I've been here when acid rock was on and volume blazing. You know how it goes one loose string shoe comes untied. So hope Mtg stops that and stays in control of this unit). You could Go to this joint every day all day right now. Stellar location has to be this places challenge? I'm always satisfied though. Happy of its location because when a 5 guys is operated like this in all the other towns I've visited them. You'd wait in a long long line. Up to 30 minutes. Fargo faithful have just not caught on to this great place. Now the fact that they have all those peanuts available to eat while you wait is choice! Of course those are available for the wait you encounter at all of the other 5guys in country I've been to. Here they deliver to your table with friendly service. I'm always delight to go here. Today after having a delightful experience I left here and drove to the chipotle to see how they are fairing? A line long in a dirty dirty dinning room. Health department you are not doing your job here. Certainly those customers are gamblers. Why else would eat there? That place is disgusting. Thank and a salute to 5 Guys love it.

Pros: Great (simple) food, friendly staff, very clean dining area, and they have a Coca-Cola Freestyle soda fountain... Cons: Can't think of anything at the moment. Favorite place to take the family to in Fargo... Honestly I probably eat here more than I should.

Best burger and fries in town! Only down side, peanuts are ALWAYS stale! Every time I have been in there - at least 15 times. Why the stale peanuts????

One of my favorite fast food burgers in Fargo. The customer service is always outstanding, super friendly, and the staff always has good communication skills which is a dying thing these days. The price for a combo meal is higher than the average fast food joint, usually around $12 but every thing is fresh and you can taste the difference. To me it's worth the extra money every time versus spending $7 at McDonald's and getting a nasty pre pressed cardboard burger. The portion sizes are more than enough with a cup of fries that ends up being a full cup plus a bunch piled in the bottom of the bag! The menu is limited to burgers and dogs but I believe in the philosophy of doing a few things really great instead of doing a ton of things half ass and five guys gets that.

Burgers were pretty good, nothing out of the ordinary. Loved the fries. I was surprised of the cost of the meal for a faster burger joint, you can get better deals else where. It's worth a try if you've never been there, but definitely nothing to write home about.

One of the best meals that I have had in Fargo. They have a small number of menu items and you have to order everything a la carte. The burger was big and filling. The small french fry was almost too much for just one person. Everyone here was extremely friendly and they had a person wandering about the dining area asking if anybody needed anything. Burger fries and a soda will set you back about $10.

Alright this is coming from someone who hates meat and even more hates burgers. These burgers are awesome and so cheap! Love this place! Very clean too! Wish they had a drive through

Great burgers and fries! I am addicted to the place! Great for kids and a quick bite to eat, reminds me of summertime cookouts.

Best grease burger in town. You can't go wrong with this delightful treat in a brown bag.

An average burger is 4.99 but its anything but average best burger ive had since eating at red robin. the staff was prompt and attentive explaining how there burgers were made and what best serves various amounts of people (ie: a regular fries serves two adults) the only thing you really need to be careful about is there are peanuts all over this place in huge bags and you can purchase them as snacks (DO NOT get food here if you or anyone your with is allergic) my only negative comment is that the floor was a little dirty

So, to jw e., who hasn't gotten the clue that it's rude to post in all caps, and who threw a fit because I'm not as much of a burger lover and thus don't deserve to eat here... or whatever that troll was saying... it could be that I ate here because I have a social life and am not opposed to going to eat with other people to places that they like, even if I'm not crazy about such places. What's more, jw e. completely overlooked the fact that, all things considered, I liked this place anyway! I was giving a review of the place from the perspective of someone who doesn't usually eat at burger joints, and the fact that I still give it 3 stars is a pretty positive reflection of the place.

This is one of the best places to get a burger in Fargo. The burgers are incredibly delectable and the fries are amazing. Just thinking about going back to this place makes me hungry and my mouth water. I've never had a bad experience going to Five Guys. Five Guys gives your free peanuts that you can munch on while waiting in line or your food. The ability to customize your burgers is amazing and they offer a large variety of toppings. Everyone should definitely try a burger "all the way" and the cajun fries. The burgers and fries are fairly farge portions. The regular burgers are filling by themselves and the regular fries can serve up to two people. The staff is very nice and the place is very clean except during a big rush. People who are allergic to peanuts should avoid this place as their are peanuts every where.

Very nice, clean establishment. They are proud of their achievements ( and have plenty of them all over the walls ). Sweet Coca Cola machine, the first touch screen one I've ever seen. Select a soda, and then a flavor shot (cherry, raspberry, practically anything. Went to the restroom while they prepared my burger, and when I came back they had placed it on the table where I left my soda. Nice personal touch there, they could've just left it on the pick up counter. Came with more fries than I could possibly eat, and I was starving. Nice energetic crew, and patient with me considering I didn't know exactly what I wanted. Great work guys!

Delicious burgers. Exactly what you would want in a greasy burger. The fries were a let down, but the burgers were perfect. I liked the atmosphere. I would describe it as the Jimmy John's of the cook to order burger world.

Food was really good. We ordered 4 fries for 4 of us and that was way to much. I complained on their web site and got a call from the manager, of the Fargo location, in about an hour. He was apologetic and said that their people are trained to tell people about the size of the fries. I will definitely be going back to 5 guys.

The day before I went to Five Guys, I had Father's Office burger in LA so perhaps it's unfair for me to compare since they are not in the same category. For me, I'd give it 3 1/2 stars because it's not just A-OK. The burger was good but it's not out of this world. I think you'd have to be a multiple topping and variety of sauce, burger eating person to give it a raving review. What I did think was crazy good was their hot dog! They cut it in half and it's not on hot dog bun... it's more like a sandwich and just soooo good.

Prepare to hit the gym after one of these delicious gut bombs. Very busy during lunch but they have the process of cooking down to a science. Basically you get a fresh burger, fresh frys and some cholesterol.

Hotdogs great! The rest - just a greasy mess.
