I love qdoba's food, but it's sometimes a toss up on how it's made to it's quality. I really love their vegetarian taco salad and I always ask for extra rice and beans. Sometimes, the lettuce isn't always the freshest. The staff is usually pretty friendly and the facility is clean. I love that it's walking distance because the parking lot is kind of tight.

This place must have difficulty keeping employees. This is evidenced by the overall poor service you'll receive and that they offer monetary bonuses for people just to stay and work there a few months. The burritos are still good though, if you can get past the attitude of the staff. I eat here regularly and the food is generally consistent, though they do run out of ingredients frequently. I really wish there were a Chipotle in this town.

If you like burritos with only one texture, then this is the place for you. The lettuce was not crisp and the over powering cheese sauce covered the flavors of the other ingredients. This place is a far cry from the Chipotle chain.

Best burrito in Bismarck/Mandan. Best fast food in Bismarck/Mandan. The food is not greasy. It is a tad expensive but you get what you pay for. Always clean and staff is friendly. Parking is a bit tight when in a larger vehicle.

I love eating here. There burritos are okay. Read my other review because I personally like Pancheros burritos. However here is what they have that I really like. They sell chicken nachos. I order mine NAKED otherwise the chips become a soggy mess. So you get a cheesy bowl with chicken, rice, beans, sour cream, salsa etc and then you DIP your chips into this warm gooey mess of happiness. They have the BEST chocolate chip cookie in Bismarck. They also have the best Quesadilla by far. Enjoy beer and pop served here outside seating.
