Got the order to go, even with a busy lunch crowd, burgers were custom made and freshly grilled right in front of me with just the right amount of grease (flavor). I had jalapenos on my burger, great kick without too much burn.

The burgers are awesome, the fries are not my favorite. I prefer just the burgers myself but my friends and family like the fries too.

Food is always hot and fresh, love the free peanuts, and i am glad that i can wash it all down with a cold COCA-COLA

Needed a quick lunch, and spotted a Five Guys.... yess! I think I always get the same thing: Little Cheeseburger (all the way, no tomatoes) Reg. Cajun Fries water Staff was extremely friendly... very busy during lunch hour. So it did take a short while, but that was expected. The complimentary peanuts help with the wait... Restaurant was very clean, and I saw an attendant constantly walking around and cleaning the tables and sweeping the floors. I really do love the burgers and the fries - - but they give WAY too many fries. I wish there was a smaller size, cause I feel so guilty throwing so many away.

Really? The staff are good, but come on. This place does not live up to the hype. I've had burgers that were 80x better than this and the fries? just lame.

However Five Guys got this 5 stars is a crock of garbage...small portions - outrageous prices - p*** poor service... poorly planned layout... Did I say p*** poor service? If I wanted to spend $15.00 on a lunch for myself - I'd rather go to a fine dining establishment and get good service and a LOBSTER.

September 6, 2011 Tuesday - dinner 7:50 PM 4 Adults & teenager Atmosphere - 5 stars Food - 5 stars Service - 5 stars Background - There is a rumor of one coming to Reno NV. So I had to check out to see if any were going to be in any place I would be soon. Thus I am at the Bismarck location. Atmosphere - A small strip mall fast food restaurant with their supplies making up the line to the counter. Not a big fan but it is not done in a tacky way. Bright white with red and black accent, if it was not for the black I would say they were taking everything from In-N-Out Burger. Simple menu just like In-N-Out Burger but they added hot dogs, and a long list of items you can add to your burger or dogs, which I love. Food Appetizer - None this night. Main Course - The group I went with has been here before. So I was warned about the portion size. I went with the Little Cheese Burger. Normally I would go with the combo but the fries are huge. They take what I would call a small soda cup and fill it with fries and add about another cup of fries, they are loose in the bag. Yeah they serve everything in a bag even for dine in, which we did. The potatoes came from Idaho; they have a white board up which states which farm they came from. The large bags that make up the line are a sign of their freshness too. I ordered the Little Cheese Burger with everything which they call All The Way and added jalapenos. Out of the all the toppings the jalapenos jumped out at me as they were crisp. That crispness was a sign of how fresh they were, and had a little punch to them. Dessert - I did not even notice if they had anything for dessert. Service - We had friendly service when we gave our order. The receipt has your number on it and they call you by number by just yelling it out. While we sat there the young man that helped us was cleaning the tables. One of the groups before us had their order up and the guy behind the counter yelled several times "order 5 is ready". Since it was late there was not much of a crowd. The young man was next to them cleaning had to let them know their order was ready. They seemed a little confused by this process. Future - I would love to comeback to this place. Hopefully the rumor of them coming to Reno NV is true. While back in Reno I will stick with In-N-Out and Fatburger.

Not as great as it's made out to be I'm a fatty and I LOVE burgers and this was so-so at best. The fries were super salty and not evenly cooked. I'm used to In & Out and The Habit, so this is a change for me. Maybe I'll learn to love it when I settle, but I just was not impressed. Employee's were helpful and nice and tried to please the food just wasn't as great as they were.

Recently, I gave this place another try, and again I was disappointed. The burgers are over cooked, yet the cheese is unmelted (that's almost some kind of sorcery). The fries are under cooked, but over seasoned (no sorcery needed here). For the price, I should get a bottle of beer, a server with a bedazzled apron/vest and an enjoyable patty of beef. Instead, I was treated to a generic fountain pop machine, my number announced over the P.A. system and a paper bag of saw dust and season salt. Short story long: If you're looking for a quick burger, there's way better around town; if you're looking for a good burger, you're in the wrong place.
