Thank goodness downtown Bismarck is growing with more restaurant choices other than Applebee's and Ground Round! My cousin insisted on taking me here and I'm glad he did! We had a reservation as it was lunch time, and their dining area is rather small; just a few tables in the front. (I hear they may be expanding so perhaps this won't always be the case.) Our server was very friendly and knew a lot about their product. He was very enthusiastic about the freshness and quality of their dough, and even assured me how "soft" their balls (of dough) are. I really wanted to get my hands on those (dough) balls too after such a great review by our server. I digress. I started with the goddess salad and had their special pizza of the day. It had lemon zest, rosemary, artichokes, marinated pulled chicken, and tomatoes. Delish! My cousin had the arugula and prosciutto pizza. Both were really good! And the best thing is they don't chill their tomatoes. There's nothing worse than a cold, mealy tomato! We finished with some gelato, but I really question whether or not my gelato was real gelato. It really tasted more like a low fat ice cream instead. I didn't let it sour my experience, though, as the pizza is so good. And bless their hearts for using quality ingredients!

Fireflour Pizza is easily the most well done pizza in,z all of North Dakota. Better than both Duane's and Sammy's in Fargo as well as the Walrus and Toasted Frog here in Bismarck. The pizza is done in the true Neapolitan style that is very hard to find. The oven was handmade and shipped from Naples, and kept close to 900 degrees Fahrenheit. All the ingredients are fresh and the dough is made in house. I had the Iowa, which aside from the tomato base had prosciutto and arugula as well. The best part is the prosciutto and arugula were placed after it came out of the oven so they retained their flavor and color quite well. The crust was perfect, crispy and slightly charred. Overall I have had better pizza a couple times in my life, once in Ljubljana, Slovenia, once in San Francisco, maybe at Punch Pizza in the cities. I haven't yet decided. I do not doubt though, after a five minute conversation with the owners that Fireflour will give the best a run for their money. I was there the day they opened the dining room, he had not yet had the time to fine tune his process with the new oven. Every oven is its own monster and they will have a learning curve. Considering how great the first pizza I had from them was, this guy will be unstoppable. Also give them props for the bottles of water at the table, and serving the pizza with a knife and fork. Very Italian traditional service, if he wanted to go 100% traditional however, he would have served the pizza without cutting it. Something tells me most people here would crucify him if he tried that though. Easily my new favorite restaurant in Bismarck.

West Coasters will find this cafe on par with San Fran al fresco dining, but for Bismarckians, this place is something special. Excellent food (woodfired pizza) with a west coast al fresco twist. I could eat their Uptown (?Downtown?) pizza for daaaays. They make a stab at being a higher end restaurant with appetisers and dessert (along with beer wine and espresso coffee) so it's a great place to have a long leisurely meal with friends. I wish their hours were longer (closed sun/mon and by 9 or 10pm the rest of the week) but it'll do. It's a bit pricey for Bismarck, but I expect that considering the quality. It's on Fifth Street off Main so parking can be a hassle.

Oh man........ ......this place. Mind blowing variety of pizzas to choose from -each crafted from a curiously mouth watering combination of different sauces, toppings from every corner of the earth, and cooked to perfection in a stone pizza oven. Combined with quality service, a huge selection of craft beers, and attached it to a hip coffee joint serving cold brew, with a freezer full of gelato... I really don't know what else a pizza-craving gastronome could ever want?

My first impression is that I like this place - it's tucked away on a side street with surface parking and the interior has a certain updated farm grunge vibe to it. Service was prompt at noon on a week day and girlfriend and I were seated immediately. Our waitress was attentive and quite helpful, providing guidance on their extensive coffee menu and generally giving us time to sort through their eclectic pizza selection. We settled on splitting a Heritage to go with our tasty iced lattes and it was about what I expected - 12", 6 pieces and nicely flavorful, albeit a bit oilier than I'd prefer. Service was prompt throughout the meal as well. Their gelato and pastry selection was delightful as well, leaving us with plenty to explore if we make a return trip.

I really like it when an establishment rolls il the dice on a single meal menu. Fireflour known for it zealous creativity in the art of pizza, threw it all out for one evening. The flat creations went flying as a pile of juicy wood smoked pulled pork subverted the tastebuds of regulars. Actually I saw a few pizza locals turn right around when it was said that Monday was a singular prix fixe menu. Sorry Flat Earther. You lost again! Buttermilk mashed potatoes, tangy peppery coleslaw, local bread and a chaser of apple ginger Kuchen made this a one-stop no brainer. Perfect tender pork with that great candy char. I got half way through it before I realized I haven't add any of the honey mustard sauce. Once on, it was a prison meal, no one is getting any of this from me!!! The chef took a spin on apple ginger Kuche with a custard version. This one certainly marched to it's own tune of tasty desserts. Apple slices on top cleverly hid what seemed a tres leches cake from a Mexican panaderia.

Ambiance of the place was more metro Italy than the art of the pizza. Service was lackluster. Server didn't seem too excited to be working on this night. No smile, no energy and no will to be of assistance. Dough was a nice fluffy and light consistency. Cooked to perfection with hardly no burns at all. Mozzarella was not up to par. They need to work on their cheese quality and thickness. Pepperoni and sausage were nicely cut and flavorful, but lack of cheese quality made this pie a 7/10. I'll come back when in ND again on my travels, but I've got to see what else is here. Put this place on the calendar for a good pie, but it's not quite Italy both in taste and splendor. They still get 4 stars for trying and doing a decent job.

Finally made it here for pizza!! Yay!! It just happened to be the perfect day to sit outside. Actually, this place is lucky and so are the patrons that like outdoor dining. The outdoor dining is in the shade in the evening! Well, this is perfect for me. Others may like to fry in the sun while enjoying their pizza, but not me. It was a warm day, but in the shade and with a great breeze, sitting outside was perfect. I ordered the Shroom pizza. It was amazing. Great, thin crust... the kind that, even though there are pieces with no pizza toppings, you know... the crust, I eat them anyway. The pizza was juicy, which was odd, but a very pleasant surprise. It wasn't saucy, it was juicy. I am not sure what it was... was it the melted leeks? Was it the la quercia speck? The WHAT?!?!? I know, right? I had to Google it. Here you go... Speck, a lesser-known variation of prosciutto, is a sweet meat, deep, rich and earthy in texture with a distinct but light applewood-smoked flavor and aroma. Since I didn't know la quercia speck, I wasn't expecting meat on my Shroom pizza. It was a yummy surprise. It definitely elevated the flavor of the pizza to something special, unexpected and out of the ordinary. They have gelato for dessert. The flavors all sounded so good, I asked which was the house favorite. Salted Caramel was the answer. It was a tiny serving, but the texture was perfect... just beginning to melt. The salted caramel was definitely salty. It was good, but next time I'm going to try a different flavor. When I'm in Bismarck I stay right around the corner, so I will be back to try some of the other tempting pizza combinations.

Still love it, been here plenty of times. Never disappointed..I keep coming back for more and more pizza. I pass this town for work and I stop to eat here most often

Delicious. I got the Iowa with chili oil and gelato. The gelato flavors of the day included olive oil which I obviously had to try. It was very good as was the salted caramel. I got takeout but the ambiance was nice and it seemed to be a pretty popular place. Overall, tasty, interesting food for a reasonable price.

What a funky little place! Super cool staff tossin dough right behind the counter, crazy music in the background (Prodigy to Sublime to Dr. Dre?!) and really fun menu. We split three twelve inch pizzas between three of us and only had a few pieces left. We started with the olives - pit-in and soaked in Rosemary infused olive oil - HOLY CROW so good. I got the beer sampler which contained some very tasty IPA's. As far as the pizza was concerned - it was fresh and really true to the photos other Yelpers have posted. We ended with dessert - cookies were delicious, cinnamon gelato was on point - and if I could steer you towards any one choice, it would be the espresso soaked gelato. Just do it! I continue to be surprised and the quality and variety available every time I visit Bismarck. Big town tastes with small town prices and hospitality.

I was surprised to find this place in Bismarck, of all places. It reminded me of my time spent at the Mediterranean coast of France and Italy. The pizza was perfectly made and the customer service was very friendly. I wished they had that spicy olive oil to drizzle on my pizza. I was the only one in the restaurant so I had a good conversation about how the concept of this place came to life. I ordered an Affogato from them for a dessert - espresso over gelato. I usually recommend this place when my colleagues travel to the area. In a way, I'm promoting good business to this restaurant and I'm happy to do provide! :)

Been here twice. Gave 2 stars only because the idea is good, but terrible execution. First time the toppings were non-existent, 2nd the crust was badly burnt on the bottom giving the pizza a very bitter finish. A terrible experience considering the price.

An awesome choice!! Had the Umbria, Sinister Pearson brew, Rosa Aranciata blood orange and Gelato (Rumchatta/Oreo). Unique fare, Kim is definitely proud of what is available and an enthusiastic sales person!! Enjoyed the sidewalk tables. Taking home the Peppy ... can't wait!

We drove from Portland to Manitoba in July and stopped at Fireflour for a late lunch. I had the Daisy and my husband had the Peppy. After 20 hours in the car, I had earned the $9 bottomless red wine. It was delicious. We sat outside on the patio and they were very dog friendly, which was such a relief. The pizzas were so wonderful. My dad and I started the trek back down to Portland and I insisted we plan our trip around a stop for pizza at Fireflour. Again, I had the Daisy, this time with some amazing chilli oil. My dad had the Peppy and loved it. Beth was our server and she made the experience complete. She was so friendly and attentive. Thank you again Beth! I don't know much about Bismarck, but I know you need to stop at Fireflour, you won't regret it.

Very great pizza, but the worst service I've ever had. The waiter split a salad for us with chicken and double charged us for the chicken when there were a couple bites only. When we asked the waiter about it, he didn't say anything to us and walked away.

This is likely the most conflicted I've ever been on writing a review from Yelp. I wanted to REALLY like this place, but there were some drawbacks. First, the good... - As a lover of "local" pizza joints, whenever I'm in a new town, I have to try the small business pizza. Fireflour's location is tucked in a nice quiet section of downtown. The interior is small, cozy while at the same time being very clean and slightly "hip", without being pretentious. - The pizza itself very obviously is served with the freshest ingredients. Great sauce, fresh cheese and a crust that is pretty awesome. They find a way to make every pizza look exactly the same, in terms of cooking consistency...Incredibly soft crust, with a little bit of "char" that you can't taste at all, but presents well. - The prices are actually VERY fair for what is served/type of location. You have to go here knowing you aren't going to be getting chain pizza slop, thus you have to pay a bit of a premium for it. - Service was pretty quick, even though it was full. The not so good... - While the location is nice, it kinda stinks too. We spent about 15 minutes, hungry out of our minds, looking for a place to park. There are seriously about 20 public on-street parking spots within a six-block radius. Granted, it's not the joint's fault for Bismarck being poorly planned, it's just not fun to have to use a parking garage to get lunch. - Something was just truly "missing" about the pizza. I got the "Daisy" and I touched on all the good above, it just seems to me like there should have been more. More Cheese? Probably. Thicker Crust? Perhaps slightly. It just seems like I took one bite of the substance portion of my pizza and I got to the crust. - While the food service was quick, the table service could have been a little better. We were seated and then a table of 4 came in about 5 minutes after us. The waitress addressed and took orders from the table of 4 first, proceeded to bring them their drink orders before even approaching us. Overall, I can recommend this place as a "unique" pizza spot. It's solid overall and likely would rub others a bit more than it did me.

Perfect pizza, my favorite crust, thin with a bubble edge. Red or white sauces, great options for vegetarians, pesto pizza. Eat outside on the patio though, the stone oven makes it very hot inside.

Great place to to go for great pizza, great service, and dog friendly outside seating. Enjoyed the summer night, live music from down the street, and the sinister pear! Our waitress Kim was terrific, helpful with suggestions, attentive, friendly, and loves dogs! Highly recommend!

Stopped here for lunch on the long drive back to St Paul. Busy lunch crowd but we were seated right away. We ordered the Umbria and Tenderloin, both white pizzas. Great toppings, great crust. What's not to love?

Yummmm! We told the hostess it was our first time here, and she recommended us to sit at the counter where we can watch the guys make our pizza by scratch. The menu says each Neopolitan pizza feeds up to two people, but my bf and I eat a lot, so we got one for the each of us. I ordered the Tenderloin (fresh mozzarella, soft egg..) and the bf got the Americano (which is basically like a supreme pizza). SOOO GOOD! Our bellies were satisfied and stuffed. We shared a salted caramel gelato, but had to toss it after our first bite because it was too sweet for our liking :(

Best pizza in Bismarck! Also coffee is very rich and gelato is delicious! Service was great as well. I ordered the shroom pizza and Iowa pizza, and both were delicious. So happy they have a gluten free crust. Order the olives! Best I've ever had, and I have traveled to Italy and Spain.

Great pizzas! The pizza dough is top notch and when fired, the crust is delicious. I had the Peppa and ate the whole thing. The wife and daughter had the Uptown and the Daisy and really enjoyed them.

Great, wood fired, Napoli style pizza. I had the "Peppy" on my first visit. The crust was a great balance between soft, chewy, and a little bit of char. Perfect in my book! The cheese was real fresh mozzarella and was evenly distributed around the pie. My only regret was not sampling more of a variety of fresh toppings here. This visit was a bit rushed as I was taking a lunch break and behind schedule. I'd like to sample the fennel sausage and see how fresh their basil is on my next visit. Oops, I gave it away, I'll definitely visit again. Also, as a last note, the beer selection was very nice. Unfortunately for me, I was here during the work day and couldn't partake. Again, next time!

Soooooo good! Got the peppy pizza and it was amazing. They deliver to the brewery next door so it was great while having beers. Also they have $9 unlimited wine which is the way to my heart. I would go back next time I'm in town

We've only eaten here once and it was quite a while ago, but the pizza was very good. Great crispy and chewy crust with fresh, balanced toppings. We were particularly fond of the Iowa and will definitely hit it up next time we're wanting pizza in Bismarck!

Pizza was amazing, high quality trendy pizza. They are a nice size, but very thin, so you need your own, appox $13 a pizza, pricey, but worth it when you want some good, light pizza.

Driving from Montana we came through Bismarck. This looked very good from the reviews so we tried it. Got the Americano and it was excellent and we called it in so it was ready for pickup. Reasonable price as well. Highly recommend!

Exceptional pizza find in Bismarck, ND -- who would've thought you would be able to find authentico Napolitano pizza here!! :) HUGE props out to Brandon S and his review - - that's what prompted me to even find this new pizzeria in Bismarck. I never get tired of Napolitano pizza... and this definitely was what I was craving after a long 7+hr drive from Minneapolis. Service was extremely friendly and fast! Since I was the only customer (at first) at 8pm on a Tuesday, I was able to chat it up with the staff. They were super friendly... I ordered a glass of Chianti & the Umbria. (I believe it had fennel sausage, mozzarella, scallions, red onions...) It was divine! The ingredients were obviously all fresh, but the crust was the most amazing part! True to napolitano style - - - it was blistered and charred (yummy!) - - but this one actually tasted really, really good! The owner advised me that they are "expanding" their menu.... cause right now they literally only have pizzas and I think one dessert (a cookie) on the menu. Drinks-wise they have some bottled beer, wine, San pelligrino Aranciata & Limonata (I believe). They even have Crispin!! (Which I tried to order first, but since they have no ice -- i opted for wine.) Great pizza.... amazing crust... friendly staff! I'll be back with my next visit to Bismarck. Grazie mille! :)

This is the kind of restaurant I would love to love. Unfortunately I'm really disappointed in their care for gluten-free customers. I called ahead to make sure they had gluten free crusts and could handle a celiac customer. I'm very aware that there's wheat flour in the facility, but as long as people change gloves and clean off the surface, I'm usually safe from having a reaction. The waiter was friendly, and the food was tasty and very Italian, but since they have an open kitchen I could hear their grumble/upset/incredulity at having two gluten free pizzas ordered. It was an hour before close, so I am very confident that they knowingly took short cuts. I was barely two bites into my slice when I started to have a reaction.

Very good pizza! I spend a lot of time in Italy for work, and this is some of the most Italian pizza I've had stateside. Get it to go, and eat it next door at the brewpub.

I loved this place! The pizza is really good and the staff is incredibly friendly. The only negative is that the cookies weren't as good as I had hoped they would be but it is a pizza place, not a bakery!

Delicious, quick Pizza and homemade gelato! Great surprise. Didn't know what to expect and was pleasantly surprised. Aroma was awesome. Greeted right when I walked in. Concept explained that everything was made from scratch and it really delivered. I had the Iowa pizza and gelato. It was super fresh and very good. I probably just had dinner lol. I will be back and bring friends. Has a funky intimacy that is real cool. The languid reggae in the background is spot on.

First off, I have been a big fan of Fireflour since they opened. Bismarck needs a restaurant with high quality ingredients and flavorful food. You'll find them here. Although the staff is pretty friendly, I have noticed a trend toward the kitchen staff becoming a bit too casual (chatting with each other) and a little bit careless with the food as a result. Our pizzas have been a little too charred and blackened on the bottom lately. This may be due to the pizza crust being rolled out a little too thin or some inattention as the pie is in the oven or a bit of both. I hope they can improve on this. I am still a fan of this place so I hope they can maintain strong standards and continue to grow their business. They certainly deserve the success they've earned so far; there should be no stopping now.

Seriously AMAZING PIZZA! I got the uptown pizza and I don't think it could have been any better! Nice thin crust, and they cook it in a wood fire oven! Very different variety of pizza but I tried others and they were all super delicious! Everything tastes super fresh and such great flavors.. Their gelato is also amazing, definitely a must try place!

Travel a lot for work and blown away by this place - reasonable prices, menu is varied and innovative and the Pizza is delicious - don't know if I can say it's better than Tonys in San Francisco but these guys have done a great Job - Neapolitan is best!

    (5)
  • Jeff H.

Have had it twice-delivered to Laughing Sun both times. Folks, you really won't find better pizza if wood fired and chewy is what you want. Great stuff-almost makes me wish I lived in Biz. Americano is my fave.

  • Old S.

If given a universal rating (based on other pizza places I've reviewed) Fire Flour deserves at least 3.7 to 4 stars. Given its location (middle of North Dakota) the place deserves at least 5 stars. The "Neapolitan" crust was close to perfection. I only had the opportunity to try a couple of pizzas from Fire Flour Pizza , the IOWA - prosciutto, arugula, crushed tomato, fresh mozzarella, sea salt and the UMBRIA - fennel sausage, mozzarella, scallions, red onions, red pepper flakes. I found the pizza toppings lacking a bit in seasoning and spice. That in part is due to the local regional tastes - I know since I grew up around there. Given the availability of fresh ingredients, hardwood for the oven, seasonal extremes and the population, Fire Flour Pizza is a gem that stands out and should be appreciated.

  • Jaken K.

Everything tasted good, but the crust was a little softer than fire roasted pizza I've had in the past. Would like to see a built your own selection. Parking is a pain. Service was fast and friendly. Had the Boris and the Uptown.

Great pizza, attentive service, with an attractive modern look. An outdoor seating area is also available. Coming from NY NJ area, I've sampled some great pizza, over the years. Fireflour is right up there with the best.

  • Dustin F.

It was really good. The pizzas are 12 inches. They are all thin crust, 10 different types, with 3 different starters and appetizers to accomodate. The beer went from 3 to 5 dollars. They had 15 different bottled beers to choose from with great variety in taste from Ciders to IPA's and even a simple Bud Light. They also have 5 different types of wine available in a 6oz glass, half bottle, and bottle. Soft drinks are also available. Probably seating for 25 to 30 in there. It's quiet with back ground music so you can hear each other talk. It's a nice place to hang out. I will be back undoubtedly.

Great pizza; best in Bismarck except for an in-home version I've had. You know who you are Peggy H! The customer service is excellent. Our server explained everything and more (i.e. Besides the oven itself, the actual coals in the oven are directly imported from Italy). Gelato is amazing--salted caramel is fabulous. A big Ups for delivery to the bar next door. The olives are Sick--I don't even like olives and I ate 4 of them. What?! Bismarck is lucky to have this little gem. Coffee in the chemex is a must do for after dinner. Thanks for having the gluten free crust available for the celiacs and the gluten intolerants. I will definitely darken the doorstep of this establishment the next time I am in Bismarck, ND!

  • Chris Y.

My office is just across the street and I actually really like their pizza. I have asked them repeatedly to deliver to my office, but they have told me several times "we don't deliver". If I owned Fireflour Pizza, delivery downtown would be free and a lot of pizzas would be sold. Other local restaurants deliver. Their pizza is pretty good actually. But quite pricey. If they delivered and acted like a "neighborhood restaurant" (where everyone knows your name), I would make sure they never went out of business.

You cannot even express the freshness and taste of each ingredient when you first bite in to this pizza! If there was a book titled "Pizza You Have to Try Before You Die"... This place would be in Chapter One!

  • Liz T.

I've never fully enjoyed a meal here. It's expensive for what you get. Good quality and the owner is really nice though. I do like their coffee bar but the last time I was in they were unable to serve an iced latte because they don't have a nice machine.

  • T C.

Friendly service, great pizza with perfect dough, fresh toppings, high quality... Also had the olives and the salad (had fennel in it, I forget the name) -- loooove the olive oil marinating around the olives. Best meal I had in ND, and not overpriced

Nice addition to downtown Bismarck. I had a side salad and my wife and I split a pepperoni pizza. Both were very good and will go back and try their other items. Service was good and the beer selection featured a variety of craft beers that came in a bottle. I would recommend this place if you like thin crust pizza with fresh ingredients.

I love this place!!! Every time I come to Bismarck I eat here, usually more than once. This trip I went twice. Their pizza is unique and has amazing flavor. The crust is just thin enough and is always cooked thoroughly-I'm not a fan of doughy crusts that usually make me bloated and sick. They obviously let their dough rise completely because I always feel fine after eating here. I suggest the Marco-it's really good and my least favorite is the Iowa but it was still ok. I also like the Umbria and I will definitely be trying the Bianca and the pesto next time. Their basil dressing is to die for, wish they'd bottle it, I always ask for extra. Oh, and if you like beets try the beet salad it was really tasty. Also tried their lemonita by Perrier-so yummy and refreshing. Like the atmosphere and I look forward to trying the new coffee bar for breakfast next year when I visit again. Wish I could take this place to Texas and teach people how to make amazing pies!! Very yummy-see you in a year!!!

Good selection of hand crafted pizzas, they make their own sausage, and they have a brick oven. Prices are a little higher that expected and seating is tight but they have my business. Great pizza and great little place. Tip: buy your pizza and have them deliver it next door while you have some awesome Laughing Sun beer.

Went here for a meetup group event and found it to be a better than decent place. Definitely some pro's and con's but the food was GREAT. Best pizza I've had in Bismarck, which is crazy considering how many different pizza places there are here. It's a great date night spot, not a good group spot. We counted a total of 9 tables (at 2 each) and 4-5 benches at the counter. So don't go if you have a group more than 4 cause it'll be a challenge to seat you. However, if you ARE in a larger group, consider going next door and supporting Laughing Sun. I'm not trying to plug LS as much as I'm pointing out that FireFlour knows it's small location flaw and will, get ready, DELIVER to a local bar. SO, go ahead and knock a couple back, they'll bring the pizza to you. Our group sampled. We each got a pizza and traded around. It was FANTASTIC. Great thin crust with LOTS of flavor! Pricing is about quality not quantity, so plan to bring at least a $20 for a pizza, a drink, and if you must, a tip. I tip 20% OR MORE. But here, I had to think twice about my tip. Not only did the waitress not get our order right, she kept coming back to question the order. I noticed she didn't have anything to write it down and found out it was because the owner tells them not to. Which would be fine for a table of less than four, but we were a larger group. Also, at no point did she offer water. My husband had to ask for water, several times before he got it. Side note in my ranting, they do the water right, in a bottle, chilled, and lovely. It just doesn't show up unless you demand it. Another couple in our group gave ALL the known signs of wanting something more than their canned beverage to drink and left wanting. At one point they both asked for water and we didn't see the next waitress again until the check came. That was the other annoyance, we had THREE different waitresses. With no introduction on any of them, not that Sally will be helping you while I'm out or I'm done for the night here's Jessica... Nothing. It was pretty cool to watch them make the pizza right there and HOW they made it. TOTALLY TRADITIONAL and worth the experience. So yes, I will totally go back, probably for a date night, requesting water immediately upon arrival. Did I mention the pizza... DELISH! I can't decide if my favorite is SHROOM or Saucy, but you can't get a bad one.

On our way from Minneapolis to Glacier National Park. Spent the night in Bismarck. Did a Yelp for pizza. Absolutely over the top of the top. These folks know how to bake an Italian pizza. Lots of people hanging out. Great atmosphere.

They gave us this whole spill on how it only takes 90 seconds to cook the pizza and they weren't very busy and it took about 10 minutes to get our pizza's. The pizza was good. I wouldn't say great. It felt like it was very overpriced for what we got. It also felt like a squishy type environment. This of course is all personal preference but I don't think I will be going back or recommending it.

Fresh fresh fresh ingredients and made with care. You can eat a few slices here and be able to go back to work after and not feel like you need a nap. Delicious and great service.

Delicious Pesto Pizza. I also enjoyed the Umbria, and the Daisy. The pizza is SOOO good. To top it off there are various Gelatos and Sorbettos, and for starters there are salads and other stuff. Cool sidewalk dining area, but they need smaller tables, and maybe a few chairs in the back because their always is a need for 1 or 2 more chairs. Like Mr. Food Says, MMM so GOOD!

Pizza

Pizza is a famous Italian dish savored around the world. The entire credit for the popularity of Pizza in the United States goes to the chain of pizzerias all over the country. While the base and the texture of Pizza remains same across the globe, it's the toppings that differs from country to country. In the United States, you will find the top pizzerias serving pizzas with the toppings of mainly beef, bacon, chicken, ham, and sausage for the non-vegetarians. Other than these famous meat options, Pizzas with veg toppings such as mushrooms, pepperonis, garlic, tomatoes, spinach, etc. are also famous in most restaurants in the United States.

Irrespective of your locality, you will find a variety of different restaurants in your cities offering pizzas of all different types. Pizza is hot favorite among people of all ages in the United States. A large size pizza is enough to feed a family of 3 or 4 at large. Pizza is also the most preferred food whenever a group of friends is hanging out together. Pizza gained popularity in the United States after the American soldiers stationed in Italy returned from World War II.

Over the years, different pizzerias in the United States have developed their own respective regional variations. Pizza gained popularity as the iconic dish in the United States in the second half of the 20th century. Whether you prefer thin or thick crust pizza, you can find a pizza of your preference at the best pizza restaurants in your city.

Italian Cuisine

The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.

Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.

If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.
