Mexican Cuisine
If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.
Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.
Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.

Moe's is a new addition to the busy Hwy. 150/I77 exchange area & is being well received! They've been open for a few weeks now & on this particular Tuesday a little after 12 noon, there was a steady crowd of folks in line, as well as seated, already eating. Parking is a bit limited & there's only one way in & out. However, you could probably get by with parking in the Buffalo Wild Wing lot next door. Moe's offers outside seating & plenty of booth & table seating inside. The space inside is very welcoming & today, soul music was happily playing overhead - or well, at least it made me happy...it's my second favorite genre. :) The huge wall menu explains your choices & pricing. As always, you get free chips with your order. And you can add a side of quac or queso & a drink for about $3 more. Oh & don't forget the salsa bar! There are always about 4-5 different salsa varieties. My favorite is the green tomatillo. The employees are friendly & efficient...Moe's has the "assembly line" effect going, so someone starts your order & someone different adds your "extras" & then another person rings up your order. Oh & they have the new, "future-ized" Coca-Cola product drink machine, where you have a HUGE variety of soft drink choices & flavors. The cherry-vanilla coke was quite refreshing! I love the restaurant was very clean, especially the salsa bar area & drink area. That can be a huge turnoff for me if those areas are dirty, cluttered or unkept. Prices are reasonable, especially since they're not skimpy on the tortilla size (for burritos) or the amount of protein & extras they add. My tummy was very happy, so I'll definitely be back.

They've only been open a few days but they seem to have it worked out! Awesome food! I opted for the naked burrito and I love that there are tons of options for toppings. The food is fresh and the service is friendly. As with any Moe's, you'll be greeted loudly as you walk in. Nice to see the owner on the line, shouting, "Welcome to Moe's!!" This is the same owner that opened the local Five Guys a few years back so I expect the service will stay great. It's an awesome additional to Mooresville.

Went back and its changed a lot in regards to staff, portions, and atmosphere. Its like night and day since my last visit several months ago. Thank you for paying attention to your customers on here and making the changes needed. Will definitely make it part of options again when in the area.

Moe's is here! I had never been to one before they came to Our town of Mooresville. They're Great! They have big meals for great deals! The staff is very helpful. If it's your first time and you don't know what the heck you're talking about or asking for..tell'em! They'll walk you through it. Parking is a little limited if you plan to get it and go. The seating is great if you plan to stay! Oh and they have an open Salsa Bar..hahah it's great. Go with the Three Bears..i think it's called. I can't go by this place without my mouth watering.... Are they closed right now?...hmmm Hope yall enjoy!

Went to Moes yesterday march 31 2014. Moes monday is free combo which is nice. Got under 6.00 buck with chips and a drink. The staff seems to really not care not nearly energetic like the rest of the of the stores. I understand their new but its been about 6 months.
