Food is all made from scratch. Great place for breakfast and lunch. Quaint restaurant with outside seating.

HUGE sandwiches. a 12 inch will kill you. stick with the italian ingredients and you cant go wrong. would have loved a less "wonderbread" style bun for their stellar ingredients (or maybe toast them for some substance??) but maybe weirdos dont like bread that doesnt resemble sponge cake thats good for dentures. dunno. anyhow. yummy. nice staff. bit threadbare in the deli cases, but what they had was great. VERY HARD TO FIND, as street address is not accurate, and they have teeensy tinsy leetle signs that you CANT see from the street. we circled the block 3x trying to find the place. yeah, its kinda down an alley and shares a parking lot on the opposite side of its actual street address. BIGGER SIGN, GUYS! THINK PEOPLE IN CARS! go, eat. get italian deli. f*** subway, and mcdonalds. eat here! they are cheaper for better food!

I've eaten there once...the sandwich was very tasty; but for the price, the sandwich was more of an hor dourve. Still very hungry after eating it.

The food is so amazing. Each bite is filled with beautiful flavors. It's a great laid back place to have lunch or dinner. Oh and the cookies are the bomb!!!

Stopped by here looking for another Cafe/Deli place for a sandwich. Food was excellent, service good. The wife had a French Dip, and I had their Poorboy Special. Both were tasty and filling. It's a typical small deli.

large sandwich, pastrami made with yack meat, made on the premises. believe it or not folks raise yacks in that neck of the woods. chef is always trying different things, and is ready to make make a sandwich the way you like it. i had pickled tongue this summer, and i don't think any other restaurant in town has that. very nice off the hectic main road, pleasant to sit outside in the summer.

On on my first trip to old works my order took over 20 minutes to get two sandwiches. There where no other customers. The food was ok. I thought I would give it a second chance. This time when I went at 2:30 in the afternoon I was greeted by the same girl who is working last week, she told me that they were closed. She told me they decided to close early today even though the door says open till 5 PM. This was my last trip to this restaurant. Businesses in a small community should cater to their customers.
