Chinese Cuisine
The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.
Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.
There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.

Delicious! Their Thai tea is amazing and homemade and their food is top notch. Great service as well. Finally found a great Chinese place! Will most definitely be coming back

PROS: Plenty parking space CONS: Small place, under staff, I went there for dine in, sat for a long time, the owner was there by herself, she was working hard, she was very very busy, she apologized to me after I sat there for about 10 mins, she said, "My kids no show up. I'm here myself." I left without ordering anything, but I watched her packed other people's order and it didn't look good. Very low quality cheap looking food, I might be totally wrong because it might taste very good, but I had a feeling I was right. I was from Taiwan after all and I worked as a waitress in Chinese restaurant for 3 years so I kinda know what I'm talking about. Also, I'm sure the owner is Thai, but this is a Chinese restaurant.

Great food from a tucked away little restaurant. Right off I-90 at the Orange St exit. Really good Chinese and Thai food. Good vegetarian options. King Pao tofu is super good as is the Thai iced tea.

I tried to order chow mien, but the woman taking my order misheard me for lo mien. I didn't bother to correct her because I figure they aren't all that different. Well, they forgot the noodles. I got no mien. I give it 2.5 stars because the rest of the meal was still tasty.

I ordered the orange chicken, paid for my meal, and sat down. A few minutes later, a woman came out and said they were out of oranges. Rather than offering a refund, she said I could go to the store and get her some oranges if I wanted the orange chicken. Probably as a result of the look on my face, she said she'd go check in the back once more. Another minute later, she emerged saying that she had found an orange. I was a little concerned about where the orange was (and how long it had been there) that it was difficult to find in the first place. When the food arrived, I found the chicken rubbery, and the sauce too sugary. It came with a ton of rice, though, if that's what you're after. The restaurant itself was a little disheveled, and little gnats were constantly trying to land in my food. Other than the odd request for me to get oranges, the staff was friendly enough. Overall, it wasn't a completely horrid experience, but I certainly don't plan on spending money there again.

Pagoda Chinese restaurant has a very talented chef. We had a very decent meal on our way back to Seattle. I am a Taiwanese and I distinguish the quality of Chinese food explicitly. and I can tell you their dish is delicious. we had Mongolian beef and House special noodle. please refer to my uploaded photos. In Missoula, I think their food is the best for its price. The price is very reasonable. there are couple things they will have to improve though: 1. The interior of their restaurant. 2. They will need to hire more waiter/waitress since their business gets more and more busy. 3. the air conditioner makes the dining space freezing, that has to be improved too. Although they had these cons above, their food (and its beautiful price) is still very competitive in the big Missoula area. Overall, I rate Pagoda restaurant 5 stars. Good job!

One of my personal favorites. I'm pretty simple to please but Pagoda has been making me happy since I worked at the Subway next door when I was 16 (Subway is no longer there, don't bother checking). Good prices, fast and friendly service, everything you'd expect from a neighborhood Chinese restaurant.

It's more edible than gas station food but not by much...
