Chinese Cuisine
The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.
Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.
There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.

I love Noodle Express. It's just a fast food Asian American place, but it's so good. The sauces are so delish and the rice is so good, seasoned perfectly. Teriyaki or Osaka Chicken, Green Beans, Miso Soup, and Potstickers are all fabulous. Most meals are served with a Cucumber Slaw in a lovely Asian Vinegarette. Ask for extra Osaka or Teriyaki Sauce! Beer and wine are served at this location. It has a Drive-up, Pick-up window. Sub brown rice if you prefer. Don't go to the mother restaurant called the Mustard Seed. Its a rip off with most of the same dishes at twice the price with little consistency. You'll get outta Noodle Express for $7-10.

My favorite thing about this location versus the mall, is that the food seems fresher and more well-prepared. On this visit we ordered the chicken Osaka with some tofu added and we also ordered the teriyaki beef.so delicious. They also have delicious spinach and artichoke rangoons.

Food is good. (I recommend the Chicken Terriyaki with noodles instead of rice and the Asian Slaw). But the A/C sucks in the summer, it's always kind of dirty in there (even the floor feels greasy and slippery), and it's kinda pricey. Over $9 for the noodle bowl and a pop. Oh, and avoid on Wednesday nights, it's HORRIBLY busy!

Unlike the mall Chinese food this is always fresh- made to order and hasn't been sitting under heat lamps or warmers. Can't beat it for a quick meal in a casual atmosphere

Really good food and even better service. The staff is absolutely great! Good vegetarians options too.

Great food, quick with quality and taste. For restaurant that doesn't have waiters per say. Some of the best most friendly service I've seen in awhile out of missoula. Thanks Noods!

Always really like going to noodle express but have to say that this one was a huge disappointment. While it's nice they have such a nice dining area, the food was not good-noodles were mushy and chicken was cold. I recommend going to the noodle express at the mall.

I stopped in for a quick to go order, only had to wait half an hour. Apparently we have different ideas of what 'express' means. And after all that wait, the food was marginal, at best. I won't be back here for a while.

They have a good variety of noodle dishes, and rice dishes if you don't like noodles. I like my food spicy. The food wasn't bland, but it wasn't spicy, either. If you aren't a spice fan, to you, this food may be "just right." I ordered a pork noodle dish, and enjoyed it, even though I would have preferred some "spice" to it.

Great tasting food with a convenient drive thru window! I order a kids size to get just enough to fill me up for only 4.50$. Must try the ginger dressing, goes on anything and everything they make.

I've eaten here alot while on mall shopping trips and with friends. I always get shrimp noodle bowl or Teriyaki rice bowl. both taste great, super salty though. Can't eat this more than once a month honestly or I would get sick or have high blood pressure. Great for a quick and easy lunch, staff is always friendly. Prices are pretty high that's the only down fall but people always come back for more.

The one on broadway is not good, noodles are gross, they use lomein noodles which is not very appetizing and always have undercooked rice also the beef is usually over cooked. The one inside southgate mall is great. They use yakisoba noodles which tastes better and the rice is always fully cooked.

It was good tasting and a decent amount. Pretty skimpy on meat content. The joint was super hot, very uncomfortable. A tad expensive for just some cooked noodles. Staff were friendly.

This shop is much better than the Mall shop. I dont know why it tastes better but it does. Its also a much cooler atmosphere and feels more like a restaurant tan a fast food place.

Noodle Express has your generic noodle and rice bowls but are very good value for the price. If you're looking for a quick rice or noodle bowl, then this is the place. The location on Broadway also has beer/wine if you dine in as well.

They have great noodle bowls and it's fast, my favorite is the shrimp. They also have some of the amazing deserts from The Mustard Seed.

This was a huge hit with our family! The food is not your typical fare and if I lived near one, I would be a regular customer! We thought the prices were great for what we got.

I gotta be honest, for just getting a bowl of noodles slathered in soy sauce. . . I expect a lower price or higher quality. Really the only vegetables in the food are squash. I was dissapointed. I would suggest going somewhere else.

Passing through Missoula and needed some take-out dinner for the road. Had a chicken bowl with ginger sauce, over a bed of rice, with some marinated veggies (cukes, cabbage, carrots, etc). It wasn't bad; I wouldn't race back again, but it was ok. (Pretty salty food, btw.)
