The wings are just, for lack of a better word, gawdawful. The service is shoddy at best. I mean, I've been to a lot of Hooters in my day, and this was NO Hooters. You don't even get to see cleavage on these girls. WHERE is my degradation of the female persuasion? What sort of hippie town IS this? Missoula Hooters: no thanks. Vegas or bust. P.S. the beers were warm and the salad was wilted P.P.S. They have fifteen tvs; none of them work.

Went for dinner on a business trip. They had music when I arrived, but switched to trivia. This started to sound like a boring bingo hall after two questions. It ruined the atmosphere. The bartender was tentative, but the other staff didn't even acknowledge my existence. The nachos tasted like cheap nachos from a game , with fake cheese, and cheap steak. The wings were ok. Probably won't go back.

I remember when this place first opened in Missoula. I went several times and it was pretty good. I am referring to the wings, drinks, and service. However, since then it has gone downhill. The quality of the food is mediocre at best. In fact the wings in my opinion, the last couple of visits were horrible and specifically very greasy. I took up my issues with the manager on duty and basically got a blank look and he did nothing to address the problem in the end. He tried to explain to me that the wings were the same and nothing has changed. Something must be wrong with my taste buds then. There are so many better choices for wings in this town so I have moved on. I am sure there are other reasons for going here...

Good service had boneless wings and slider. I was able to watch the game while having some good appetizers. A really good sport bar chain in Missoula Montana. Must check out Tuesday and Wednesday special.

The service is horrible, took forever and my husband's order was not even with the rest of the food so he had to wait another 20 minutes while the rest of us ate. My fries were cold, and my salad came out late. The waitress didn't even apologize. I would never return to this hooters. There are so many other places in Missoula to eat I wish we would have gone some where else.

It's hooters man! The wings are decent, the atmosphere is a bunch of older dudes chatting it up with young ladies in little attire. They have a decent beer and liquor selection for a chain. There is a casino attached to this one so if you're feeling lucky go for it!

The food was okay. We had an inexperienced server so our food was late or she had to come back to confirm our orders. She got it right but, hey, she was in training. We gotta give her a break. My husband was disappointed because none of the servers had unusual robust chests. It was ok with me. Who cares but I guess men do.

So, I reluctantly go back with the group I'm with. No problems getting a table because the shithole is near empty. First the service was bad again. Drinks were slow to get out to the table. The drinks were of poor quality, and this is after asking for top shelf liquor. Two of us ended up sending our drinks back and stuck with beer. Hard to mess that up. The food again was just bad. Everyone had something wrong with their stuff. The waitress and manager were clueless on customer service. I will never go back to this one.

Service was terrific. Food was hot and quick. I ordered a burger, and my partner ordered wings. Both good. Plus, the atmosphere was very friendly.

Went to Hooters for dinner and started out with a good time. Was sitting at the bar and watched what everyone else was watching (having the channel changed at least twice while I sat there) but I wasn't rooting for anyone so didn't really care. And then the baseball playoff game went into the 12th, and then the 13th and then the 14th inning. And there were a lot of us watching the game... and it kept going and going...and I kept buying beer after beer (and tipping well). But then some people came in asking about the UFC weekly fight that was being pre-empted by the baseball game. And they were told that the fights were pre-empted on that channel by the extra-innings game... and these people insisted it was on another channel. And the waitresses all pointed at me as the reason why the fight wasn't on... So I left. I know that Hooters isn't supposed to be the high class restaurant, but I was hoping that they'd respect a good tipper who was there to watch the game. But no... not sure if I'll ever stop by when I'm in Missoula again.

It's turned into kids being kids, no real management or quality control. The poorest service of any hooters I have been in. Finally went to bar got my own drinks. 2 waitresses were having their own chat ours decided it was time to clean and forget she had tables. Food was adequate hooters food. Service is not worth coming back for. Several other places with TVs that actually pay attention to their tables.

I'm going to be really honest guys, I come here because of my husband....and I'm ashamed to admit it :D does anyone come here because the food is amazing? Maybe I just always hit it at bad times BUT even the coffee is kinda icky haha. Ok. Ya know what, enough complaining about the food. The service is always good and everyone always seems to be having fun. It's refreshing to see people smile at work. My rating is strictly based on food quality BUT then again who goes to hooters to eat ;)

You get exactly what's advertised, great wings, cold beer. I don't know how people say that the wings aren't good anymore at a particular Hooters, they are the same in Spokane, Dallas, Fort Worth, Plano, Hawaii, Tacoma etc. They are consistent and great. That is why you go there, because the food is consistent. It isn't a 5 star restaurant, but you didn't think it was when you walked in. Now what isn't consistent is the service, I have been to different Hooters and the service ranges from great to worst ever (I'm talking about you Hooters Plano TX). I found the service to be awesome. Hailey the bartender couldn't have been better, food ordered quickly, beer filled, when I asked for water, BAM it was right there. Went back the next day, different bartender, same good service. If you are on the west side of town, great place for beer and wings.

Terrible! I have been to other Hooters locations before and this one is not up to par! The service was horrendous, as though we were an inconvenience to them. They forgot a portion of our order completely, got another portion of our order wrong, our waitress was snotty and rude, and the manager was no better! On top of all that, when we finally did get our missing food, the order was wrong and appeared to have been freezer burned, and they tried to tell me that was just how their wings were supposed to be! Even if you like Hooters, pass on this one!

We came after the Griz/Cat game. Let's just say it was the worst service we as a group has ever had. Our waitress was good, though she was getting thrown under the bus by her manager. We waited a hour for our meal, manager blamed it on the waitress though it was the cooks fault. Manager was a compete dip shit, will never go their again and tell everyone to boycott that place.
