Try: green onion pork - you better love onions crispy beef - yummy... it doesn't stay crispy unless you eat it there but it's super tasty either way I like this tiny little place a lot. They have a buffet that shuffles between perennial favorites daily, but they are happy to cook you up a fresh batch of anything that you want. Like any other restaurant they have dishes that are ho-hum and they have dishes that are delicious. It's worth exploring the menu to find the ones they do well. Also, you should know that if you get takeout you will get approximately one ton of food in each box. I challenge you to find another place in town that will feed as many people for the same price. One other side note.... at first the owner seems a little staid, but once you get him talking you'll find that he is just about the friendliest guy on the planet. I know that has nothing to do with the food, but I like eating at a place run by nice, hard-working people :)

The kinda place we considered leaving immediately upon entering but decided to eat there anyway. It's extremely grimy in there... Just a thin layer of grease and dirt covering all surfaces. The chicken was definitely made last week at the earliest and the rice was from several days ago as well. I'm not trying to be mean, but you pay $8-$9 a plate for previously-frozen leftovers. No thanks.

I've eaten here a few times and have been satisfied each time. I live up the hill so it's super close to my house. All of the chicken dishes are pretty delish, and I love the fried rice. It's cool how they do a lot of deals for high school kids so they have an affordable place to eat lunch that's not fast food. The only downers are that it's cash only and not always super fresh/crispy, but they'll make anything fresh for you by request, which is awesome! The portions are very generous for the price, and the staff is very friendly.

This is a pretty good generic chinese food place. has a small menu but large portions that will feed more than two people. The staff is friendly and the charge is very reasonable.

VERY HIT OR MISS. The last two times I was there it was one week apart. First time was great, good food, good service, etc. The next I was their the guy behind the counter (American) gave me some attitude when I ordered Fried Rice, silly me for wanting new rice cooked up and not the left over lunch buffet pile. This time the tempura fried chicken was literally gooey bread balls with extremely fatty tiny chicken bits inside. I refused to eat it. Truly horrible. That latest experience makes it very difficult for me to consider going again. Coupled with the fact that they WILL NOT accept credit/debt cards just adds an extra inconvenience for me. They do well with the High School buffet lunch rush, but there is better Chinese food up the block past Albertsons on 39th.

The first time I came here I wasn't expecting a whole lot but i was surprised that the general tso's tasted so nummy. But, that's all I got. The second time I got the almond chicken and the noodles. BARF! The noodles were actually undercooked spaghetti noodles slathered in soy sauce and the almond chicken had an aroma of cat urine and it all tasted the same. The place is pretty dirty too. The prices are good, but Id rather pay more for some decent grub.

HUGE portions. Was passing through on may way to WA and was craving teriyaki. It's a little hole in the wall but the food is good. Not sure how often they keep it under the warmers, either way it Made no difference. This is one of those spots that already has all the food pre-made and they just scoop what you order onto a plate or into a to go box. I had the Kung pao chicken and teriyaki delight with fried rice and noodles. Not bad at all. Helped me with the last 6 hrs of my driving.

Chinese Cuisine

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.

There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.
