I'm a drive-in skeptic. I've never seen the appeal of trying to manage a burger, fries, and a drink while sitting in my car. Today we were weary travelers in a new town, and when I saw Hoagieville I took it as a sign that we must dine! I ordered some great crispy chicken sandwich which was good (in fact, all of our sandwiches were good), but the real star was the Hoagie Fries. Yum! Dipped in ranch they were a combo of artery clogging blood pressure raising goodness! Of course I couldn't eat the whole serving, but I did my best. This place really shined because of their napkins: GIGANTIC and THICK. Perfect for the car! I'd eat here again.

I had to at least try this place. The philly hoagie was good, I thought it would be a little larger though. The onion rings were decent. The cheese fries were great, they may have been even better if I had eaten them while hot. By the time I got back to my room, the fries and cheese had solidified into one chunk that I had to cut apart. But still very good. The ranch dressing is great!

Everything tastes good.. It's always just warm. Every location I have ever been too, nothing comes out fresh and hot!

Love these little hole in the wall, town exclusive resturants. Great burger, yummy cheese fries and decently priced! Waitress' were friendly and were more than accommodating when my 3 yr old had to go to the bathroom inside! If back in Zootown, we will be back for sure!

The Hoagieville's here seem to be filled with very rude people. I wouldn't recommending going here unless you like your food being made the way they want it to be made. Don't recommend it sadly. The fries are very delicious. Other than there's nothing worth the service.

Do not eat here. Just got a chicken sandwich got home and it has mold on the bun. Called the manager who seemed unapologetic.

Be sure to ask for your hoagie fries to go. They will come to you hot and in a clamshell rather than cold and in a paper boat.

Luckily for me, there's one across the street from my house. This place is one of my few guilty pleasures. I try to dislike this place but I just can't. The burgers are quite good and reasonably priced. I had the biggest hoagie they had and it was so and so. I forget what it was called though. If you decide to eat here, don't even think about NOT ordering the hoagie cheese fries. Each bite feels so wrong, but it tastes so damn good!

I don't get the hype. It's more expensive than most place like it. Also the food is only mediocre at best. Couldn't stand the cheese fries. The hoagie was so greasy I felt like I had to scrape it off the roof of my mouth.

If I was typing this review without my husband looking over my shoulder Id give this place a 4 out of 5 stars. In my current predicament .......5 stars seems appropriate. The swelling from the salt will require a few water pills later on but overall worth it.

Hoagie and cheese fries! Perfect!

I came here for lunch and it was just ok. The only thing that was really good from my lunch was the ranch with my fries lol everything else was just ok

well i haven't been here in like...20 years and friends tell me generally i have a horrible memory. but not this time. i dream about hoagieville and cheesy fries. you know what i remember the most? the yummy melted cheese on whatever sandwich it was that my parents ordered for me. only now i want a beer to go with it. if you live in missoula and have not been to hoagieville. go. now. and have one for me please.

Great shakes, fries and if you aren't in the mood for a hoagie give the Super-Chick a try. Old style sit in your car service makes for a fun experience. The cheese fries are filling so be sure you're hungry if you get a large order.

Ate there tonight: a Philly combo comes with fries and a soda. The Philly itself was a cheesy steak sandwich (bun, by the time I got it home was a bit soggy/chewy) that hit the spot. They sprinkle, really, they over-sprinkle the fries with a spice blend that overpowers, but doesn't undermine. Service was prompt and friendly--if you pull up under the awning, a smiling server will come out to the car and take your order. I'll be going back. To give the other items a try--they have burgers, steak sandwiches, and the "hoagie fries" are famous.

Another Missoula "institution," but a good one. Their cheese fries are scrumptious, especially with ranch. My husband likes the Steak like Nick likes, and it's pretty good. I prefer the grilled chicken sandwich.

As close to Philly-style sandwhich as you'll get in the entire state of Montana, and that's saying a lot. I also recomend the combo (be sure you get hoagie fries- a meal onto itself).
