Gentleman here (6/8 AM shift) was a great server, really nice and provided exactly what I wanted (I am a pain, always go heavy protein no carbs and lots of water lol) and exceeded my expectations of Denny's.

I went there twice in two weeks because they're seasonal sandwich the turkey dip is delicious. Neither time where they very busy at all, in fact you could actually see the server standing around talking. The first visit our server was very nice but before we could order one of his previous customers had a bit of a fit about not being taken care of. The food was delicious but the server never came back after dropping off our food, we had to go up to the register to get our ticket. The second time it took forever for server to come over and take our order, and when I came out it was wrong she didn't come back until the end of the meal and when I pointed out the mistake she was like oops. She then proceeded to drop off our ticket and I had to call her back because we had ordered a to go order which she had forgotten about, on the plus side we got that for free. It's really sad that this diner that had just had a makeover in the last six months is losing customers due to bad waitstaff.

A new experience this go around nice clean booths smells cleaner and still a great staff will be eating here more often.

This food and service was very good, a great atmosphere. A place to visit with family over a great meal.

Good service and food. This is an in and out breakfast establishment. They did well in succeeding with their goals of serving us and sending us on our way. The waitstaff was very polite.

I get the exact something every time I go here, the service was iffy and my food was Luke warm with toast that had so much butter on it that I had to scrape it off, but somehow the toast was as soft as a brick ( i don't understand how with as much butter was on it) Got extremely sick ( chills and vomiting ) after eating here and I have a iron stomach . Dennys has lost my business indefinitely.

Believe it or not---Had the best hamburger at Denny's in Missoula today. They have a new menu and are specializing in Burgers and Shakes. Husband wanted pancakes so stopped in after "treasure hunting" at yard sales for a quick bite to eat. Wow, was I surprised. I ordered a $6.99 "Build Your Own Burger" with such great toppings as sauteed mushrooms, lettuce, pickles, Ranch, Pico de Gallo, Grilled onions, Tomato, mayo, Frisco sauce, BBQ sauce, spinach, red onion, sour cream, chipolata sauce and jalapenos. You also get to choose from six kinds of cheese, four kinds of buns and three different kinds of patties and you also get to choose from six different sides! I chose seasonal fruit as a token healthy alternatives to onion rings. The waitress said that they do their own beef formed by hand, no frozen patties. I was surprised and pleased and will go back again for a burger. PS: Hubby's pancakes, eggs, bacon and sausage were predictable and pretty much same old, same old. The restaurant itself was dated and kind of dark. None of the employees seemed really happy to be there. We ordered and got the most adorable little cups of coffee that, for the price, you would have hoped would at least taste like coffee. Not the case here and it took 6 packets of sugar to make it tolerable. The omelets are good, or at least the egg part of the omelet. There are far too many ingredients in the omelet though. I suppose my favorite part of the entire meal was the Strawberry Banana Smoothie. I have to say that I am rather relieved that they use syrup containers that they don't reuse over and over (think IHOP). The way it's done here gives you some hope that they are clean and haven't, in fact, been in some child's mouth before it ended up on your table. My "go to" restaurant for breakfast is typically Perkins and this particular Denny's has not changed my mind. When you are known for your breakfast, at least take the time to make that meal the best. In fairness to Denny's, it didn't help that the people next to us in the section were allowing their child to scream and run laps around the tables, including ours, while grabbing each chair as she went by to steady herself.
(2)Chris M.
The food was edible but not good. Some lady in the corner is letting her child run like wild animals around the tables. All in all, next time I'd go to perkins.

That star is only there because I has to mark it. Tonight was the worst experience I have had and there has been some bad ones with this place. Arrived around 10:45 pm the place was getting busy. Placed order about 10:50pm. At 11:50pm our waitress came to the table and asked if we had been helped. Really? Needless to say we got up and left. On they way out there were many "we are sorry". Apparently the computer system "lost" one ticket out of 30 during that hour. Guess it was for the best as the cooks were not wearing gloves when plating the food or washing hands between touching raw food and touching ready to eat foods.

I gave Denny's Four Stars?!?!?! Must have been out late the night I wrote that review. Poor service, low quality food. It's bad. BAD! Avoid at all costs.
(1)Alicia O.
It really is a shame that you can't give zero stars. I have been going to Denny's for years. Can't say I always get good service but this was just ridiculous. My boyfriend and I were starving and had just walked out of a different restaurant because the food looked really gross. So we leave the mall and the Denny's sounded really good. The hostess stood at the host stand for a good minute flirting with the male host while we stood there waiting...still starving. She told us the follow her, threw the menus on the table and walked away to go flirt some more. The menu had my mouth watering...I know, Denny's right? The chicken sand which looked SO good. Several people walked by us. No greeting. fifteen minutes went by and I looked out the window and saw an Arby's. I don't even like Arby's and I wanted to go there. ...So we did. and got excellent food and service for 11 dollars. This Denny's is horrible.
