I am a big fan of BWW, especially this one. It's located very close to the hotel I normally stay at in Missoula, so the travel time is great. I like the fact they carry several of the local brews, as Montana has several great breweries. As far as the food is concerned, I can't really make to many suggestions as I always order the wings.

I think the only redeeming quality of this place was the friendly service, but even they were very inattentive and slow. For example, we had to wait 10 minutes for our drinks to be refilled, we asked for a controller to play the trivia game and never got one, and our waitress asked us twice if we wanted dessert before bringing the check. On the subject of food: it was meh. Not bad, but not good. It was just kind of bland, which isn't a good thing for a place that specializes in hot wings. Overall, the place was a thumbs down, but we got there at around 9:30 PM so maybe the staff was just tired? On a semi-unrelated note, some of the patrons were bothersome. Namely the bunch of guys yelling about a baseball game in an otherwise very quiet restaurant, and whoever decided to play the trivia game with the name "Fart".

The wings are fantastic, but nothing else is, and service is friendly, but not attentive. Ordered a burger with "blue cheese crumbles" as advertised on the menu- got a burger with blue cheese dressing- which was weeeeeeeeeeeeird (I know that sounds snobby, but the tastes are totally different and my mouth freaked out). Tried asking the waitress about it, but she didn't come back until it was check time.

I think that my experience mirrors what a lot of others have said about this location. The quick... service is friendly but food prep and delivery is super slow. Details: Ate by myself and was able to order as soon as the waitress walked up. I asked for a sparkling bottled water, they did not have it. Asked for a Coke, they only have Pepsi. Took a club soda. The waitress was helpful and friendly. I would give her 4 stars. As for the food prep and delivery, I ordered a 15 count of wings in two sauces. There were others around me that ordered apps and entrees after I did that received all of their items before I received mine. Both of those groups had three at the table. When the wings arrived some 20 - 25 minutes later they were hot and tasty, but slow to the table. It was not a busy night by any means. I give the food prep/delivery a 1.75. What did I learn today? Kudos to my server for asking me if I wanted Pepsi instead of Coke. Every server should do this.

Food is good like usual but service is horrible! The hostesses don't know how to seat there's and waitress with six tables and the other with one. Of course the one with all the tables is going to be behind. They just need better management.

Great place, food is good, waitress's are good. My only problem is the wait time. It can get ridiculous, I mean sure I'll wait 30-45 min but routinely it's been longer then an hour. Great place my only complaint is what's going on in the kitchen? Cooks need to be sat down and talked too. Other than the wait time this place is overall fantastic.

If you order anything other than beer and wings, prepare for the most boring meal of your life. I ordered the Pepper Jack Steak Wrap, I felt like I had ordered Taco Bell. Service seemed more interested in talking with each other than us.

Beer selection never changes in a state that has numerous breweries. Wings are decent but the rest of the food is nothing to write home about. In fact it is pretty avg and boring. I am also surprised that it is legal to have the amount of tables and chairs they have in the bar. When full it is impossible to even move in this place. Wait staff is very friendly and I have never had a bad experience from that end. Happy hour is decent, not the best in town but not the worst either.

Very rarely is there a problem here. Great service, friendly staff, food comes out in a timely manner. They are always willing to make adjustments if asked and don't complain. (More companies need this type of customer service)

Everything is great going down, just terrible coming up. Been here multiple time with the same results

I feel like the wings are getting smaller :( or maybe I'm just getting hungrier haha. The other night I was kinda disappointed in service and food quality. The wings were dry and over all sad looking. I still love my wings and beer but wasn't quite as impressed this time around.

Traveled to BWW all over the US and this is another great stop. Our server Shaley was great, attentive, and oh yeah easy on the eyes as well lol. Just got a quick 6 pc Asian zing traditional wings which came out great. As a side note their bathroom were very clean (which is something some locations lack) busy location on the holiday weekend, but I was a happy customer

Just another sisco truck stop delivery. Overpriced beer and crap food. Service at least decent

Great for a cheap meal. Good is always delicious. Sometimes service leaves more to be desired but forgivable.

Tuesday for cheap bone-in wing night is my favorite. Try the challenge and try a dozen of the 'Blazing' wings. only the mighty survive. Muahahaha. I've also been here on cheap tenders night and it's all right too. You can play trivia if you want but nobody takes it seriously. Expand your horizons and try all the different sauces too!

My rating is still the same; I wanted to recommend the Buffalo rub for wings - it's delish - spicy, buttery, and the skin remains crispy :)

Just a fun place to go to eat good wings and fried pickles. Great beer and drink selections. The best wings in town are at Desperado's, but this place is more family friendly. Grab a stool at the bar and enjoy the awesome big screens ;)

I must admit that if I go here it is only on their special Tuesday traditional wing night which apparently is more expense these days than it used to be. If you go during happy hour it can be even more inexpensive. The trivia is fun also. This place is soo much better than hooters as far as wings and food goes.

This BWW is SO inconsistent -- more miss than hit, unfortunately. There are often issues with cooking (undercooked wings and wedges), and last time I got a go order my wings were nearly completely dry. Honestly, that's not a hard thing to catch -- add more sauce and we're a-ok. Couple that with the fact that they have forgotten something from my order the last 4 go orders, and I am not a happy camper. I don't care if your business model is centered on volume or not, if you put out bad food or forget your customer's order, you are not doing your job. In terms of food quality, they should take a hint from the BWW in Helena, it's much better

Ya noo. The Despo takes the cake. Great service, awesome wings, cold beer. Wild wings not worth the time or $$

We came for Fathers Day and had a great time. My dads wings came out a bit later than the rest of the food, but our waitress Stephanie took care of us very well, and even comped us my Dads wings. A great experience overall.

Mediocre food and service is typical here. There are better choices for wings in Missoula.

I've been coming to Buffalo Wild Wings since 1999, when I lived in Ohio. When it comes to wings, these are my favorite. All the sauces are worth a try. This restaurant is based around sports. This is the place to watch multiple sporting events at the same time. Because of this, this place is extremely noisy. The rest of the food is just "good". But like I tell people," it's not called Buffalo Wild Hamburgers, so why order one.". Give the wings a try, and you'll never want to eat wings anywhere else.

My husband and I took our girls there the other day. The waitress was totally bad. She rang in our drinks wrong and then explained to us how she had screwed up and why we were going to get charged more. She never fixed it because apparently she didn't want to explain that whole damn thing to the manager. It was busy. However, our wing appetizer FINALLY came after the entire meal had come and been eaten and we had complained that we didn't get it yet and the waitress had tried to explain it away AGAIN! I was thoroughly annoyed with her by the time we left. Good thing the food was good and the set up is awesome. The chicken saved her ass...

Took my wife because of the stories I'd told her about going to BW3s in Ohio. Not our thing, but thought we'd go for the fun of it. Placed our order and waited. And waited. And waited some more. Never got any drink refills. Finally asked after our order, and the waitress apparently forgot to put it in. We decided to leave. Wasn't busy, and there were plenty of staff wandering around. Just a bad experience all around; we won't be back.

The bone in wings are terrible. They are dry and tiny resembling little pieces of chicken jerky. Good selection of sauces and some are pretty good. Waitstaff was not great when I went.
