If you like terrible service this place is for you.

Consistent quality. Amazing taste. The best pizza in Missoula and the best gluten free dough I have ever eaten. Their "build your own pizza" offers amazing farm fresh ingredients which can become pricey but is absolutely amazing every time. Whenever I visit my family in Missoula (from Los Angeles) we make a point of going to Bridge pizza together. Delivery and pick up are also great options-quick, fresh and terrific service.

The Bridge is sort of a utopia for broke college kids. During happy hour, six bucks gets you two slices and a pint of Eddy Out or Cold Smoke. The well-stocked beer case is a pantheon of craft brews from Deschutes, Ninkasi, and other northwest faves. "Gone for Good" by The Shins floated from the speakers. Outside the wall-sized windows, surfers from Brennan's Wave clad in half-unzipped wetsuits ambled by. Four different pizzas illuminated by the heat lamp seduced me. A spandex-clad bicyclist babe waltzed in like she owned the place. "Sausage kale," she said, whilst absentmindedly touching the black scorpion tattoo on her left shoulder. "I'll do a Roni," uttered a tired looking twenty-something clad in a green Garden City t-shirt. They have an intimidating selection of 22 ounce beers from Rogue, Ninkasi, Elysian, Kettlehouse, Bitterroot, Flathead, and Deschutes.

Tasty fast food. I grew up on pizza in NYC. The price is right. Good location. Ample seating. Nice staff. yet...I must say the slices are small. Yes, they make it look like you get a quarter of a whole pie...of a small pizza pie. If you take a standard NYC pizza pound for pound, it is a small slice pounded thin. Is flour so costly businesses nowadays have to shave off ounces? Maybe so.

If you like rosemary, get the London. It's so good! Really cute atmosphere & very friendly staff.

What a hip pizza place. So many toppinngs and creations you are sure to get something you love. Stop in and buy pizza by the slice or sit down and order your own masterpiece.

I am not a big pizza fan at all, if my friends want to order pizza I object to it every time. I love the pizza here though! It hot and crispy as a all crust should be. My mom and sister are gluten intolerant and they love the gluten free pizza here. I like it too because it fools me.

If you're looking for a great slice of pizza that won't leave your wallet complaining, this is it. Tradition pies like cheese and pepperoni with daily specials like mushroom, sausage, and local grown chives. Great flavors and a great atmosphere for an even greater price. I suggest not going around 11:30 otherwise you'll be fighting the high schoolers from down the street.

A pretty good neighborhood pizza place with a nice selection of other foods as well. If you're a pizza aficionado/snob though, you'll be disappointed. The tomato in their sauce, the yeast of the crust and the richness of cheese are all lack-luster. The topping selections can be pretty diverse and adventurous but generally not thoughtful, well paired flavor combinations. If you're looking for a place to scarf down a cheese-covered, tomato-slathered, dough disc, this is a good bet in Missoula. If you're looking for a Pizzeria that really delves into the awesome cuisine that is pizza, then you'll need to go someplace else. Probably Seattle or Portland. Or better yet New York or Chicago. Oh, insider's secrets: Bridge has the best burrito's in town (hand's down, they are really good), and they've got some tasty salads too. (I've heard good things about their pasta, but can't confirm myself). So, if you're looking for good food that is not pizza, then Bridge has some options for you.

Good pizza fast service, and I honestly have NO idea what those people are talking about when they say the staff is rude? I have been in about 10 times in a year and service staff has always smiled and been over nice? Maybe though that's because I've always been nice to them?

Opinions about pizza are like...opinions about anything else. My favorite is thin crust made in a coal fired oven, but what you get at BP is a very good product. Crisp, not too doughy crust, fresh tomato taste, and good flavor from the additional toppings. Beer on tap, low prices. The only thing I don't like is the lining up at the counter to order and pay and then they bring the beer and food - can't they just take the order if you sit at a table? Whatever, it's not going to stop me from coming back often.

Great pizza, appalling service. I've worked in restaurants and bars, and know how annoying people can be, but there's no excuse. I pulled up to the drive thru, excited for a couple delicious slices, and asked the early-20's, shorter, girl in the window what their special pie for the day was. She looked at the dry erase board and said "they're written right there--just read it." The total was $5.50, I only had $5 so I said I would be RIGHT back. It's happened before, no big deal. Without saying a word, she rolled her eyes, turned around and threw both slices in the trash and walked away. I was appalled.

Best pizza in Missoula! The Bridge definitely makes my favorite pizza in Missoula. There are a couple of great pizza shops in town, but it's hard to beat the size, flavor, quality, and cost of The Bridge's food. I'll admit that I've only had the pizza (and beer). They have an assortment of other foods (salads, soups, pastas, burritos?, etc), but the pizza's been too yummy for me to try anything else. Our favorite pie is the Madison Street: Prosciutto Ham & Homemade Pineapple Chutney on White Sauce. The others are great, as well. You can drop in almost any time for pizza by the slice. The slices are, quite literally, 1/4 of a large pizza.

I sure do love a good gourmet pizza! I recommend The London if you love mushrooms. I'd never have thought you could top a pizza with only mushrooms & it would taste that darn good. My friend ordered The Footbridge but we found it a little overloaded with ricotta. If I ever get a chance to try this 1 again I'll be asking them to go easy on the cheese. Delivery was pretty quick & they luckily took our order close to closing.

Stopped by one afternoon on a day that Biga was closed, and ended up having a very good experience. Their pizza slices are huge and taste great, and their salads are good too! They also have an awesome collection of bottled drinks to choose from. Their friendly service completes the experience. If you're in the mood for fairly traditional pizza, Bridge Pizza is a great choice in Missoula.

  • Michael C.

To quote my friend. "this is an off the wall dive place" Great food and friendly people. I think it used to be called pizza pipeline, but don't quote me on it. If you want really good pizza at a fair price this is the place for you.

First time here and the experience was good. This is a stand in line and order then go find a table kind if place. We did so and ordered the Buckhouse Pizza and a pair of waters. After waiting for some time the manager came to our table and said there had been a mixup in the kitchen and our pizza had to be made again. He apologized for the wait and offered a round of drinks on the house. He was sincere and we weren't in a hurry anyway. My wife tried the local Cold Smoke beer and said it was very smooth (not bitter) although it was a pretty dark beer. The pizza finally arrived and it was very good We had ordered the small size and it was perfect for the two of us. The toppings were plentiful and the crust was foldable. Overall very good quality. My only complaint, and this could be the old fart in me, the place is pretty loud. I guess I'm also not a huge fan of the order and then go find a table either. As packed as the place is I'm thinking I may be the only person with these issues. Other than that it was a good experience and we would go back to try another kind of pizza.

We were passing through Missoula while driving from Rapid City, SD to Spokane. We pulled off the highway at 10PM on a Sunday night without any knowledge of the town or what we wanted. We glimpsed a Pizza Hut right away and were content to settle for that. Fortunately for us, it was already closed. After searching on Yelp, we settled on a few minute drive to Bridge Pizza. What a stroke of luck. The pizza was great and so were the salads. They have both slices and full pies. Four of the five of us ordered slices --- pepperoni, cheese and gorgonzola with balsamic reduction and tomatoes. While I prefer super thin pizza, this was not, it was still very good, not too thick and light enough on the sauce/cheese. My house salad was a winner with a wonderful homemade poppyseed dressing while my wife enjoyed a greek salad. I'm glad we stumbled upon this place as it hit the spot and left me happy we got to Pizza Hut too late to settle for what they call pizza there.

Wife and I decided to stop in here before heading the airport. I have been here years ago and have always meant to stop in again. Had a great pizza that had goat cheese, drizzled honey, and sausage - was very good! Glad I remembered to stop in again.

  • Jessica B.

We ordered a large "Madison" (prosciutto and pineapple chutney) for carry-out. The price was fair and the pizza was tasty, but the toppings were a little on the skimpy side. Overall, great flavor and good service.

    (4)
  • Alexander P.

Great every time I go! Consistent kitchen quality, high front end turnover which I assume comes from a combination of rude management and low wages...but they continue to offer a good product!

I love the bridge. Good vibe ,good food amazing quality

  • Valerie S.

Not the worst, the first time we ordered it was great, fast service and very tasty. The second time the pizza was not fully cooked and we got sick. The third time (we thought we would give em one more try) the same thing happened. We asked a few people we work with and some friends and they all said the same thing (a bit to late tho), they seem to consistently give people gut rott. Stay away!!!

  • H. M.

Best pizza in Missoula, with friendly service and a cool atmosphere to boot. Can't remember what it's called, but try the pizza with the spicy sausage, mushrooms and honey. It sounds crazy but it's awesome.

    (5)
  • Ken O.

We ordered The Buckhouse pizza...topped with locally grown veggies, sausage, pepperoni, olives, etc. Fantastic pizza...sauce is a perfect complement to the toppings instead of hogging all the attention, crust is covered nearly to the edge and is thin and slightly crispy. Great selection of beverages for adults and kids...we recommend the microbrewed Virgil's rootbeer and cream soda.

    (4)
  • Cara C.

Decent pizza and good prices on glasses of wine. They give you a TON of food here. I ordered a salad for the boy and myself to share and I think I ate off of it for the next 3 meals! Got a meat pizza and I really enjoyed the flavor of the meats they put on there. We also tried their fried mozzarella and liked that as well. Service was the only awkward part...maybe the waitress was busy, but I felt like all the food was sort of just slammed on the table as she did a drive by. I guess it's a pizza place and that's how they do.

  • Lindsey G.

I've had Bridge Pizza at work for a luncheon prior to this, but this was my first experience dining in. I must say, the pizza is absolutely delicious! They have pizza by the slice, but also employ a full menu with salads, sandwiches, specialty pizzas, as well as a large bottled beer selection. We went with pizza by the slice and breadsticks. The food was absolutely delicious but the service wasn't great. We finished our pizza before our breadsticks even got to the table. The waitress/cashier wasn't very friendly or helpful. She looked put out the entire time she was helping us. I would definitely come back for the happy hour: buy a slice, get a beer, because the pizza is definitely worth it, but they could use a lesson in etiquette.

Whether you're grabbing a slice or getting a pizza delivered Bridge is great! Lots of good options and the staff are friendly and helpful. Lots of tasty vegetarian options!

Butternut Squash, Red Onion, and Crushed Walnut on White is something worth trying. Twice.

  • Eve R.

Wow, you Missoulans are lucky to have this place. We were blown away by the quality of the food. Totally not what we were expecting, given the college-town, somewhat divey feel of the place when we walked in. We had the mushroom pasta and a pizza with onions and sausage (I don't remember the name). Both were excellent. The service was incredibly friendly and helpful, too.

Great pizza, awesome music, friendly people, delicious beer. Quick service and the pizza is fantastic

  • Gretchen G.

Delivery to my hotel was only about 20 mins, crazy fast. Oh and bonus, they serve both Coke and Pepsi products. I took a chance and tried the thai chicken soup. The chicken chunks were huge and great quality meat for chicken in a soup. Chopped full of red peppers and onions, this little cup had a mild kick and great seasoning. So good that I wished I had ordered a bigger serving. I had truly awesome pizza at another place last time I was in town and now I'm horribly torn about which is better. The London (a white pizza, large variety of mushrooms with sausage and rosemary) was truly delicious. Missoula is apparently the place for pizza.

  • Rebeka M.

We were visiting from out of town and so glad we found this place. It was like an oasis of deliciousness at the end of a 16 hour day of driving. I had the Madison pizza and it was so damned good! I loved the prosciutto and pineapple chutney on it! Even just plain, cheese pizza was great (I ordered 2 by-the-slice for my picky eater). And the Bridge Sticks were amazing!!!!!!!!! So flavorful and warm... done just right. Fresh ingredients and unique combinations are what really stood out with this place. The service was quick and friendly for our carry out order. Would come here all the time if I lived in Missoula.

  • Chip S.

I Love this place! Whenever I'm looking for an affordable place to eat I come here. My go to items are a side Caesar salad (I love their Caesar dressing cause it's not creamy but more of a vinaigrette) a cup of the Thai curry chicken soup and what ever specialties pizza they have. Yesterday I got the Chorizo and Poblano peppers on house made cilantro pesto. It seriously was probably one or the best slices I've ever had, I highly recommend it. If you wanna try a local place on the hip strip you gotta stop by here. Hey even take it Togo and eat it a long the river.

  • Zoe W.

I've been to this place once and there isn't really anything special about it. I don't get what all the hype is about. Crust was unpleasantly thin and dry. It left a burnt taste in my mouth. The cheese had no taste and seemed to be low quality. I did only order a slice and not a whole pizza. Perhaps the whole pizzas are better? I know that to be true for a few pizza places. The atmosphere inside is little uncomfortable and doesn't really seem like a place that you can sit for a while with a group of friends.

    (2)
  • Jackson M.

The food is really good from here. However the service is straight up rude. Especially from the people in the back. They give you mean looks. Even if you didn't do anything. It's a decent atmosphere and close to downtown which makes it nice. However won't be returning.

  • Jennifer H.

Weird pizza if you like that sort of thing. Not my favorite. Messed up our pepperoni pizza order. I mean how basic can you get?

    (1)
  • Adam S.

Had a pretty good pizza: chicken, red onion, ham & pineapple. Crust was nicely chewy and ham was very good, but chicken was a bit dry. It was good, but not amazing. I was very impressed with how quick the made-to-order pizza was ready and on the table. Very good selection of bottled beer. Workers were friendly.

    (3)
  • Mitch G.

When there was two of them the one that was across the street was amazing. Now with just the one on the corner they have become mediocre at best. I would skip this place and maybe go across the street to Ciao Mambo. Not the best I have ever had but then again the pizza scene in Missoula is not all that great to begin with.

    (2)
  • Bob R.

This is a review by a vegetarian This is more a problem of expectation. I had a slice which was pretty good so I expected a made-to-order pie to be better and the menu descriptions fed that hope. The caramelized onions were way too sweet (I know they're supposed to be sweet but either they added sugar to them or the sauce on the pie was sweetened) and there was too much cornmeal scattered underneath. Remember guys: the cornmeal is just to keep it from sticking. It's not supposed to become a texture and taste component of the final product.

  • Bullwinkle J.

Happy Hour (3-5 daily): Buy a $3 slice, get a 10 oz beer. Buy two slices, get a pint. What more do you want? Oh, the pizza by the slice is gourmet. Usually it's cheese or pepperoni or mushroom. Here there was a slice with pancetta, red onion, goat cheese and balsamic reduction on white and another with tomato, feta, and garlic confit on red. Both were delicious and quite sizable for three bucks. Also, the server there was super nice and helpful. Did I mention the happy hour deal?

    (5)
  • Jenjigirl Z.

My favorite pizza: white sauce with spinach, mushrooms, feta, red onion and chopped walnut. My elementary age child will request this pizza specifically! Didn't give it five stars because sometimes the pizza is a bit over-done and it's a little pricey - but occasionally worth the splurge. They have been good to give a free pizza when pizza arrives over-done.

It is Saturday evening in Missoula. The October moon is almost 80% full, which is just about how I felt when I departed in the gathering gloom of a crisp fall evening after having dined solo at the Bridge. There was jazz music playing in the background, but no one seemed to notice much. The tables were full, save for a seat in the corner. That's where you would have found me. The Grizzly spirit all around was as bright and intense as the oregano-infused tomato sauce on the double-stacked cheese and pepperoni slices disappearing rapidly from my plate. A pint glass of local brew, Kettlehouse's Eddy Out pale ale, soon emptied as I ate in satisfied silence, curious yet content to be a fly on the wall for a few minutes longer. The Bridge is about impressions: your first one is bound to stick with you. Why? Is it the inevitably of hungry crowds? The perfect line-up of bottled beer that greets you from behind the counter when you pass through the front door? A thin crust not overwhelmed by an overabundance of toppings? The hint of yeast and heat from the ovens outside your range of vision? The exposed brick walls that reflect the sounds of separate conversations merged into one? The rhythmic ebb and flow of eat-ins, takeouts, and orders up? Sometime, about the fourth or fifth bite, about the second or third swallow, halfway between the first and second song, it hits you: this is what a pizzeria IS. Whatever else you want in life, whatever else you are searching for, whatever other kinds of cravings you might have, there is now one extra thing to cross off your list. Because now, at least, you have been here. And now you know. You, too, are now a part of its long and stored history. The pizza and beer are dependably delicious. The atmosphere will never be exactly the same as that first visit. You know that, right? But the place has got a good vibe, it gives off a familiar feeling, and it runs like olive-oiled clockwork using a time-tested formula that just seems to work. This is one bridge to which you are likely to return.

I was in Missoula for business and needed to eat. After checking several sources (including a few college students) I decided to try the Bridge Bistro for pizza. Upon arrival I was surprised at how busy it was and how small it was. As I was dining alone and many others were waiting for tables, I decided to get a pie to go (for you youngsters, many years ago it was called Pizza Pie). I ordered a 12 inch Buckhouse. Even though I didn't phone my order in, it was only 15 minutes before my pie was brought out to me. Since I hadn't eaten all day, I was extremely hungry and that first bite was heaven! Never before had I tasted such a fine pizza! I am ashamed to say I ate the whole thing all by myself. The price was astounding low for the amount of toppings on this excellent pizza. If you are in Missoula (the Zoo), make a point to stop in for a slice, or even a whole pie!

Unfortunately, I feel like I just can't review the Bridge without mentioning a competing local--Biga Pizza. Both Pizzarias specialize in the ooey-gooey so-bad-for-you-you-don't-care stuff, and both do it exceptionally well. However, you should choose carefully between them based on what you'd like, and what you'd expect. Here is why you should choose The Bridge. 1) You want delivery or carry-out. 2) You want more beverage options than Heaven. 3) You want a super casual in-restaurant dining experience or a quick lunch. Pizza by the slice is always tasty and fast--but customer service not always awesome. Sometimes, it's hard to part with my $2.50 a slice and sometimes it's not. Try the "Londoner!"

My second favorite pizzeria in Missoula. Great if you are in a hurry and only want a slice or two. Always friendly customer service. Great selection of beverages. Good burritos and salads too. Definitely has that Missoula feel to it. Great value too!

  • Nico A.

I love the Pizza here more than anything else they serve. I usually build my own pizza with a vegetable and meat topping and it never gets old. They've also got a good selection of pre chosen pizzas and you can certainly be salivating just reading some of the descriptions. I highly recommend the pizza at The Bridge!

  • Caitlin J.

As a new Missoulian I felt obligated to get some pizza from the Bridge and luckily it deserved the reputation it has. First off, it's awesome to find restaurants that know what vegan means. I loved the London, which is a mushroom lovers dream. We got it with the soy cheese they offer but I wasn't too impressed with whatever brand they use and next time will just get it naked in all it's mushroom and olive oil glory. Though with all the delicious topping options I might have to make a few custom creations before I circle around to the London again. The crust was excellent as well. They had a good selection of beverages - everything from beer to artisanal sodas to kombucha. They are also some nice picnic tables outside I'd like to take advantage of at some point this summer. This is the kind of place I'd take my unadventurous family out to when they visit. It's good pizza and has something for everyone.

One of, if not my favorite pizza places in Missoula. Price is reasonable, sauce is tasty and toppings are always fresh. I like that they offer a white and red sauce options. Especially handy place to drop into for a quick slice or two and a beer or cold beverage. Other favorites include their burritos, ribs and wings. And the spaghetti is great too. To be honest I can't think of anything bad here. Go try it!

I've been here twice now and both times service was good and the food fresh and very tasty. The pizza slices are excellent along with the soup and salads. At first it was kinda ackward standing in line ordering then sitting but it is worth the wait. I will definitely be back to try other entrees.

I ordered take out tonight (Friday). this was my first time here, and probably my last. the people that worked there were very nice, and it seemed to have a good atmosphere. Also, from what I could tell a solid beer selection. So why the 2 stars? the food was just not very good. The breadsticks I had were pretty spot on, but they were the best part of the meal. The chicken parm sub was inedible! Just awful (I dont know where to begin) and last but not least the pizza itself. I ordered a standard pepperoni pizza. which was bland, dry and lacked most flavor. I dont want to compare the Bridge to Biga pizza the way other reviews have done. But.....I will, and if I had to choose pizza in downtown Missoula it would be Biga (or elsewhere).

I love this place! Great pizza, great, great, great, blackened wild salmon burrito with rice and pineapple salsa, yum, yum, yum...plus i can walk there, or call for delivery, or pickup at the window...always helpful friendly faces...and special orders are good with them...super reasonable prices too!

I really like Bridge Pizza - favorite order: a Brooklyn (with pepperoni) and the chop-chop salad. (The Higgins is also amazing, but very rich.) Yum! Love the thin crust and pizza sauce they use (though sometimes it's a little too spicy). Delivery was usually pretty quick, and if you're stopping by, the slices are super generous and there's a great beverage selection.

    (4)
  • Jen P.

Great pizza! Lots of choices of toppings and the crust is thin but doesn't fall apart on you. We also had the chop chop salad which was amazing and plenty for four us to share.

So my friend told me this place was gross, but I thought it was fine. Stopped here after a short walking tour of U of M, and it was pleasant. I got a standard pizzeria pizza (a bit thicker and crunchier than NY style, which is good) and a nice garden salad with a really nice poppy seed dressing. Overall a nice place.

  • Timothy S.

After having a sandwich down the road that didn't satisfy me I decided to drop in to this little pizza parlor for something that might better satisfy. Boy was this a mistake. The crust was overcooked and dry and the toppings though fresh were scant and not very flavorful. Other people there seemed to be enjoying heir slices but I can't for the life of me understand how.

  • Beth R.

As a vegan, I'm always happy to find a place that offers soy cheese to accompany my pizza. However, the red sauce at Bridge is so good that it wouldn't have mattered if there was soy cheese. Good pizza crust...not too thin, not too thick. Great red sauce. Fresh toppings. All this results in a happy vegan diner.

THIS REVIEW IS NOT ABOUT THE PIZZA Ordered the italian panini and the lasagna. Both were bad but the lasagna was especially bad. If I had to guess, it was layered directly into this plastic delivery dish, then topped with cheese, then microwaved for 4-5 mins. Or, they have this big lasagna in the fridge, they cut a chunk from it, put cheese on top and then microwave. Just bad bad food. I honestly would have preferred something from the frozen food section at safeway. Phone service was good, delivery time was decent.

This place rocks. My brother and I stopped here while passing through town and were pleased with the friendly staff, tasty pizza, and cold draft beer. Probably a tad overpriced, but a good choice for a quick, quality meal near downtown Missoula.

Bridge Pizza welcomed us to Missoula. My husband and I had just driven for 8 straight hours, shuttling ourselves and all our worldly posessions to a tiny apartment located in a tiny town. We moved as much as we needed to sleep into our new pad, and started wearily wandering around looking for food (on foot, mind you. Our car happened to be making funny noises after driving over all those mountains). The first place we stumbled upon? Bridge Pizza. We gratefully ordered ridiculous amounts of pizza and gobbled it up while enjoying the tasty local beer. Between bites, I couldn't help commenting on the absolute tastiness of the food, and neither could my husband. After we ate, I noticed that their happy hour special included a free cup of beer when a slice of pizza is ordered (and a slice is 1/4 of a pizza. Literally). Tasty local pizza and beer for $3.50? Yes, yes, and yes again, with a very hearty "thank you very much." If you like good, down-to-earth pizza, I would definitely encourage a trip to Bridge. They typically have cheese, pepperoni, and some variation available by the slice, and you can order any whole pizza that you like. Someday I'll try all their other impressive menu items (salads, soups, pastas, sandwiches and more), but for now I just can't get past that delicious pizza.

We ordered a large "Madison" (prosciutto and pineapple chutney) for carry-out. The price was fair and the pizza was tasty, but the toppings were a little on the skimpy side. Overall, great flavor and good service.

Great every time I go! Consistent kitchen quality, high front end turnover which I assume comes from a combination of rude management and low wages...but they continue to offer a good product!

To quote my friend. "this is an off the wall dive place" Great food and friendly people. I think it used to be called pizza pipeline, but don't quote me on it. If you want really good pizza at a fair price this is the place for you.

Maybe so.

What a hip pizza place. So many toppinngs and creations you are sure to get something you love. Stop in and buy pizza by the slice or sit down and order your own masterpiece.

Best pizza in Missoula, with friendly service and a cool atmosphere to boot. Can't remember what it's called, but try the pizza with the spicy sausage, mushrooms and honey. It sounds crazy but it's awesome.

  • DS M.

Maybe so.

Best pizza in Missoula, with friendly service and a cool atmosphere to boot. Can't remember what it's called, but try the pizza with the spicy sausage, mushrooms and honey. It sounds crazy but it's awesome.

Weird pizza if you like that sort of thing. Not my favorite. Messed up our pepperoni pizza order. I mean how basic can you get?

    (4)
  • Luke W.

My second favorite pizzeria in Missoula. Great if you are in a hurry and only want a slice or two. Always friendly customer service. Great selection of beverages. Good burritos and salads too. Definitely has that Missoula feel to it. Great value too!

  • DS M.

  • RJ D.

Good pizza fast service, and I honestly have NO idea what those people are talking about when they say the staff is rude? I have been in about 10 times in a year and service staff has always smiled and been over nice? Maybe though that's because I've always been nice to them?

    (4)
  • Alex C.

  • James P.

  • Scott R.

Italian Cuisine

The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.

Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.

If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.
