I met a couple of local friends here while visiting from home in St. Louis. I live near one of the better Italian restaurant neighborhoods in the country, so I feel like I have a decent idea about what good Italian food is. That said, we were all impressed with Scottibellis. The environment was comfortable and open, while casual. But most of all, the food was quite, quite good. I definitely wouldn't call the prices "cheap," but reasonable for what you get. And you do get a sizable portion as well as some great and well-refined sauces. I went with the traditional Chicken Marsala, and was very pleased. My finance' had the Chicken Lemone and this was very good as well. My buddy (a local repeat patron) had a dish with seafood/clams and he was very, very happy with it. Waitress was a bit of a flake, and we as a group collectively thought she may have been slightly inebriated, but aside from having to ask for water/water glasses a few times it did not ruin our evening. She was extremely nice and accommodating when we did ask for anything - including to-go boxes - and I'll always give a nod for being genuinely polite as opposed to snotty and/or indifferent. Bottom line; Kalispell is lovely, but small. If you want a good Italian meal here, or a good quality meal in general, definitely give this place a try.

After coming here on the recommendation of friends, I was very disappointed. The service was exceptionally slow - I had to ask 3 times for a glass of water, and then had to wait 10 minutes (watching my pasta cool and congeal) until someone brought me a fork to eat my food with. The order took so long that I filled up on bread to pass the time and ease my hunger, and ended up having only a few bites before boxing my food to go. Even at this point, I was still happy, knowing I'd get to enjoy it later. However, I opened my to go box the next day to find they had given me someone else's half-gnawed on meat instead. On top of the abysmal service, the pasta was also overcooked - soft and flimsy like a college kid would cook it. For $12. I do not recommend.

Walked in on a Tuesday night. The place was busy but we got a table right away. This was our first time. We ordered a Ceasar salad that was great. I had the spaghetti bolognese and my wife had the butternut squash ravioli. Both were delicious. Our waitress (Amy) was very efficient t with just the right amount if attentiveness. Our food came promptly and was nice and hot. All in all a great dining experience. Quite simply if you are looking for nice Italian meal when in Kalispell give them a try. If I had any negative comment at all I'd say the music was a bit to loud. It required elevated voices to have a conversation which of course made the entire room quite loud.

My new most favorite restaurant - ever. This little Italian restaurant was hands down, the best place I've experienced yet. So authentic, right down to the founder greeting us upon walking in and not being able to speak barely any English. His son seated us and had a waitress on our drink and food orders right away. I ordered some halibut special that came with spaghetti in the most delicious sauce... My little boy ordered a pizza and we had to wait awhile for it because the waitress said there was a mishap in the kitchen and the pizza was accidentally dropped, so they remade it pronto. My kids were happy, my hubby was happy, and there were absolutely no complaints. Things that could make it better: - Please, please, please open a Scottibellies in Bozeman so I can eat there on a weekly basis!

A few years ago we had a rememberable meal at an Italian restaurant. That evening left a wonderful impression on us. I spent much of the day looking for that restaurant. Fortunately someone posted a picture. I knew then I found what I was searching for. It was like stepping back to a past evening. The owners treated us like family. We had another wonderful meal with a special friend at a special restaurant.

Not a great first experience. We had a reservation at 8:00 and they told us to come back at 8:20. We sat down around 820 and didn't get drinks or bread until 8:50 since they ran out of clean dishes and bread(the bread was cold, assuming they ran to the store) our waiter was hard to flag down and was constantly forgetting things. The food was good but service was not tonight.. Stay tuned we haven't even got our food yet and it's 9:15 Update its 9:30 and we just now got our food Now a customer was complaining about his food taking over an hour and the waitress raised her voice and proceeded to argue with him about the time stamp on his ticket. After 5 minutes she walked away, and in front of customers, makes faces and starts telling another waitress about the exchange.

Food was mediocre: the bread was not good, had a strange consistence, very dense with a hard crust, not the usual Italian bread, and they microwave it before they serve it. Their "garlic toast" was made with the same kind of bread, and they just sprinkle some cheese on it and bake it. It was dry and didn't have any taste. My linguine pescatore had decent amount of seafood in it, but the linguine tasted exactly like the dry pasta you can buy for $99 a box from grocery stores, and my plate was wipes with a dirty rag around the rim then the person who brought the food put finger prints in it. My husband's lasagna was just ok. The

This place was amazing! Seriously the best shrimp Alfredo pasta I have ever had!! We are from Portland with some amazing Italian restaurants but this place was superb!!

Whata great surprise as we were traveling home after visiting Glacier National Park and were very hungry. This traditional Italian Restaurant feels like an old school east coast Italian food. I had the traditional Lasagna which was fantastic. The anti pasta player was full if flavor !!! Loved the blue cheese and salami with olives. This is a fantastic restaurant and must stop if you are traveling through the area !!

Outstanding food, wine and service. Renalto's restaurant is old world Italian with homemade pasta and sauces. Warm and friendly. A must place to eat. Onlythungmissing was chianti candles on the red checked tables.

Ummm, yum?!!! The smells in the air as we approached were enough to start me drooling!! Right around the corner from the Kalispell Grand Hotel, this Italian restaurant was a good find. Friday night busy, but seated quickly. (I am posting some photos). Waited on promptly. Service was frequent and attentive and very pleasant. Has a full bar. Some flat screens above the bar. A large seating area. Food took awhile, bit that was expected. And it was overlooked with bread/oil/vinegar and a cocktail. Mamas lasagna was a HUGE hit -- see photo --(although the eaters commented there was too much cheese, which was easily scraped off the top) HUGE helping! $15 per plate. I had the butternut squash raviolis in a butter reduction with Parmesan. I enjoyed the chunks of squash mixed in with the purée. For $18 a plate, the helping wasn't as visually generous - see photo--, but I can't eat much anyway, so I was fine with that. I would order that again! I wasn't feeling up to par tonight due to a tummy issue, so I'm not feeling the 5 star--though it might deserve it.

Dysfunctional family restaurant... Yelp is censoring my review!! because "it appears to be about employment issues" I have never worked at Scottibellis nor has anyone in my family. Although they(Scottibellis) do have employment issues as they never have the same staff(unless its family). I have owned many companies, one thing I know is: Treat your employees with respect, support them in their own endeavors, and if they have any character this will be reciprocated and a cohesive, supportive, hard working crew will emerge. I would like to explain the reason why Scottibellis has service on par with a poorly run car wash however due to: CENSORSHIP BY YELP I am unable to give you the full story. Lets start this review a few winters ago when Scotiibellis decided to try their hand at fine dining. There were several overpriced dishes that were attempted, Ossobuco, there were some lamb dishes, and a whole fish preparation. I ordered the whole fish one evening and received a fish that was raw on one side. Not only was it raw on one side but the cheek was missing from the fish. If your not a fish connoisseur, the cheek of a fish is the equivalent of the tenderloin in a cow, (the most flavorful part) it felt like I was robbed. Fast forward to a year later (because that's how long it took me to return), there are plenty of new faces but the same dismal service. and the decor has taken a hit as the candles on the tables have been replaced with battery powered candles now a fitting accompaniment to the sticky plastic red and white table coverings. The first meal I had upon returning was the Gnocchi, It wasn't as it usually is, over cooked and over seasoned, it was just cold. Our most recent and last visit only took about two hours. The staff (who again is all new) has no idea what to do in a restaurant. The owners who seem to just hang out and drink wine, add nothing to the functionality of the establishment. The Mrs. is complacent and catty, she thinks everything is marvelous and if it isn't there is something wrong with the customer or her staff. She is also quite rude to her staff and routinely speaks terribly to them within earshot of customers. The Mr. seems to be nice enough however on vacation at all times and oblivious to the problems around him. The kitchen: Some of the cooks are married into or part of the family, that can be the only reason some of them are still there. There is one whom I cant remember the name of (I'll update if i remember) is always in a bad mood, scowling and remarking about the waitresses, customers and tickets as he turns his bad mood into bad food. some of the others take a little more care but still put out overcooked mushy pasta with super salty sauce, Chicken that is overcooked and dry, with sides that are mediocre at best. That being said I have had one or two decent meals here, when all the stars aligned... You have about a 15% chance to have a decent meal at this establishment, 85% of the time your out of luck. The bar: Well, it is what you would expect a restaurant bar to be. The bartender (who must also be somehow connected to the family) is not in a hurry to make anyone happy, he sees to his duties with no enthusiasm for the job. It is however apparent that the bartender knows the restaurant has problems although he is so far stuck in the mundane rut of day to day happenings around him that he too has given in to the same mindset as the owners. Some restaurants aspire for greatness and achieve everything they set out to do with flying colors, it seems Scottibelli's has aspired to mediocrity and have fallen far short... I do NOT recommend you put yourself through the distress there are plenty of better restaurants to have a meal around town Regards,

Made a reservation and when we showed up they couldn't figure out where to seat is. Made us walk back and forth in the dining room twice deciding where to seat us. During one of these trips they the hostess stopped to chat with a co-worker and completely ignored us. When we asked what was going on, they still ignored us. Once they decided on a table they realized the table was broken. The manager was rude and not interested in helping us. I would not recommend and only gave it one star because I had to give it a star.

Good food, nice atmosphere, but poor service. Tried it three times and all had poor service with different weight staff. Problems included cold food, forgotten dishes and long waits.

Came in on a Friday night in August and it was pretty crowded. Got a drink at the bar while we were waiting. They had about five local beers on tap and an impressive wine list. I ordered the salmon alla vodka, which I was a little disappointed in, but my parents had the salmon limone and the fettuccine gamberi and they both really enjoyed it. Portions were a decent size, although they only brought us three pieces of bread for the three of us. The service was pretty slow, but understandably so for how crowded it was.

Had dinner here for our 30th anniversary. I must say it was really one of the best meals we have had in Kalispell. We started with a Caesar Salad and the fresh and warm house bread, both were terrific. My wife had the Linguini Carbonara and I had the Penne Arrabiata again both were terrific. We added an order of cheese bread which was loaded with garlic and cheese, again fantastic tasting, fresh and loaded with flavor. For desert we shared a tiramisu and a huckleberry cannoli. The tiramisu was out of this world. The huckleberry cannoli was unusual and good but not as good as the tiramisu. The drinks, vodka Collins and Manhattan, were also really good. Our waitress, Lorain, was great! She was friendly with lots of smiles and very helpful with menu choices. We will definitely be back! Thank you ScottiBelli's for a fantastic and memorable dining experience.

My girlfriend and I tried eating here in preparation for the Spartan Beast. We were hopeful when we walked in and saw many other Spartan runners. Unfortunately, our reserved table was given away while we were walking to it from the front of the restaurant to the back. You would think that would be ok, the hostess could seat us at another table. I don't think she knew we weren't psychic though. We got fed up following her around without direction or explanation. We returned to the front and a waitress, tried to seat us instead. The table she lead us to ended up being broken, as wobbly as core balance ball. This was clearly a second sign that we needed to leave. We did.

Well this is the most disappointed I have been in a restaurant in a while. the outside looked nice and we were in the mood for Italian, so when we walked in and looked around we gave a quick thought about leaving because the place looked a little well not what we were expecting, lets just put it that way, but I read some reviews on yelp so we thought we should give it a chance maybe the food was better than the décor. Nope. we started of basic and got the calamari... yuck, way to salty and we could barely get through half of it, then my wife got her chicken cacciatore, again yuck, chicken was so dry and chewy, and the sauce again was way to salty. now the only reason this place got 2 stars instead of 2 was the fact that I had ordered the portebello mushroom Pizza and that was good. and the waitress was really nice she took half off the check and a free desert, unfortunately my was was unhappy at this point and just wanted to leave but I was willing to try the dessert, not good uggh, food here is just bad nothing else to say.

Had a great visit. Stopped at 6PM on a Thursday and we were immediately seated. Restaurant was very clean with enjoyable, even though a little kitsch, decor. Staff were friendly and extremely attentive. The pace of the meal was a little off but nothing too drastic. We tried the bruschetta, gnocchi rose, and salads with basil gorgonzola dressing. All of our food was impressively fresh, well prepared, well portioned, and tasty. Food was definitely on the strong side (salty, garlic, rich) but enjoyable. Prices were very reasonable.

Took forever / terrible service / mediocre food My experience with Scottibellis was less than ideal. Granted, I know the bar for restaurants is set low for a town like Kalispell. I expected the food to be mediocre, and it hit the mark. But there's simply no excuse for bad service. Here's the story. My sweet SO and I showed up for dinner around 8pm last Friday, and Scottibellis was under a wait-list. The hostess/waitress said "20 minutes, tops," (her words). Apparently, Scottibellis wasn't using actual hostesses that night; the waitress nearest the door would add your name to a list. That little factoid will become relevant. So we squeezed into the bar to pass the time. We drink a glass of wine. And another glass. And just when I'm thinking that perhaps we should have ordered a full bottle, a different waitress announces she has a table ready for a party who arrived after us. As she walks by, I ask her what is the deal, and that we've been waiting for 40 minutes. She responded that we are still on the list, and that in her opinion, "a 40 minute wait on a Friday night isn't that bad." She then hurried off leaving me stunned. WTF? Are you kidding me? This is how you respond to a customer's inquiry? That waitress walked by again a few minutes later, and I stopped her again. I explained that we were told the wait would be 20 minutes, not 40, and asked for an estimate on a table. Suddenly we're next for a table. We're finally seated. And there's no waitress for our table. We wait. We're ready to order. And... there's no one there. We wait for someone to come and take our order. More time passes. We're now an hour in. Our food takes FOREVER to come out. And the waitress sets it down in front of us and hurries off before we're able to stop her and tell her there is no silverware to be seen. We flag someone down. That waitress brings us two forks. Umm, napkins please? She walks off to bring us two napkins. What about a knives? You know what, just forget it. I look at my watch. We've been in the stupid f'ing tourist trap of a restaurant for almost two hours before we take a first bite of middling Italian fare. This town needs more restaurant competition. And Scottibellis's waitstaff needs much better management and training. As is, this place is completely unacceptable.

The food is amazing here. The only down fall is the service. When they get super busy it takes forever to get a drink or your food. Besides that, this place is the best.

  • Jen R.

The food is here is great. However, it feels like your annoying the staff when you walk in the place. My husband and I ordered cannoli's to go one night and it took 30 minutes to get them from anyone who worked there. This won't stop me form returning just form ever leaving a good tip and I'm a waitress.

Used to be really good. I loved the Tortellini with crisp pear. Too bad they took it off the menu. I have been back once and it was so-so. Service is slow.

Favorite place in Kalispell. My husband and I love this place. Try the specials as they always deliver exceptional taste and quality flavor. My favorite is the Chicken Marsala with a Caesar Salad. Try the family style meals with groups!

After spending a week in Glacier National Park, my family and I were looking for something other than burgers and prepackaged sandwiches for our last dinner in Montana. The positive reviews on Yelp led us to Scottibellis. We found a parking spot right outside the restaurant, despite the restaurant being very busy. The hostess said there would be about a 15-minute wait, so we had some time to look over the menu before being seated. We were pleasantly surprised by the decor and the large crowd inside the restaurant, especially since we'd spent the day driving through some very desolate areas of Montana. There were five people in our party, and our waitress took our orders without writing anything down. For some reason, that always makes me uncomfortable. She got all the orders right, but 45 minutes after taking our orders, we still had no food and our waitress was no where in sight to give us an update. Finally, the waitress came to our table. We were expecting her to apologize for the long wait, but instead she told us that they couldn't make what my husband ordered because they were out of pancetta and that he would have to pick something else from the menu. He hastily decided on the ravioli. Twenty minutes later, our food arrived. Everything looked very good, except the ravioli, which looked like it had been prepared in hurry--it just didn't look appetizing, and my husband said it wasn't anything special. I ordered the penne arrabiata, which I've made myself many times and have had at other Italian restaurants, but this one was just a bit too spicy for my taste. Everyone else seemed pleased with their meals, but we were just a bit upset that it took so long and that the waitress waited so long to tell us that my husband had to order something else. She also never apologized for the long wait. The experience was very disappointing.

We went there a few times with friends and family on several occasions. The 1st couple of times it was excellent but, last 4 times the food and service left something to be desired. In December we went with a friend and waited quite a while for our table which was fine we had a couple of drinks in the bar we finally get seated and our waitress was nice it took awhile to get the food. I am a mother who appreciates dinner out without the kiddos which is a nice treat but, when you go to a restaurant and the other customers have kids who are already finished with their meals and the kids are bored please leave. This family had a kid there that was singing loudly, running around and just being plain rude and annoying other customers. We asked the waitress to ask them to rein in their kid but to no avail. Pretty much ruined our meal. I am all for restaurants that don't allow kids and I'm a mom. Left a bad taste especially since the wait staff did nothing. Will I go again... maybe!

Just having left Italy and Europe last week, we decided to tour some places in the states. 1st stop, Montana! Ate at Scottibelli's and I can tell you right now, with 100% certainty, the food we ate here was better than anything we ate in our 3 weeks in Italy! Simply amazing! The atmosphere is friendly and fun like you're eating in Italy at someones house, the bread is fresh baked and the food is just stunning! We had farfalle salmon, boar steak, and a tuna steak with risotto! I really really REALLY cannot express how delicious this food was! I WISH we had eaten dishes this amazing in Italy! But then we might never have come back home! Ha! Seriously though, delicious food, fun atmosphere, and a genuine experience! Do NOT miss this place if you're in Kalispell! I saw some comments that portions were not big enough.. WHAT?! maybe they are use to super sizing their meal, but other than that I can't see who would think the food portions aren't large enough !?!! Seriously! We couldn't finish half of our meal and were happy to have it for lunch today! YUMMMMMmmm!

Excellent service, good glass of Sangiovese, yummy bread, nice salad (the basil Gorgonzola dressing was good, but turns the lettuce an weird brown color), and very good butternut squash ravioli ( it would have been excellent if it had coarse-grated Parmigiano Reggiano sprinkled atop this already-tasty dish). Really comfortable, warm, inviting space and the music was high enough to add ambience, but low enough to be able to talk, which I soooo appreciate!

We visited Scottibellis as a result of reviews on Yelp. The pizza was wonderful but the man at the counter was a "CREEP" personified. He practically snarled at me when I had a question about the special. He was not an asset to the business that is for sure. The girl that brought our food to the table was delightful. They also charge for refills which is "tacky" in my opinion.

Short and brief... I was served the wrong order my first (and only) night there. Ordered cheese ravioli and got beef instead. Asked for the correct order. No apologies given. No offer to pay for meal or even a free drink. Most of the time, the servers/bartenders/etc. hung around the end of the bar chatting. Kind of snooty given most of the restaurant has plastic red/white checkered tablecloths on the tables -- family friendly. (And it was rather loud). House dressing? 90% oil. 10% vinegar. Bland. Odd decor. Will I go back? No. The food was okay. But loud children and poor service do nothing for my appetite.

Great Italian meal in Kalispell! The Family owned restaurant definitely has that warm feel you're looking for when eating in an Italian Style eatery. There is a level of kitsch to the decor but it's appreciated. At the end of our meal we come to realize the family was eating at the front of the restaraunt! Very appreciative and thankful for our business. While the wait staff may be inexperienced, our waiter was quiet and humble. He definitely did his best, though awkward at times. The calimari was very tender and lightly breaded, not overtaking the taste of the squid. The marinara sauce for dipping was also sweet/spicy and delish. Great portion as well. Our large antipasto was enough to feed 4 very hungry people and all aspects of the dish were fresh - obviously not out of the can if you know what I mean. As far as main dishes, I think it's a matter of taste. We ordered the Veal Marsala, Linguine w/Clams (white sauce) and the Lasagna. All 3 dishes were very, very rich. The taste was phenomenal, however they did use a ton of salt in the lasagna and especially in the clam sauce. Despite the salty flavors, I would definitely be willing to return, trying different dishes on the menu. We made sure to mention to our waiter how we felt about the salt and to "pass along a message to the chef," in the nicest way possible. Dessert consisted of the tiramisu. Almost on mark - however there was no espresso in the cake!! We later come to find out, they do not have an espresso machine. Oh well - Scottibelli's - this NJ girl was pleased regardless.

The food was fine ... not great, not terrible ... just fine. I was quite turned off by the service. It was busy, yet the staff spent a great deal of time hanging around the bar. 20 minutes after placing my order of linguine and clams a server came up to me with a side order of meatballs, placed it in front of me, and said, "here is your order." I told her that it wasn't mine. After some scrambling by the staff, and 20 more minutes, a mediocre bowl of pasta and clams came out. The staff never mentioned that they had messed up the order. I come to Kalispell quite often for business and love to support the dwindling local restaurants. I may come back to ScottiBelli's ... but not for a while.

Mediocre food at best...however the service was very good. The water glass was always full, however my entree was not hot, and bland. The Italian bread was very heavy and yeasty. It almost tasted like it needed to bake longer. Given the lack of options in Kalispell I would give them another try, however better Italian fare can be found at Ciao Mambos in Whitefish or at Moraldos in Bigfork.

I'm surprised by the 2 star reviews that I've read here. My only guess is that their experience was immediately after opening, when they were still training their staff, many of whom I understand to be first timers to the restaurant industry. Bravo for training them to understand the nature of good service. I've dined at Scottibelli's 5 times and I will continue to go often because I know I'm going to get fantastic service and unbelievable food every time. On my most recent trip there for lunch, I brought guests who ordered the Vongole Marinate, which is a dish made with Clams sautéed with garlic in a lemon wine sauce topped with fresh dough and baked. It was outstanding and even though we weren't sure it was socially acceptable to eat the bread bowl, we tore into it and enjoyed every bite. One of my favorite dishes is the first one I ever ordered, which is the Spaghetti Bolognese made with homemade meat sauce tossed with spaghetti, basil and a touch of parmesan. It's very simple yet so flavorful you don't want to stop eating despite there being enough for 2 days of leftovers. The cost is only $12 for large, sharable portions. Another favorite of mine is Pollo all' Limone which is Chicken breast sautéed with garlic, capers and parsley in a white wine lemon sauce. It's healthy and the chicken is tender and delicious. The interior is lined with family photo's intermixed with a few black white images of Sofia Loren and other Italien celebrities. The red and white table cloths make family style dining cozy and authentic and the lighting and the noise level are perfectly appropriate. Having moved to Bigfork from Chicago, I'm beyond grateful that such a fabulous restaurant has opened in Kalispell. It was much needed and is obviously enjoyed by many because the place is always packed.

We are only in Kalispell for two nights and there were severe thunderstorm warnings just as we decided to go for dinner. This place was a short walk from the Red Lion and we made it before the rain! The staff was more than courteous, found us a cozy table for two even thou we had no reservations. We had at least four different wait staff come to our table, each one was gracious and informative. I had the Pollo Gorgonzola served over risotto, with mushrooms on top, it was delicious! Hubby had the bolognese over pappardelle, large chunks of meat, also very tasty. The bread was crusty on the outside and dense and soft on the inside. Served with reduced balsamic and olive oil, but it tasted fine just plain! An excellent meal, good wine and our server took the time to write down the name of the chianti that my husband liked. A great meal experience.

This weekend we enjoyed dinner at Scottibellis. The place smells like good food when we entered. We were seated right away. Our extremely loud waitress took our order. The food was good. Having lived in the east coast, this was good for Montana. Good Italian good need not be so expensive. Pasta costs nothing to prepare. Over all, this place was good, not great. Menu is confusing, prices a little high and the owners daughter needs to tone it down. She was amazingly loud. We would return. .

I was thrilled to get an Italian restaurant in town. The first time we went the portions were huge and the food wonderful. The next few times I went I was disappointed. The food seems rather plain and flavorless. Nothing special. Twice the service wasn't very good. I decided to give it another try because I want to support local businesses and was again disappointed. The food was expensive and although it was good, I felt it was rather flavorless and nothing that I couldn't easily make at home. HOWEVER the family who owns this place is very wonderful, friendly and hardworking. The atmosphere is nice. The waiters are professional and it is wonderful to have another place to go in Kalispell.

I'd love to give thumbs up on Scottibellis since a number of my friends like it, but if you've had really remarkable Italiian food, you will find this rather dull -- and expensive for what it is. That's what my wife and I thought. In addition, our waitress was not particularly attentive, although she was polite. Like another reviewer, I'd probably give the place 2 stars, but since our friends were okay with their meals, I'll go 3. No, actually, I won't. Will I try it again? Only if friends insist.

Was in Kalispell from Chicago to hike in Glacier and wanted to go to a nice dinner on our last day. This place had great food and service. We had the ravioli and veal marsala for dinner, for dessert we had a cannoli and the chocolate hazelnut tart along with two Spanish coffees. The desserts and dinner were amazing. I highly recommend this restaurant when traveling here and would definitely go back when I go to Glacier again!

I'm giving this 3 stars because 2 of the people in our party enjoyed their meals, I would have given it 2 stars. We were seated quickly, the ambience is good, customer service is good, but unfortunately the food is sub par, especially what you pay for it. My chicken was rubbery & the sauce was uninspired. My son enjoyed the ravioli however.

Really wanted to have a family dinner for approx 40 of our family in Nov on a Saturday eve. I was told I would only be able to have it between 3:00 & 4:00 & would have to have everyone out immediately to accommodate their customers at 5:00 or I could rent the restaurant out for the evening for $2500.00. The "chef" Brian was very rude, was not interested in helping me & hung up on me. I have eaten here in the past which is why I chose this place to take our family for dinner. I will be sure to never go there again & will never recommend them to anyone. Ruined my day!

Terrible service for just OK food. No attention after waiting an hour+ for dinner to arrive on table. Walked in at 830pm - served dinner at 10p. Save your time and money and head somewhere else in Kalispell. I sure wish I did!

Italian Cuisine

The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.

Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.

If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.
