Great service & good food. Have never been disappointed in any of our visits. If you're adventurous I recommend getting the desert heat flavored salt on the fries.

Love getting a bite to eat at BWW but the customer service was terrible here in Helena, MT. The store owner should be embarrassed that his/her staff are allowing their servers to turn down hundreds of dollars of business because they want to go home at 10:30pm. Sad to see that an establishment like this will allow their servers to lie and accuse the customers of false facts. Customer service is key to a thriving business and this BWW location failed in every way possible. I'm surprised that the majority of the staff hasn't been already fired or that the location has closed its doors for good. You don't turn down a group that will bring you hundreds of dollars of business when your doors are open and you have plenty of room. That is business 101.

Good fun atmosphere. Cute waitresses. Good service. Lots of sports bar style video monitors and good wings and beer.

It's a sports place and you have to listen to music instead of NCAA selection show. WTF?? Find somewhere else for this...

Chicken wings are one of my favorite foods but in this case - Not so good, I ordered a small wing order with blue cheese dip and Thai Curry sauce too. The server forgot my Thai Curry sauce and never did bring me celery sticks. The blue cheese dip had some sort of sweetener added - Yuck! And the wings were hot but undercooked and if I had to guess they were the cheapest chicken that could be had, felt and tasted like they were full of "plump me up" adders (not natural chicken at all). I felt a bit sick to the stomach afterwards. To top it off I ordered a glass or Cabernet and it had the oddest flavor of any I've ever had, it was awful. Don't think I will ever eat at one of these restaurants again.

I ordered for pick up. Great phone service. Great service when I went to pick up. They did forget the ranch so double check your order.

They are slow at getting a drink to your table and its crowded to a point of being uncomfortable at times. The food is absolutely disgusting and not even worth the stomach and other body pains that ensues after consuming the pig slop. If its wings you are looking for find a different place.

Way too old, I guess, to appreciate the raw commercial energy of BWW. Way to noisy for conversation. Mediocre food way to salty to eat without ordering more of its over-priced drinks, Way too many TV screens for anybody but an ADHD sufferer. Servings way too large to avoid obesity. I won't go back to a BWW, again.

Had a horrible experience here this past weekend. We've had bad experiences in the past and I don't know why we keep giving this place a second chance. But after the 3rd second chance, we are done with this place! We came in on a Friday evening. The place did not look that busy. We waited over an hour for our food only for 5/6th of it to arrive. One of our guests never got his food. We had to flag the server down to let her know as she never checked on us to see how the food was. It took another half hour for this person to finally get their dinner. So it took 1.5 hours from ordering to getting everyone's food. My burger came out COLD. I sent it back and had to wait 20 minutes to get a new burger. When the re-fired burger came out, none of the things I requested the first time were on there. I asked for potato wedges and got cold fries. After taking 2 bites of this salt-lick of a burger, I conceded and threw up the white flag. I gave up. The server took my dinner without even acknowledging the fact that I had only taken 2 bites of this new burger and never asked what was wrong with it. The manager on duty came out to speak to us and told us that because there were only 2 people in the kitchen, there was nothing she could do and her "it is what it is" attitude did not sit well with us. Who only staffs 2 people in the kitchen on a Friday night?? We will NEVER go back to this location. EDIT: 10/8/13 - I just noticed a review made by another Yelper about their HORRIBLE experience due to "Kori." FYI, Kori was the same server I had who ruined our experience as well.

So my coworkers decided to eat here for supper. I was reluctant to go due to my previous experience. However, this experience is by far much better than the last. I ordered the exact same thing. My fried pickles were nice and hot and the wings were delicious. The waiter was awesome and made sure each of our orders were perfect. They seated us in a better location so we weren't getting bumped into constantly. I don't know what changed between then and now, but keep it up!!

Monday night football. Greeted nicely at the door and proceeded to the bar. A cute female bartender took my order immediately. About ten minutes later came back to check if I wanted to order food. I like that she gave me time. As it turned out, I wasn't. I liked the way she poured the draft beers, ensuring the glass was filled to the brim. My order was taken, Sliders, and came out amazingly hot and quick. The other thing that grabbed attention was the produce. The sliders come with red onion, tomatoes, and shredded lettuce. All very fresh, crisp, and with good color. Overall very good experience. Recommend!

Even though this is a box restaurant, I still actually like it quite a bit. We always get great service, and while the place can be noisy on game day, the booths are large enough to give you some space away from loudmouth sports fans. (We eat in the bar area) I always get wings when I come here, and admittedly, I am not a wing connoisseur - but they have a good assortment of flavors and the wings are not bad. The one thing lacking with the wings is the amount of sauce - they are lightly flavored, I would highly recommend asking for a side of sauce (in your flavor) with your wings. Not much else to say other than expedient service and I find that it's actually relaxing despite everything going on. We always have a good time here.

For those who have been to a wild wings in the past, it's nothing different. Lots of TVs with sporting events, busy and pretty loud (if you're looking for a quiet conversation, this is not the place). The food and service are usually pretty good at this location, especially compared to other BWWs in the state I've been to. I personally recommend the mango habanero wings and the potato wedges.

Really enjoyed my time here. The service was excellent, the food was good, and a great beer special. For a place to waste a few hours at this place is perfect. Better then the one in Missoula.

I go here for the burger and buffalo chips!!! YUM!!! I noticed kids enjoying their wait time with a hand held game. The place is noisy but I would expect this as it is a "sport's fan" kind of place!!! Coke on tap...FABulous!!!

When a restaurant's namesake is a particular dish you'd think they'd strive to get it right, being their supposed area of expertise and all. Let me start by saying that even though I consider myself a hot wing connoisseur, I am not a wing snob. Good wings are good wings after all. There are a few basic properties most of us agree makes a decent hot wing: a meaty wing, a tasty sauce, and a crispy exterior. If any one of these items is done incorrectly then forget it. Our wings come out of the kitchen soft and soggy. Blechhh! This is particularly unforgiveable because the restaurant was virtually empty when my friend and I dined there. Do yourself a favor and skip this place.

I know it's a sports bar, but it is loud, lackluster food served on paper or plastic plates, with below average service. Skip it. This place is a waste of money, and a good appetite. Did I mention that I had to hunt for the 8 small cubes of chicken in my grilled chicken salad?
