Stopped in here a couple of times. Always Good service. Drinks well made. Pastry warmed just right. Just like it is supposed to occur.

Slowest Starbucks in America! Drive thru might as well be called Sit n Wait Thru. This morning 21minutes!!!!! Give me a break.

Thankfully my travel to Great Falls included a very convenient Starbucks that was in between the hotel and the hospital. I love a Starbucks drive thru but I find this one annoying since the line of cars waiting keeps you from being able to pull in and park in the actual parking lot. Maybe this location could have done with a better design or no drive thru at all. With that said, when we received six inches of snow I was more than happy to use the drive thru and stay toasty warm inside the rental car while ordering my iced latte (yep - I'm that girl). I found service to be standard. My drinks were made quickly and correctly. I was happy to continue my daily coffee indulgence while working in Great Falls. It's one way to keep my sanity.

FLIES EVERYWHERE & liquidy frappes. This Starbucks is one of the worst ones I've been to. I would rather go to Albertson's or Barnes & Noble for a decent drink... Please do something about the flies. they are disgusting and SHOULD NOT be a permanent part of the building -_-

After having been to Starbucks in Santa Rosa California, which had the best customer service, polite staff, and overall go out of their way attitude, I find this Starbucks very unfriendly from the time you enter the store until you get you order. The staff rarely say hello when you order and are always too busy yakking with their coworkers. Even after your order is ready, and you tell them thank you, they don't even reply back. It seems they spend more time gossiping or whatever than on the customer. Great Falls must hire the worst of the worst to work their stores. I no longer go to this store. I prefer Morning Light Coffee Roasters hands down!

This store is my go to pick me up in the afternoon the staff is friendly and knows my name most of the time. A few times they have messed up my drinks, and not offered to give me a free one, but most of the time they get it right. Of the people complaining from California.. I simply say... Stay out of Montana. This location is busy all the time and the parking is a little tricky. I have taken a fall in the winter due to ice on the steps. The inside has been remodeled and looks wonderful. The new line of food is wonderful.

Starbucks is usually slow but this place takes the cake.. Waiting 15 minutes for a latte is beyond ridiculous, especially when there were only 3 cars in front of me in the drive thru.. Next time I'll use a local place, even sans drive thru

I order the same drink but it tastes different every time and twice it was even the wrong color. The last visit I waited 15 minutes for my drink even though there were six people working and no line. Only one person was actually working. There is no consistency.

I come here a lot and the coffee always turns out great! They have a young guy working there named Paul and he is always super friendly! Have to agree with some reviews, service can he hit or miss! But it's usually pretty good! Drive thru is always pretty fast!

I'm from California also. Fresh salads? Healthy food? What Starbucks do you visit back home? They all feature the same calorie laden non-fresh treats shipped in from who knows where and baked who knows when. Even the breakfast sandwiches come in a box from somewhere else.....the only healthy choice is oatmeal or bananas. Starbucks biggest problem is consistency with their brewed coffee. The same blend can taste very different at different locations, or even at the same location at different times of the day. It's like they eyeball the amount of grounds, so it never tastes the same. Ditto for the ice teas. Sometimes very strong. Sometimes like lightly colored water. This location is busy. It has a drive through. The staff give preference to the drive through, so the line inside can get pretty long. Everyone is nice enough. Free wi-fi and a large sitting area inside and out. As with most Starbucks, the music is too loud and annoying. If you want fresh baked, tasty goods, get your Starbucks coffee, then drive across the street to Montana Wheat for home made baked fresh goodies at a CHEAPER price! Or go get your treats first, then lounge at Starbucks.

I have been to this Starbucks a few times and they definitely move faster for the drive thru and take their time when you order inside. Some of my experiences have included; forgetting to give me the croissant I ordered, sending my order to the drive through instead of to me inside, and having to wait almost ten minutes for a single cup of regular coffee (and no it wasn't because they ran out and had to brew more). The service here is really hit or miss with little consistency. Oh and be careful when you order drinks at the drive thru, especially regular coffee because they will most likely overfill your cup. Then you're left with a cup that leaks out the top (if a stopper is not provided) or out of the sides of the lid and all over yourself and your car.

This Starbucks is not the best one I've ever been to but hey, its Great Falls - what do you expect. I would agree that the lines are longer than your average starbucks, but again, we're talking about the only one in town here pretty much. The girls who work there are friendly & cute so that's a plus. And so far I haven't had a bad cup of coffee. Too bad Starbucks is practically the only decent coffee house in town.
