Chinese Cuisine
The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.
Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.
There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.

Surprisingly good Chinese food in the middle of nowhere somewhere in Montana! We're on a road trip and needed to stay the night. We were so tired so after we checked in our hotel, we just wanted to order for delivery. And they deliver!! We ordered the chicken noodles and the dumplings.. Hit the spot! Also, they are very accommodating and nice!

A decent Chinese road side shop. We had the house Fried rice w shrimp, chicken and beef. It was a bit bland. But was good to soak up the sauce from the other dishes. The Kung pao chicken with peppers and zucchini was flavorful and full of veggies. The Jalapeño pork in spicy sauce was also flavorful but not spicy even though we asked for extra spice. The owners were friendly and the food was ready relatively quickly. I wouldn't go out of my way to go here but if it's in your route and you're craving American Chinese food this is a decent choice.

For Glendive, surprisingly decent food. I would east there again. We ordered from the menu, not the buffet (which seemed small).

It's pretty amazing for the middle of nowhere Montana, but to be fair, it's only about 4 start quality. The owners are from San Francisco... They saw this place up for sale in the Chinese newspaper and decided to move here. This totally explains why there's such good quality Chinese in such a small middle of BFE. The carpet does smell a bit musky, and the space definitely lacks ambiance, but there is no place in town that's going to be any better. It's by far, the best place for food in town.

Not the best nor worst just ok buffet was small but expansive but what do you expect from small town middle of nowhere.

If all you want is awesome (AND FAST) food then this would be 5 star! Like others have said... Just lacks ambiance and the front gives you the wrong impression. Awesome!

Amazing food, great service. Best egg drop soup I've ever had. The buffet is a great deal, and all of the food is hot and fresh. Highly recommended!

I'm so glad I got to eat here, as it is the best Chinese food I've had in a long time. Loved the lo mein and egg drop soup. The meat dishes were fresh and tasty, not of the "fried meat drenched in sticky sweet sauce" variety.

My daughter and I decided to try Li's Chinese Restaurant after reading the Yelp reviews. It is a plain restaurant with a friendly waitress, and very good food. We had the egg rolls, hot & sour soup, cashew chicken and moo shu pork. They were all decent but our favorites were the piping hot soup & the cashew chicken. Nice meal after a day of traveling.

We never needed chinese food more than at this moment. It was great. Plus they gave us after-dinner donuts!

I also found this place while traveling east. It is an exceptional find for this part of the country, or actually any part of the country except for NYC, SF or other major US location. While the food is not elaborate, it is fresh and freshly prepared. What a relief to finally eat real food after several days of road food.

Found this place on yelp as we were passing through (We're a band from MI, facebook.com/kleensl8 ), and trusted the reviews. Looked scary from the outside, and some of our group looked unsure. We ventured inside, and were seated at a really cool, round table with a spinning center for passing things around the table. 5 of us ordered from the menu, and 2 got the buffet. The food was great, the staff was nice, and service was quick! Definitely worth stopping for!

Don't let the outside deceive you- the food is way better than the outside decor. ;) after driving for the past 3 days and living off of fast food, the chicken and broccoli was AMAZING to fill my tummy with! Our server was really sweet and friendly, all the food we tried was great, and like another reviewer said, it's awesome that they continuously bring out fresh batches of food every few minutes. If we ever pass through Glendive again, we'll pop in again!

very impressed!!!! who knew such a tiny, humble hole in the wall restaurant could have so much spice!!! especially in montana of all places!! i was greeted by a sweet lady who showed us our table. we checked out the buffet and were sold. it was very, VERY good. something that really impressed me was the way they brought out the food to the buffet line. the kitchen staff were running in and out constantly bringing out small bowls of food to put into the buffet trays. that means the food is always hot and fresh. if they were lazy they could make it all at once, but i saw them refill the same trays many times the 30 minutes i was there. very, VERY cool! :)

Prompt delivery to our hotel. Better hot and sour soup than most, but a bit too thin for our tastes. Entrees were very good, but could have used more steamed rice. Will ask for it next time. This will be our go to place next time we pass through. Much better than expected. We have had SO many disappointing meals in Montana, but not this trip.

We made the wrong assumption and judged the restaurant by it's appearance and small buffet variety. When we got our food, however, we were pleasantly surprised! We had chosen two combination plates and a buffet for three of us. The sesame chicken was superb, the chow mein was delicious, and the broccoli was cooked perfectly with plenty of flavor and a little crunch. The combination plates we ordered contained a large quantity of food. Overall, if we went again, we would get the buffet because while there wasn't too much variety, all of the food was delicious...some of the best Chinese food we've ever had! This is a restaurant you should definitely go to if you're ever in Glendive! Friendly service and fair prices.

First, thanks to Yelp, we found this restaurant. We never would have otherwise. First, the service was very good--quick and friendly. We started with the Po Po Platter. The egg roll was slightly greasy but not terrible--that is the worst I can say. The sweet and sour pork was good, my husband said the fried prawns were very good, the Crab Rangoon was great, the chicken teriyaki was absolutely the best I've ever had. I ordered cashew chicken with fried rice. It was a large amount of food and was delicious. My husband had the moo goo gai pan, which was also excellent. They also gave each of us a fried doughnut at the end of our meal. Excellent value. Excellent service. Excellent food. Great experience!

Excellent! There's not many places to find decent food here in town. The staff was very, very friendly. The food was fresh, hot and delicious! I'm most certain this is the restaurant I will visit each time I'm in town.

We found this restaurant on Yelp and it didn't disappoint. We arrived late (8:30) but the staff were very friendly and accomodating. The food was more than acceptable for a small town restaurant: excellent hot and sour soup, great mu shu pork, and tasty Hunan chicken (white meat, plenty of veggies, but a little less spicy than we'd like, probably to accomodate midwestern palates). The decor left a little to be desired, but we really didn't care since service was fast and the food arrived hot. They even gave us a complimentary fried donut at the end of the meal!
