Nice friendly staff. The pizza is average seems like all packet ingredients. For that neck of the woods you can't expect mom and pop style fresh made pizza. Kids liked it and the prices are not that bad..

Extremely expensive. Limited options. Built around build your own, $1 topping starting at $9 for a small. $2 for pepperoni. Additional charge. Ordered a small pepperoni, with some veggies. $17 for a tiny pizza. Service was nominal. Not recommended.

This place is super solid. I'm a "3-stars = expectations, 5-stars perfection." Go here, eat pizza, have beer on draft. Minimal salad bar, good server, open in February when nothing else was.

The only reason I give them one star is that there's no way to give them zero. The pizza is definitely below average. Moreover, the service is the worst you can imagine. A big girl named Erin kept us wait for a century before bringing us a couple glasses of water. When I pointed out the fact that we have waited for too long, she threw the cups on the table right in front of my grandparents, which makes me really embarrassed because I took them to this horrible place. And then I self-served us throughout the whole dinner. Her personality (and appearance) has severely sickened me. They should definitely hire some professionals to work here!

I give them 5 stars they may not be the absolute best but they have great customer service. Next time I'm in the area, I would definitely go back and as for the negative reviews realy, tell me somewhere else that close to yellowstone where you gonna get good food, good pizza, good service for a great price.

We went to Outlaws twice during our stay in the off season in Gardiner. The pizza and local brew (cold smoke) on tap was great. Server and staff were very friendly. I would recommend! Very reasonable, quick, consistent both visits.

Makes you long for your high school cafeteria. Generic offerings, canned ingredients, and cursory service. Choose hunger before choosing this from the limited options in Gardiner.

Soups - tomato and barley varieties - tasted more like canned soups. Pizza: we had Montanian and a chicken pizza. BBQ sauce doesn't make for pleasant pizza here. The meats, beef and especially chicken, were chopped to tiny bits so that it didn't taste so good - little fried/crunchy chunks. Also tasted like heated frozen meat. Salad was good! You get your own plate and fill from the salad bar. Nice variety of veggies and add-ons. Service was a bit dumb-straightforward, a teenager with novice skills, but was alright. We, a group of 5, agreed to not recommend this place for pizza. Soups are ok. Salads are great.

This place claims to have "the best pizza in the West". Feel free to ignore that slogan. Their pizza is below average, especially the Montanan, which was a flop. We also has a sausage/pepperoni combo that was simply average. Breadsticks were ok, but the sauce they came with tasted like a canned spaghetti sauce with some veggies added. Didn't bother with the $4.50 for one visit salad bar that had very few choices, but is fairly typical of other crappy pizza joints. I would not eat here again as there are better options right down the street.

Outlaws Pizza has a sign that says "Arguably The Best Pizza The West Has To Offer". I don't know how accurate that is, but I will say it was a really good pie. It was late afternoon when we arrived and the large dining room was nearly empty. But there was a tantalizing pizza aroma that you get in restaurants that do good pizza. There was one lone server, a friendly and sweet young woman who disappeared into the kitchen after serving our drinks and taking our order. So she may have been the cook as well. Doesn't sound very promising, does it? But as it turns out, the 16 inch pepperoni pizza was hot and bubbly, with a proper crispy crust and had fresh, very tasty ingredients. Outlaws stacks up to being "Arguably The Best Pizza The West Has To Offer". And I'd make another visit if it wasn't a thousand miles away.

We stopped in town for a bite to eat while passing through Yellowstone. I have eaten at this place several times before, actually this is the only place I have eaten in Gardiner. But it will be the last time they get my business. They were out of bread sticks, even though it is nothing but pizza crust - we ordered two pizzas one of them was actually pretty good, the other was primarily a chicken pizza and they served it w/o any chicken when we ask them about it - the waitress just said we are out of chicken but it has bbq sauce, cheese and beans on it, no apology, no discount, we were charged full price for a pizza that didn't have the main ingredient. The staff was more interested in counting tips, and playing with cell phones than keeping your drinks refreshed. Don't waste your time, there are pizza places in town that have 4 and 5 stars that's where I will go next time and suggest you do the same.

Our waiter was a disaster. He mixed up our orders more than once and he just didn't care. He was extremely inattentive. The soups were very good, the salad bar was average, but the spaghetti, bread sticks and marinara sauce tasted packaged. I would not recommend Outlaws.

We had a large group to feed, including two kids under 5, and were looking for pizza. We went to this place with some trepidation, given the other reviews, but were reasonably pleasantly surprised. Pizza was generic American style, but perfectly tasty (you were expecting an Italian brick oven in Gardiner, MT?), the salad bar was fine (iceberg and the traditional accoutrements, but fresh), and they had beer (Fat Tire, the ubiquitous Moose Drool, and some others). We did stick with the traditional pizzas (who thought BBQ sauce on pizza was a great idea?) The service was decidedly amateur, and they seemed understaffed, but our food appeared promptly. This is certainly not gourmet, but a fine place to feed a group including kids.

Awful service! Waitress took our order three times. Mine came out completely wrong! The second time the dough wasn't cooked! They gave it back to me still uncooked! Two hours and still didn't eat. My families food came out correct. No discount given! Don't do it!

We were passing through Gardiner , MT and had a hankering for pizza. The bathrooms were dirty and the service was pretty bad. To be fair, this might have been the servers first day, but this review isn't really for the service. Half of the pizza was only cheese and it came out practically burnt. I don't think this was just my imagination, but the crust and sauce tasted alot like Chef Boyardees to me. So that it made me nostalgic was probably the best comment I have for this place. Perhaps the tasteless; slightly sweet sauce and plastic crust would be really popular with the kids, but I expected better for some of the better reviews here for pizza in the area. I wish I could end with a recommendation of alternative for pizza in the area, but we're just passing through.
