After going to Nova nearly every morning for over a year and still not having the overweight blond barista remember my order (large drop coffee- hard to remember I know) I went looking for other options. The very first day I walked into wild crumb I was greeted with a big smile and a cheery hello. I've been back every day since. The pastries and dessert items are unbelievable. Service is friendly, fast, and the product is top notch.

One of my favorite places in Bozeman. So many pastries and around 10:30 or 11AM they start bringing out sandwiches. We were here early, so we tried one of their breakfast biscuit egg sandwiches...wow. Didn't look promising as they were pre-made and wrapped in foil, but they are absolutely amazing. The biscuits are probably made with a stick of butter each, but they are worth it. It was a great way to start our busy day! The pastries are really delicious too!!!! My only complaint is that they close early...!

This is one of my favorite places in Bozeman. I stop here almost every Sunday morning and grab an assortment of goodies, unfortunately all for myself. The ham and Gruyere croissant is always at the top of my list, but if I don't get there early enough, they're usually out. I don't think this is a bad thing, but a sign of how crazy good they are, and if anything it gives me a little incentive to get my butt out of bed sooner. I would eat one of these every morning if I could get away with it. Everything always tastes and looks fresh. They have an incredible set up with very speedy and friendly servers who seem to like their jobs. I grew up in the restaurant business and own a small cafe myself, so I can be pretty picky when eating out, but these guys have nailed it.

This is good stuff, really good stuff. I love the changing menu, the fact that things our fresh (I take running out as a good thing sometimes) and really great service and space. Also, special orders are an awesome option! Check out this gem tucked away in the cozy neighborhood, also the Friands are insane.

Hands down best sourdough bread in Bozeman! Stays fresh and makes phenomenal fresh toast. Everything else I've had there has been quite good. Lastly, don't be ridiculous, of course they run out of bread, it isn't Safeway. To give a business two stars for running out of things is a little on the crazy side of stupid. The chocolate chip cookies are really good too.

oh my gaaaaarsh yummly indeedy one of the best lil stops i've ever made hands down‼ fresh to death goodies & more goodies ... how do i make'a choice≠i dont ... i'll take one of everything & thank'ya kindly‼ lovely lil piece of heaven‼

I love this place! It is my favorite spot to grab a coffee and scone/ breakfast sandwich in Bozeman! Also the landscaping outside is beautiful. I wish I could take this place with me everywhere I travel.

Exceptional place. If your a person who likes to use your resources on the best food when you splurge, then this is the place to do just that. Croissants and danish are great. Perfect drip coffee. Stop in you won't regret it.

This out-of-the way place offers a couple of signature sandwiches made with locally grown ingredients and store made bread and some of the best bakery you can buy. For my wife and I passing through Bozeman, this has been a spectacular find a we WILL be back.

Not to sound like a snob, but I have eaten a lot of amazing pastries and baked goods from all over the world. This place is definitely in my top 10. The atmosphere is great, even when jam packed with customers. The staff is friendly and eager to make tasty recommendations. My boyfriend and I go here every weekend for a savory sandwich and sweet treat. Everything from the cookies, to the pies, cakes, breads, cupcakes, macaroons, is absolutely delightful. This is the best addition to the Bozeman food scene in a long time. The only itty, bitty complaint I would have about this place is their tea and coffee selection. I would suggest they serve Bellocq tea bellocq.com , and Caffe Vitta coffee caffevita.com . Their food is top notch and it deserves a tea/coffee selection of a high caliber as well.

Delicious! I was overwhelmed by all the delicious goodies but ended up deciding on the chocolate cream pie. It was the best I have had thus far. A semi-sweet chocolate lovers' dream!
(5)Brian J.
The ham and gruyere croissant is delightful, and the perfect breakfast on a Sunday morning when combined with an excellent cup of their drip coffee! All of their bread and pastries that I've tried have been perfect - and when available their quiche is not to be missed.

My oh my - what a find! I routinely check out bakeries all over the US and overseas and found this one to be one of the best bakeries in the country. No, know what - it is the best out there. These people REALLY know how to bake. The baguettes and sourdough bread are perfect (and they look as good as they taste). We bought a ton of stuff here and the winner of the pastry we chose was the lavender shortbread, which is melt in your mouth bliss. And the space is bright and beautiful, the staff is friendly and the parade of locals was fun people watching.

This place is amazing. Great hidden gem off Main in a quiet little neighborhood. Love Love every pastry I've tried.y husband loves their homemade breakfast sandwiches and their quiche. Must try this place.
(5)Lindsay D.
Their sourdough bread is top-grade, as is the walnut and gorgonzola sourdough. I like that they rotate the desserts; my favorites are the fruit tarts and the goat cheese cheesecake. Good, strong coffee. Friendly, professional service. The croissants and pain au chocolat are touch and go. They are sometimes deliciously flaky and airy, sometimes overly dense and salty. All the Bozemanites who rave that it's like being transported to Paris--and they would know, right?--must have visited on a good day.

For one, my husband and I have been coming here every weekend for coffee, pastries, and reading. It's a nice place to read (before lots of people wake up and bring their....enthusiastic children inside), and of course the pastries are to die for. Secondly, we ordered about ten pies for our wedding day! They were fantastic! Everyone at the wedding praised the quality and I was more than happy to let them know where they were from. Even though we had such a large order, the quality stayed absolutely the same- gorgeous and delicious.

Really great stuff. Ham and gruyere croissant was top notch. Fresh OJ was so good. Wish we lived in Bozeman so we could try more of everything here.
(5)Jenny H.
3.5 stars well crafted baked goods and tasty sammies make this quiet corner a great stop for a morning/afternoon munch. i really appreciate the good cup of joe they offer and look forward to trying all of their sweet treats. the only, but pretty major, downside is that they do not mill their flour daily, nor do they do it onsite, which means that the quality/freshness/nutritive value of their bread is greatly compromised. for me, that's just bad beans for a bakery.
(3)Amanda H.
Hands down, the best pastries and bread in town! They have amazing sandwiches during lunch hours, too. It's a must-do in Bozeman!
(5)Brandon O.
An awesome breakfast spot with an incredible ham and gruyere croissant, very cozy and the coffee is wonderful. The only thing is that I wish they sold espresso drinks, but not a big deal.
(5)Tyler A.
Having been spoiled by great bakeries in the Bay Area, I can say with some experience that this place has got it goin' on. Everything I tried was excellent: baguette, ham and gruyere croissant, and multigrain blueberry muffin. Also, they serve good drip coffee from my favorite roaster in the Bozeman area: Ghost Town.
(5)Britt G.
We tried this place after going to granny's donuts and they ran out. It was a nice find! Very cute atmosphere. Brightly lite with friendly service. I loved the loose leaf pumpkin chai spice tea. My boyfriend reported great coffee. We had the blueberry multigrain muffin, pear tart, and Danish. I wouldn't say any of them blew me out of the park, but all were good. I would definitely come back but keep trying different things. This is the kind of place I want to go to and spend a long morning reading and chatting.

Soooooo good. The baguettes are fantastic, their bread is what all other breads should aspire to be. The desserts are beautiful, the space is full of light and warmth and great smells and the staff is incredibly courteous. I usually get one of the veggie sandwiches whenever I'm in Bozeman and sometimes I try to come up with a reason to go just so I can indulge.

I went in with my two little ones at noon to pick up some desserts for later and let the kids pick out a snack for after lunch (we hadn't eaten yet). A very clean, bright and cozy feel as we walked in. At the counter there was a nice array of breads, treats and dessert items; my daughter poked at a caramel apple under the glass, so I let her get the one she touched. The girl behind the counter was very nice, but instead of asking if I wanted to wrap it to go, she just handed it to my daughter right then and there... I would've preferred to save the drama of having to tell my 3-year-old she needed to have some lunch first and used the caramel apple as an incentive for later. Oh well... Maybe the girl doesn't have kids... I also purchased a chocolate chip cookie for my son and a few small tarts for dessert later. A lemon merengue and a fresh berry custard. Both tarts were absolutely delectable. I loved the sugar and graham cookie-like crusts. These tarts are definitely crave worthy. I'll be back for more... Things that could make it better: - ALWAYS ask the adult before handing over the goodies to small children.

A solidly average bakery, this isn't an insult I do mean average, nothing stuck out, and nothing was bad.

You can't go wrong. Love this place for breakfast or lunch. Everything is so fresh. Upon first discovering this hidden treasure my family stopped in for 3 meals within 24hours. Incredibly friendly service. This had become out go to breakfast and snack hangout. Fantastic relaxed atmosphere. Love the quiet location.

Wahoo! A place to have awesome croissants, pastries, and good coffee. Bonus...it is in the NE neighborhood! Ordered cakes recently for two different parties, and both cakes were amazing - great taste, beautiful, and not too sweet. Last Saturday had a strawberry macaroon, crispy on the outside sticky inside - best macaroon I have ever had. Croissants are some of the best I've had anywhere (including Paris or Aix en Provence)
(5)Matthew R.
Beautiful locations and amazing pasties. I don't even like bread. Came for the coffee (also great) and a good atmosphere. Easy to find, even for an tourist. Definitely a top recommendation for new and old alike.
(5)Kim O.
AMAZING! Finally Bozeman has a genuine and terrific bakery with desserts that taste as good as they look and baguette that rivals the stuff you get in Europe. I have a hard time staying away. Must try: baguette, trail bread, fruit tart, ham and gruyere croissants
(5)Sam B.
One of my favorite places to eat in Bozeman. I recently just moved here and upon first discovery, I came back three times within 24 hours...you could say I am hooked. From their ricotta pound cake, to their yummy breakfast (and lunch) sandwiches, I almost thought I wouldn't eat anywhere else! However, it is true that their menu is slightly limited, I think I have eaten just about one of everything, but it is so good, that I definitely do not mind going back and eating it all over again! Their staff is also very friendly and very down to earth. I enjoy my experience every time I visit! Oh yea, and their huckleberry scones are delicious. They stay soft and fresh even until closing! Thats almost unheard of when it comes to scones!

Bozeman is definitely adding some cool business and this is an new european style bakery that was MUCH needed here. Amazing bread, pastries, croissants (that rival those I have had in Paris!) and I just LOVE that they have demi-baguettes. The brioche is yummy. They made hot cross buns and coconut cake all week for the easter holiday. Heavenly. This is an amazing place to stop by for breakfast or lunch. No, they Don't have an Espresso Bar but they do have ok drip coffee, get over it people. Their thing is baked goods and I am A ok with that.

So good we rearranged our return trip to go to breakfast here again! Everything fresh, organic, tasty, and amazing!!
(5)T G.
Was excited to try this new bakery, and did. Unfortunately I will never go back. Possibly the rudest service I have ever received in a hospitality based business. Just a bit of advice to potential patrons, do not visit this establishment 15 minutes before closing time, you will not be welcome, and will quite possibly be treated with extreme rudeness, just like myself, my four year old daughter and eighteen month old son were. Not even one of their pastries could take this bad taste out of my mouth.

This is a terrific little place for breakfast, lunch, meeting people for (regular) coffee and pastries, or grabbing a loaf of bread to take home, on N. Wallace. Everything that I've tried is very fresh and delicious. The staff is friendly. The croissants rock! I wish that they would make the ricotta cake more often. They have a lot of seating, but this place gets pretty busy. Their clientele is composed of the typical Bozeman mix of upscale retirees, families with young children, college students, skiers. Highly recommend it.

Uffda! This was spot on! As we were passing thru we looked up coffee shops and saw Wild Crumb had great reviews so we took the time to stop in. What a treat. Great pastrami sandwich today ("the best ever") We had to keep adding to our order. :). Our drive to Idaho will be much sweeter! Yum!
(5)Betsy G.
I'm done. When I go Wild Crumb they are often out of lunch items. And I'm not just dashing in 10 minutes before closing. I was there at 1:30 and they didn't have anything but pastries. I'd rate them highly if they actually had enough food. When I've managed to take something home, it is great. The staff is adorable. But this place is so hit or miss, most times I leave empty handed. So take your chances. I'm done taking mine...
(2)Victoria T.
It is so great having a locally owned and operated business in the neighborhood. The owners are as nice as their pastries are delicious! I cannot get enough of this place.
(5)Megan M.
My boyfriend and I cannot get enough of Wild Crumb Bakery! I highly recommend the Ham and Gruyere Croissant. You'll keep coming back for it as I do. The place is great looking, the staff is friendly, and the food is perfection. Seriously, try it out. It is an A+ for Bozeman and there aren't too many of those around town.

We LOVE this Bakery and patronize it thrice weekly ...BUT....we do have some constructive criticisms ...the other day we arrived @ 12:45 pm (peak lunch-time on a FRIDAY) for one or two of those great baguette sandwiches and there were none on display..When asked if there were any more? - the answer was NO! Not... I am SORRY we are sold out...just NO! How nice if they had said...can we make you a couple? or ...we are very sorry we can't do that! ...This is not an uncommon occurrence..we also asked if they could provide Skim milk for coffee in addition to the Soy milk and Whole milk, and Half/Half that is offered...not too much to ask.....and btw why sell delicious granola if you can't eat it there w/your choice of dairy?
(4)Ann D.
Love It! Our daughter will be attending MSU...and we will frequent Wild Crumb on each visit! We love this place..the pastries, baguettes... Yum!
