Great hot dog selection. Though pricing is a bit steep, the delicious flavors and topping selection makes for a great experience. Side note: they deliver!

Called four times for place my order. The first call I made, the lady working hung up on me. The next three calls went unanswered. So I went in to place a to go order. There was one lady in the store at the time and she ordered one sandwich. Yet I somehow waited 40 minutes to get my order of two sandwiches. The lady working was unpleasant and rude. I will never come here again.

This place has changed hands a number of times in the last years. The guy in charge now is doing a great job. He's in there personally cooking almost every time I come in, working very hard. This gives me confidence the place will only get better and better as time goes on. Prices on sandwiches are a bit high but generally come out okay. I recommend getting a sausage. This is my go-to late night option.

We loved sitting outside on the patio and the food was absolutely delicious. From Chicago and definitely approve of the Chicago dog! Also, those sweet potato tots were to die for. Great, friendly service as well!

I really want to love Paulie's, but the 6, 7 times I've eaten there, there has been order mistakes or slow delivery. With that being said, the food is yummy, and I still eat here.

while it might not be a rockstar, i'm stoked that bozeman has a dog joint. they serve up a decent dog with decent toppings, and while it's not the best, it's also not the worst. good thing is that i can at least satiate my cravings until the next time i get to ny. my complaints are as follows: the bun on my new yorker was kinda mushy, the gravy on my fries was too salty, and anyone who knows what a seattle dog really is, knows that there should have been a lot more cream cheese.

Sorry to say I there isn't a zero star system on yelp the menu was very exciting until I got the Chicago style dog with a sausage with so much mustard I couldn't even eat it most disgusting thing I have ever eaten not worth the price.

Take it from me, I lived in Chicago for more than 45 years, Paulie's Chicago-style hot dogs are spot on correct in every detail. Especially in the "DELICIOUS" detail!

Great food! Love the fried cheese curds, corn dogs and Chicago dogs. Saved us from starving on a road trip, thanks for an awesome late dinner fix.

Pretty decent place. I'm from NYC so I compare my hotdogs to street vendor carts and ballpark dogs. This place is pretty good but not all that special. The dogs are alright but have no special distinct flavors. For example the New Yorker has sauerkraut on it, but it is the dry out of the package kind. If they boiled it or heated it, that would make for a much more authentic New York dog. Also, there are wayyyy too many condiments and topping on the hotdogs. Turn it down a bit. They overpower the dogs flavor and make it difficult to eat. Anyhow, moving on... The wraps are pretty good as well, but again, nothing too exciting. They have all the right ingredients but lack enough flavor. I do however, recommend the food here. For Bozeman it is probably the best/only hotdog place, just don't expect anything special if you are a hotdog connoisseur.

Love this place. Best sandwiches in town, I love the Tangler, it's a roast beef (from local ranches) with onion rings and jalapeños and a whole bunch of other stuff. I haven't delved to deeply into the sausage selections yet but they certainly have a lot of options. Service isn't always the fastest but the food is always good. Other criticisms it not being clean are unfounded in my experiences.

I had a sandwich which actually wasn't too bad. The worst part about the whole place was the lack of cleanliness. When we walked in on a Sunday afternoon, the place was empty but there were dirty un-bussed tables, a pile of red baskets toppling over onto the floor and trash on the floor as well. The place looked like it hadn't been swept or mopped in ages. The outside tables were sticky and didn't look like they were wiped down since the dawn of time. There was a propane grill outside that was nasty coated in grime and disgusting. I really hope they are not cooking people's food on that thing in the summer. Empty soap dispenser in the bathroom, and empty paper towel dispenser with the roll of paper towels sitting on top of the dispenser. Nice. The staff was polite and the food was OK but I would not return due to how dirty and un-kept the place was. If the front of the house was that dirty, how bad is it in the back?

I live in Bigsky and eat here often when I come to Bozeman. The food is always excellent and the service quick and courteous, however I really dislike when a restaurant closes before it's posted hours. There is hardly anything open past 10 P.M. in this area and when I read online they were open till 11 I called at 10:15 for a pick up order. They told me they were closed and I could come back the next day as if that was any help. As a business you should keep your word. How am I supposed to buy these awesome hotdogs if you lie about the times you are open?

This place is awesome! I was visiting Bozeman for a few days and decided to give Paulie's a try. Great decision! I had the chicken caesar grilled wrap with fries, and I also tried the cheese curds. Everything was awesome and the portions were huge. I don't know why more people don't think to grill their wraps because it makes a huge difference. Definitely one of the best chicken caesar wraps I've ever had. I will be back for sure!

First, why did you change your chili? It was awesome before and just mediocre now. Please go back. Second, it is not okay to use blackish brown avocado. I can't believe you would think that is okay. Next time just tell me you're out of avocado. Third, dry buns....don't think I need to elaborate.

A lot better then I expected........ I'm not a big hot dog fan ( having a background in Charcuterie will do that to you) but a friend wanted to buy me lunch. After seeing they had Mocha Milkshakes I said what the hell. We got delivey which was fast and the food was better then I hoped for. Nothing over the top, just a good dog with lots of toppings and the fries where thin and had enough just enough salt. I wont be a regular anytime soon but I know where to go when I get in the mood for a good hot dog.

Best sandwiches in town! Everyone thinks of them as a hotdog place, but you seriously have to try their sandwiches. The service is incredible, the atmosphere is inviting and the food is always good. Thanks for being my favorite lunch place in town!
