We frequently order from these guys and they are always freaky fast. Their phone etiquette flat out stinks! They sound annoyed by your order, chaotic background noise and they never say thank you for the business. I'm not chalking it to being in a college town but rather a owner who doesn't ensure his crew delivers good service. I will continue to order because I'm addicted to their sandwich, just hope they listen to the feedback.

I am not sure why this Jimmy John's gets a bad rating. Oh, and to the review that states they do not offer 'ranch' for the sandwich even though it has 'become a staple in the deli', you are crazy! Like all JJs the service was overly friendly and fast. When I asked for no mayo they automatically put oil/vinegar/oregano on the sandwich. I love the ice for the soda, small pellets that cool your beverage just right. They also double as straw ammunition as they melt. What did I learn today? Montana State Hospital is now accepting patients who put ranch on a sandwich. There is a bed and jacket waiting your arrival.

This was the absolute worst Jimmy Johns I have ever been to. First, I ask for my sandwich to be cut I half, which they didn't do. Usually service is so fast that once I pay, I can walk over and my sandwich is already ready, not this time. I also ordered a pickle and asked for it to be cut in half, they gave me a look and hesitated to even give it to me. I don't think they knew it went with my order for some reason. I ordered a beach club but when I opened my sandwich, it wasn't cut in half and they stiffed me on the avocado spread. So I went up to the counter to ask if they could put the right amount on and MARCUS said "ummmm well, you know." He didn't do it and have me a rude look. I don't ever write reviews on yelp but this was ridiculous! I love Jimmy Johns but I will NEVER return to this one.

Ordered JJs delivery. It was not "freaky fast." The driver arrives and says he had "massive delays" I was courteous and thanked him, chalking up the slow delivery to the construction around my building. I was not mad in any way, just joked a little about the company's slogan. I owed $9.80. Gave the driver $12 for his troubles. He said "Are you sure I deserve that??" Flustered, I asked him to give it back then. What kind of service industry person refuses a tip? Especially in such a rude way?? To question a patron's decision to tip is fine, to verbalize it is not. Embarrassing and rude. I will think twice before tipping a JJs driver again.

Ordered the Italian and it was ready in 1 minute. 8" for $5.95, half was lunch, half was dinner. Great value

Good. Cheap. Fast. Options. Only suggestion- take the extra 10 seconds to read the receipt and notice it says no mayo. Occurs more than it should. Good management. Classic JJ's.

The sandwiches are fine. The bread is good. The atmosphere is hectic and chaotic, probably to make those fast deliveries. I didn't care for that hustle and bustle when ordering, it made me stressed. I tried it, but I probably won't return unless desperate.

Great sandwiches. Best place to go if you're in a hurry. My favorite is a #5 Vito on whole wheat bread with hot peppers.

I can't believe this place is as popular as it is. Besides for their extremely reasonable prices! They don't even have ranch to add to your sandwich. I feel like ranch has become a staple ingredient in deli sandwiches.
