I don't generally write reviews for chains. What's the point? But, I will say... it was amazing having Starbucks in our hotel. And, the baristas here were very friendly. The prices are a bit higher than a normal SBUX - I think - or they are just higher in MT vs. back home. Either way... it wasn't significant. This might be the only SBUX in this area of Billings. The good news? There is ample parking in the hotel surface lot. ;) Caffeinate away! :)

I never buy coffee from Starbucks, it's always burnt! I only go for the Hibiscus Tea :) which is always fantastic!

Typically I will seek out a stand alone Starbucks before I would go into a grocery store based one. This store is the exception! I understand the staff wanting to chat up the locals and their friends but as the line grows towards the door maybe it's time to change gears and pump out some drinks! Details of the party or the new shoes can wait until after hours. After my loooong wait to order and receive my drink, it was the worst americano I've ever had!

got a call from a friend who wanted to talk business and said to meet him here. Im not a fan of starbucks they are a fad, and niche shop their over priced, so we met he talked about how he wanted to start a business. Now tell me is it smart to talk business with a potential investor in a over priced chain coffee place, or meeting them in a good local operation that is reasonably priced? See I like to invest into business where owners show me they make good decissions, and going to over priced niche fad places dont impress me it turns me off, how will they be spending my money?? same thinking I think

I recently stayed several nights at the Crowne Plaza in Billings. The Starbucks is conveniently located on the 1st floor. I had the same barista almost every single morning, named Kari. She was exceptional!! I've never had such great customer service. She always had something nice to say and would remember us from day to day. We wanted her to come back home with us when we left Billings to go back to Louisiana. Thanks, Kari!! Keep up the good work!

Stay clear of this Starbucks. Almost impossible to get to with the road construction and one way streets. My husband was short 10 cents and he actually had to run out to our car and around the block for it. In the pouring down rain. I'm from Seattle and this is NOT a typical Starbucks experience.
