I love this place! Fries, wind and lemonade are bottomless! This RR is rely modern;there's a TV behind the mirror in the bathroom. The food is consistently good. There's local beer on tap. Btw, at this location if you hear a Toby Keith song you can buy a beer for a buck! (Money not the animal haha)

Food was great but it took 15 minutes for us to get a seat for two people and a baby. There were open tables but they hadn't been bussed yet. Unfortunate that it took 45 minutes for a salad and burger.

By my lonesome, I popped in for a quick dish. I sat at the bar. If service here were an animal, it would be a turtle. It literally took 10+ minutes for said drink slinger to pour me a Guinness. The lady that had came in after I did had a drink and her lunch order placed by the time I got my beer. I had the BBQ chicken wrap and it was delicious. Fries were good and I like the feel of the new location. I sat at the bar for an hour+ and it is covered in dirty dishes that have been there from the previous customers. 2 stars for the food and environment, -3 stars for the poor service.

My family and I come to Red Robin fairly regularly and we love the new location, the food is always good. For some reason tonight the service was horrible! Very unprofessional behavior and it took 45 minutes to get our dinner. Not the best we've had here. Will be back though!

My wife and I stopped by with our baby for an early dinner on sunday around 4. The restaurant was mostly empty with quite a few of the tables covered with dirty dishes, still it was a good 15 minutes before we got seated at a small 2 person table (no room for the diaper bag). We were greeted by a pleasent lady who took our drink order and told us our server would be right with us. Ten minutes later our server showed up with a "do you know what you want?" No hello, no greeting at all. She took our order and left without a word. The beer I ordered came to the table flat (a common occurrence so I should have known better). Fast forward 40 minutes and still no food. A few of the dirty tables had been cleaned but there were still two that had remained dirty near by us. The food did arrive about an hour after arriving and like our previous visits was very good. We finished and paid and were on our way. I really can't recommend this resturant for the abismal cleaning and front of house costumer service. TL;DR slow seating, slow food, bad waiter, flat beer, good food.

You can't go wrong with a delicious burger from Red Robin and bottomless fries. Yum! BBQ sauce and mayo mixed together = Campfire Sauce, it's legit, as well as they brought ranch sauce for dipping without my asking, excellent! The onion rings are super also. We were there during a busy lunch but our server was hustling! Good job RR.

Brand New Location Next door. Outstanding on every level but very busy so go EARLY for lunch or dinner.
Good food and great service make this restaurant a favorite of mine for many years. The fact that it is about the same price as mcdonalds is a big plus. The waiter, Devin, was exceptional we never had to ask for anything.

We always enjoy Red Robin. With a great selection of burgers, wraps and appetizers it has something for just about everyone. We really enjoy the whiskey river chicken wrap, it is amazing. Also, I tried one of the beer floats, with Sam Adams octoberfest I believe, it is fantastic. Service has always been good here and I love the decor, lots of local art pieces. The bar area has lots of tvs to watch a game while you eat and good music too. The weekend crowds can get kinda big, so expect a wait if you come in then.

Newer location, modern craft burger/bar feel. Light years better than the tacky old location. Quality has gone up, hope it stays after the honeymoon. Love the new signature sauces for fries. Try roasted green chili sauce! Strawberry freckled lemonade is a must. I go royal red robin w/ egg or if I want sweet I go Bonsai, grilled pineapple. Mmm

Great food, friendly employees, and fun atmosphere. I've never had a complaint for this restaurant in 10+ years. I do however wish they served a little quicker. The kitchen looks small maybe they would have added more space to it when they did the remodel.

I like the new restaurant better than the old one-much more modern. The food is still good, service seems better and it's a good place to eat.

I've Been in town for a little over a month here in Billings I'm from California and only here for work. Being that things are so much different in Montana then back home I was pleased to find out that there was a "Red Robin" here me and my gf went and ate with our baby and it was very good the waitress was very patient, checked on us often, kept our drinks refilled, and the atmosphere was very clean including the restrooms. I ordered the blue cheese burger with endless fries for the first time it was well done just as I asked, and my girlfriends California chicken sandwich came out great as well the food was excellent, I'd definitely come back here before I leave and head back to California.

Went there last Friday specifically for fish n chips on a good tip from my friend who said this was the only place in town to get them. So we went early like 11:30 am was seated right away to be honest I didnt even look at the menu and just ordered what I have been seeking in this town now for 2 yrs. some good fish n chips! They came fast enough and generous portion well being that they are 11.99 which is high for that but I have been craving them! The fish was great and the batter they were fried in was great for not getting to go to spuds in Seattle, the only qualm I had was wished the fries were hot they were warm and thats the only peeve I had can't say anything bout the waitress she was nice don't know what the other items taste like but can't go wrong with the f n c's!

I haven't been to a Red Robins in a long time since we livedon the East Coast. It just wasn't like i remebered it. The burgers were okay nothing special. The service was very slow. We got seated right away and there was no wait there were tables open and it still took an hour to get our burgers. We did not order appetitzers or anything just the burgers. We drank like 3 rounds of pop before the food showed up and had to wait for that. Will not bother going to a red robins again.. Oh yeah did I mention that for 7 people eating burgers and only having pop the bil and tip were like $100. I have better places to go for that money!

My friend chose this place, not me. I have eaten at Red Robin in Denver a few times and find it awful. I really don't care for chains, but some of my friends just love this place. They tease me, saying I am a food snob. I don't know what to call it, but I avoid chain restaurants as much as possible. So I met my friend- on time, with a smile on my face. This particular friend has no idea this is the LAST place I would have chosen, especially since I am in Billings for such a short time. We were seated right away, unlike the CO Red Robin restaurants. The server got our order and brought the drinks and food in a reasonable amount of time. Of course I ordered one of the gazillion burgers they have on the menu... after struggling with which one, I asked the server which one I should get. I went with her suggestion. She made a good choice for me. Here is why I give this a third star: The bun was totally different from the buns in CO. I thought these mega-chains had to get their food from the same place, make it the same way, no exceptions. This bun didn't fall apart, kept "in place" as I ate the huge burger; and the place wasn't jam packed with people in a hurry. Ahhh, Montana. I love you so. Wasn't the greatest burger on earth, or even close, but waaaayyy better than the other Red Robins I've been to in the past. I also thought it was so cute when one of the staff brought a balloon for a cute-as-a-bug kid in the other booth. They even asked him what color of balloon he wanted. He said green. I thought it was a great choice.

I brought a friend from MIT home to Montana with me over thanksgiving vacation one year, and this was her favorite place we went the entire time. The burgers WILL kill you from unhealthiness (examples: guacamole, bacon, and cheese burger, egg, bacon, and cheese burger, onion ring, cheese, bacon, and mayonaise burger, ingredient 1, ingredient 2, and bacon burger), but you will die happy from deliciousness.

This is a chain that serves pretty good food. The waiters and kitchen are usually quick. The drinks, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic are fine. They take kids easily. Good clam chowder always on the menu. Very good burger with bleu cheese. Map location is off. It's at West Park Plaza, a rundown small mall, corner of 17th and Grand. Oh yes, their fish and chips are very good. And they have malt vinegar without asking.
