We come to Billings about once every 6 to 8 weeks and we never leave without eating here! We haven't had bad service or poorly cooked food in all the times that we have been here. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this place....great food, friendly (and fast) service, and a great atmosphere - whether at the bar or in the dining section.

The family and I ate an early dinner and had a great meal and this was our first time at this location. The steaks were cooked perfect, and the other food we ordered including the dessert was great. The peach Sangria was really good and would recommend. The service was prompt and very good throughout the meal. I would eat here again.

Good experience in the bar -- much better than my last experience in the dining room. Mohawk bartender (David?) was so efficient and attentive. My drink was never empty and he greeted me promptly. Steak was a touch over cooked, but overall the supreme bar service made it a 4 star experience!

Their new Mac and cheese was awful....very dry and no cheese sauce at all. Plus their hostess...Sammy...was the worst ever. Never greeted us or smiled at anyone. Took us to a booth and put our menus down and walked away. She needs some customer service training bad!!!!

Food is good (it's a chain restaurant, if you've been to an Outback, you've been to this one), service is friendly, but can they get the food out any slower?! I'd make sure I'd bring a book or if I'm eating w/ someone, I'd have to be comfortable w/ the person. Don't want any of that awkward silence or conversation, because it would be a looooooong awkward moment before the food gets to you.

Went tonight with a large group. The staff was less than accomodating. We got split into 5 tables in different parts of the restaurant. When we requested to be put at tables in the same section, they did so but took their time and rolled their eyes the whole time. After about an hour, I finally had someone take our order. I ordered a steak cooked rare. When it arrived, it was not only well done, it was burnt. I sent it back and they eventually brought me a new one but it was so salty I could only choke down about 4 bites. The server did not check in to see how things were and made no effort to remedy the situation. Another of our groups tables had to order twice because they server said she "lost the order." The bathrooms were disgusting. We had to wait an exorbitant amount of time waiting for our tickets and then even longer to have them run credit cards. We spent over 3 hours from start to finish. Pretty expensive and pretty crappy. So disappointed.

Absolutely perfect bone-in ribeye. The cinnamon oblivion was amazing. The wait staff is what puts this one above the rest. Great service and great personalities. They also had some really good local brews that they allowed us to sample before purchasing. This is an Outback so I've reviewed it as that. It's not a 5 star steakhouse but it's probably the best outback I've been too and it was great food, drinks, dessert and staff.

Well this was a last minute decision and not a good one. I'm thinking that this Restaurant thinks that all the food needs to be soaked in salt in order to cover up the bad flavor that is all you can taste on the steak and all you can eat shrimp all I could eat was about four pieces and then I needed a big pitcher of water to wash down all the salt. The service was very good the waitress did an excellent job as far as the cooks go find some new ones if you're going to serve bad frozen shrimp don't try to cover it up with salt and more salt and more salt.

Just didn't care to overpay for mediocre food...wilted lettuce and fatty steak. I now remember why it took me years to come back.

Came to OS after nine hours on the road, really hungry. We've found that this is the best way to get a 500 cal, healthy meal.

The food I had was great. The drink was made perfectly and the service was fast, friendly and accurate! I'm in town for business and plan on coming back in again before I leave!

Our meal was tasty, but a little overpriced for what we got. The service was terrific.

First time we have been to Outback in over a year, and wont be back probably another year. We sat at the bar, ordered a bloomin onion, grilled shrimp. The atmosphere is casual and relaxing. It is usually pretty crowded, but as it was Thanksgiving weekend, not much traffic.. The menu is too high in Weight Watcher points for me, they offer a salad, but I didn't try it. The Alice Springs Grilled chicken is still pretty high in points for Chicken.

Whatever. Not my first choice and really just a last minute option. An outback is an outback and here we are in the HEART of Steak-country and you go to an Outback? A place where the season their steaks with 17 herbs and spices? Way too salty, over spiced! I do a better steak but maybe that's because I start with better meat at home. Then all you need is a pinch of salt and pepper and you're good to go! The medium-rare sirloin was dry. The staff started cleaning up (sweeping) at 9:40 when we're still eating (restaurant open till 10pm). Kids meals are overpriced ($4.29 for grilled cheese and beans?) Beer slelection clearly leans towards weak and mild. No local/state brews... just your usual swill. Yuck. Never again. But then... what do you expect from a place that prides itself on a blooming onion? (Note: I was seriously biased as I was unable to get in to the place I really wanted without a reservation)

What can you say about an Outback chain restaurant? This one was very nice inside and not the usual small decor that I'm used to seeing. Our waiter was very attentive and accommodating without being a distraction from our conversation. The food was all good which was no surprise as I've always had good meals in these restaurants. Good place to go for a quick inexpensive steak meal.

Nice staff but slow. Took 25 minutes to get our drinks and the place was mostly empty. Food was normal Outback fare.

Eat here every Wednesday for a reason. Consistently friendly staff and delicious food. The value for the money is excellent. It's nice doing repeat business with a restaurant that enjoys having you as a guest.

It's just like another red lobs or olive garden... Cosmetically similar in a sanatized way....food at this outback was actually just mediocre... The plate was a bit dirty looking... Server seemed like a robot... I think I like my steaks from my local steakhouse better... The blommin onion was their savior...
